Abstract

Abstract: Integrated Management of Childhood Illness (IMCI) is an integrated management approach/integrated management of sick children who come in health care, either about some classifications of disease, nutritional status, immunization status and treatment of the sick children and counseling. According to the 2005 WHO has recognized that the IMCI approach are complete to anticipate the diseases that often lead to death in children under five in the world, including diarrhea. This type of research used was descriptive cross-sectional approach with analytic. Sampling technique used was accidental sampling. The sample in this study consisted of 34 peoples. Results of Chi-Square test statistic values obtained ρ = 0.000. This means that the ρ-value is smaller than α (0.05). It can be concluded that there is a relationship between the implementation of integrated management of sick children (IMCI) diarrhea to cure diarrhea in infants in PHC Bahu at Manado City. Recommendations are expected for the existing services, especially in Bahu’s health centers can improve the application of IMCI complete with participated in IMCI training. Abstrak: Manajemen Terpadu Balita Sakit (MTBS) adalah suatu manajemen melalui pendekatan terintegrasi/terpadu dalam tatalaksana balita sakit yang datang di pelayanan kesehatan, baik mengenai beberapa klasifikasi penyakit, status gizi, status imunisasi maupun penanganan balita sakit tersebut dan konseling yang diberikan. Menurut WHO tahun 2005 telah mengakui bahwa pendekatan MTBS tergolong lengkap untuk mengantisi pasipenyakit-penyakit yang sering menyebabkan kematian pada balita di dunia, termasuk diare. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan ialah pendekatan cross sectional dengan descriptive analitik. Tehnik pengambilan sampel yang dipakai ialah aksidental sampling. Sampel dalam penelitian sebanyak 34 orang. Hasil uji statistik Chi-berarti nilai p lebih kecil dari α (0,05). Dapat disimpulkan bahwa ada hubungan antara penerapan manajemen terpadu balita sakit (MTBS) diare dengan kesembuhan diare pada balita di Puskesmas Bahu Kota Manado. Saran diharapkan bagi pelayanan terutama yang ada di Puskesmas Bahu dapat meningkatkan Penerapan MTBS yang lengkap dengan mengikuti pelatihan MTBS. Kata Kunci: MTBS, Diare, Balita.

Abstract

Sebuah perpustakaan perlu memanfaatkan sistem informasi, dikarenakan dengan memanfaatkan sistem informasi tersebut dapat membantu dalam kegiatan operasional dalam sehari-hari. Sistem informasi sendiri terdapat komponen-komponen yang saling terkoneksi satu sama lain yang bertujuan untuk meraih cita-cita atau keinginan bersama. Sistem informasi perpustakaan bertujuan untuk mempermudah dalam hal pencatatan, pemantauan, dan juga bisa penyimpanan data-data yang terdapat pada perpustakaan yang dikelola. Menilai hasil sistem berkerja dengan baik atau tidaknya perlu dilakukan analisis, dalam menganalisis sistem perlu dilakukan untuk tujuan dapat melihat berbagai kriteria permasalahan-permasalahan yang di alami sistem tersebut. Untuk menganalisa sistem perlu menggunakan prosedur atau metode tertentu untuk membantu menyelesaikan tahapan analisis. Dengan menggunakan metode PIECES ini bisa menjadi referensi untuk menganalisa, dan menilai seberapa besar dampak dari sistem yang sudah dibuat. PIECES hasil yang diteliti menujukan sistem informasi perpustakaan memiliki kriteria PIECES Performance = 3,8, Information & Data = 4,3, Economic = 4,3 Control = 2,9 Efficiency = 3,5 Service =3,63. Yang jika disimpulkan sistem informasi perpustakaan di Universitas YPPI Rembang dapat dikategorikan hasil tingkat kepuasan pengguna menunjukan SETUJU.

Abstract

AbstractThis study aims to determine the effect of location, product and price on purchasing decisions for Trilliun pipes in TB Indah Jaya, Susukan Rejo, Pohjentrek District, Pasuruan. partially and simultaneously. The population in this study were users of Trilliun pipe products in TB Indah Jaya, Susukan Rejo, Pohjentrek District, Pasuruan. The sampling technique used a non-probability sampling technique, namely purposive sampling. The sample in this study was 80 respondents. The method used in this study is a quantitative research approach method. This study uses multiple linear regression analysis with data collection using a questionnaire with a Likert scale. The results of the study indicate that partially product quality, price, and promotion have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. Simultaneously, the variables Location, Product and Price have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions for Trilliun pipes in TB Indah Jaya, Susukan Rejo, Pohjentrek District, Pasuruan. Keywords: Location, Product, Price and Purchasing DecisionAbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh lokasi, produk dan harga terhadap keputusan pembelian pipa Trilliun di TB Indah Jaya, Susukan Rejo, Kec. Pohjentrek, Pasuruan. secara parsial dan simultan. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah pengguna produk pipa Trilliun di TB Indah Jaya, Susukan Rejo, Kec. Pohjentrek, Pasuruan. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik non-probability sampling yaitu purposive sampling. Sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 80 responden. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah metode pendekatan penelitian kuantitatif. Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda dengan pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner dengan skala likert. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial kualitas produk, harga, dan promosi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian. Secara simultan variabel Lokasi, Produk dan Harga, positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian pipa Trilliun di TB Indah Jaya, Susukan Rejo, Kec. Abstract

This study analyzes the strategic management of educators’ and staff work ethic development at Al-Muhajir Foundation, Randuagung Lumajang. The institution’s quality is strongly influenced by human resources, particularly leadership in designing and executing strategies. The research focuses on three aspects: (1) strategic planning, (2) implementation, and (3) evaluation. Using a qualitative case study, data were obtained through interviews, observations, and documentation, then analyzed with Miles and Huberman’s interactive model, ensuring validity with source and technique triangulation. Findings show that strategic planning involves SWOT analysis, vision–mission formulation, and goal setting. Implementation is carried out through training, self-development, internships, and comparative studies, while evaluation includes weekly and monthly meetings, religious studies, and annual assessments (munaqosah). These strategies collectively foster work ethic, professionalism, and organizational commitment, contributing to the foundation’s educational quality improvement. Penelitian ini mengkaji manajemen strategis pengembangan etos kerja pendidik dan tenaga kependidikan di Yayasan Al-Muhajir Randuagung Lumajang. Mutu pendidikan sangat bergantung pada kualitas sumber daya manusia, khususnya kepemimpinan dalam merumuskan dan melaksanakan strategi. Fokus penelitian meliputi: (1) perencanaan, (2) implementasi, dan (3) evaluasi strategi. Pendekatan kualitatif dengan studi kasus digunakan, dengan pengumpulan data melalui wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Analisis dilakukan menggunakan model interaktif Miles dan Huberman, dengan keabsahan data dijamin melalui triangulasi sumber dan teknik. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa perencanaan mencakup analisis SWOT, visi–misi, dan penetapan tujuan; implementasi dilakukan melalui pelatihan, pengembangan diri, magang, dan studi banding; sedangkan evaluasi melalui rapat, kajian keagamaan, dan munaqosah tahunan. Secara keseluruhan, strategi ini memperkuat etos kerja, profesionalisme, dan komitmen organisasi, sehingga mendukung peningkatan mutu pendidikan yayasan.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze inclusive education management policies in madrasah by applying humanistic-based learning at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Nurus Salam. This research uses a qualitative approach. In order to get an overview of the humanistic-based inclusive education policy, the researchers conducted direct observations, interviews, and documentation. The data analysis technique is carried out circularly, from data collection, reduction, display, and conclusions. The results showed that; First, Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Nurus Salam uses inclusive education policies to accommodate students with special needs by applying humanistic-based learning. Both presentations were conducted using learning analysis, inclusive education design, implementation, and program evaluation. This study has implications for the importance of humanistic-based inclusive education in providing shelter for children with special needs so that they can develop their knowledge through existing school policies.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh rendahnya hasil belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam dan Budi Pekerti di materi Sifat Wajib dan Mustahil bagi Rasul Allah di kelas III SDN 9 Curah Tatal Arjasa Situbondo. Hasil observasi menunjukkan bahwa banyak siswa belum mencapai kriteria ketercapaian tujuan pembelajaran. Selain itu, siswa cenderung pasif, kurang antusias, dan guru jarang menggunakan metode yang melibatkan keaktifan siswa. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar melalui penerapan metode make a match. Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian tindakan kelas dengan empat tahap: perencanaan, tindakan, observasi, dan refleksi. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi dan tes, sedangkan keabsahan data menggunakan triangulasi sumber dan teknik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan peningkatan hasil belajar, yaitu pra-siklus 51,5%, siklus I 66,7%, dan siklus II 87,8%. Dengan demikian, penerapan metode make a match dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar peserta didik pada mata pelajaran PAIBP materi Sifat Wajib dan Mustahil bagi Rasul Allah di kelas III SDN 9 Curah Tatal Arjasa Situbondo. This study was motivated by the low learning outcomes of students in Islamic Religious Education and Character Education (PAIBP) on the topic of Obligatory and Impossible Attributes of the Prophets at SDN 9 Curah Tatal Arjasa Situbondo. Observations revealed that many students had not achieved the Learning Objective Achievement Criteria, and learning activities tended to be passive and teacher-centered. This research aimed to improve students’ learning outcomes through the Make a match method. The study employed Classroom Action Research (CAR) consisting of four stages: planning, action, observation, and reflection. Data were collected through observation and tests, and data validity was ensured using source and technique triangulation. The results showed an improvement in students’ learning outcomes: 51.5% in the pre-cycle, 66.7% in Cycle I, and 87.8% in Cycle II. Thus, the Make a match method can significantly improve learning outcomes in PAIBP on the topic of Obligatory and Impossible Attributes of the Prophets for third-grade students at SDN 9 Curah Tatal Arjasa Situbondo.
