Abstract

Traffic accidents are one of the causes of high mortality in the community. Based on information from the World Health Organization (WHO) the number of accident victims in each year amounts to 1,300,000 fatalities, this is caused by traffic accidents that exist throughout the world. The police recorded data on accidents that occurred in several regions of East Priangan namely Ciamis and Tasikmalaya Regencies for the 2016-2017 period reaching an accident rate of ± 1500. The analysis that can be done to reduce the intensity of the occurrence of these events is to use data mining processing techniques. The right method is used by looking at the condition of the data obtained, namely the Association Rules method with the calculation of the Apriori Algorithm. This method will look for patterns of data relations that are formed from combinations of an itemset, so that knowledge will appear from large datasets. The pattern of the relationship sought is the linkages of itemset variables involved in the accident by involving 4 variables that describe the identity of the perpetrators, namely gender, age, profession and level of education and 22 attributes of the dataset. The minimum limit of support, confidence and lift ratio values used in the Apriori Algorithm calculation rules is 15%, 70% and 1.1. This value is used to get many rules that have a high level of occurrence accuracy. The results of the combination pattern calculation were 3 times iterations on each number of data in each region, the pattern of associations found in the Tasikmalaya region were the relation of the professional variables and the age of the perpetrator with the attribute of the Student profession dataset and the boundary group ages 16 to 30 years, while for the pattern associations found in the area of Ciamis Regency, namely the relation between age and education level with the attribute dataset of the 16 to 30 year age group and high school education level. The accuracy of the value obtained is calculated manually and uses one of the data mining applications as a comparison of value accuracy, namely Tanagra 1.4.

Abstract

TPS (Think-Pair-Share) or (Thinking-Pairing-Sharing) is a type of cooperative learning that is designed to influence the patterns of interaction of students. TPS requires students to help each other in small groups (2-6 members) and are more detailed by cooperative rewards, rather than individual rewards (Ibrahim et al: 2000: 3). Problems to be studied in this study are: Is it through the use of learning models cooperative type of polling station can improve Indonesian language learning outcomes of Class III students at SDN 35 Kampung Sawah? The purpose of this action research is to find out the improvement of Indonesian language learning outcomes through the use of TPS cooperative learning models in student IV.B SDN 35 Kampung Sawah. This uses two rounds of classroom action research. Each round consists of four stages, namely: planning, implementation, observation, reflection. The target of this study was Class III students of SDN 35 Kampung Sawah. The data obtained are quantitative and qualitative data. From the results of the analysis of each cycle, namely pre cycle (48.72%), cycle I (76.92%), cycle II (97.44%) .The conclusion of this study is the TPS cooperative learning model has a positive influence , which can improve student learning outcomes as indicated by the average answers of students stating that students are interested and interested in the TPS cooperative learning model so that they become motivated to learn.

Abstract

This research investigates the pivotal role of nurses in enhancing patient compliance with drug therapy among hypertension patients. Hypertension, a prevalent chronic condition globally, requires effective management through consistent adherence to prescribed medications. Despite advancements in pharmacotherapy, non-compliance remains a significant challenge, leading to suboptimal health outcomes and increased healthcare costs. Nurses play a multifaceted role in promoting medication adherence through patient education, counseling, and ongoing monitoring. Their interventions aim to empower patients, improve health literacy, and address barriers to adherence such as medication side effects and lifestyle factors. This study employs a mixed-methods approach, combining quantitative surveys and qualitative interviews to explore the impact of nursing interventions on medication adherence rates and patient outcomes. Quantitative analysis focuses on medication adherence metrics and clinical outcomes, while qualitative insights delve into patient perspectives and experiences with nursing care. Results underscore the effectiveness of nurse-led interventions in enhancing adherence, achieving better blood pressure control, and fostering patient engagement in hypertension management. Ultimately, this research contributes to advancing nursing roles in chronic disease care and underscores the critical impact of nursing interventions on improving patient compliance and health outcomes in hypertension management.

Abstract

Microteaching plays a significant role in enhancing the teaching skills of prospective teachers, particularly in the Professional Teacher Education Program (PPG) at UMS Rappang. This method offers a structured and systematic approach to prepare future educators for real classroom settings by simulating teaching experiences in a controlled environment. Through microteaching, participants practice specific teaching skills such as lesson planning, classroom management, and effective communication. They also receive direct feedback from peers and mentors, allowing them to reflect and improve continuously. The implementation of microteaching at UMS Rappang has shown to boost pedagogical competence, confidence, and readiness among prospective teachers, ultimately contributing to the improvement of educational quality.

Abstract

Schizophrenia is a chronic mental disorder that causes disturbances in thoughts, emotions, and behavior. According to WHO (2022), there are 24 million people with schizophrenia worldwide, with a prevalence in Indonesia of 1.8 per 1,000 population. At Panti Gramesia Cirebon, 24 patients were recorded to have a risk of violent behavior. To provide a real-life overview of nursing care for Mr. H, a schizophrenia patient with the nursing problem of risk of violent behavior. This study employed a case study design, with data collection through observation, interviews, and documentation. The subject was one patient at risk of violent behavior. Implementation was conducted for three days and showed improvement. Initially, the patient demonstrated strong violent impulses, such as making threats or self-harm. After interventions, the patient showed a significant reduction in violent urges, with better emotional control and reduced aggressive behavior. The combination of pharmacological therapy and non-pharmacological therapy (Quran Murottal Therapy) was effective in managing violent behavior. Collaboration between pharmacotherapy, nursing implementation strategies, and Quran Murottal Therapy proved effective in reducing aggression and symptoms of violent behavior risk.
