Abstract

This study aims to determine the effectiveness of online learning during the Covid-19 pandemic. This research is a quantitative descriptive study using survey methods conducted online. The sample collection method uses simple random sampling, where the sample of this study is an active student in the management study program, Faculty of Economics, University of West Sulawesi; Primary data collection in this study was carried out by distributing questionnaires online to 115 respondents. Data obtained by filling out questions that were distributed to all respondents in the form of Google on the link https://forms.gle/VbqM7myWhwdfpMfc9. Furthermore, the collected data was analyzed to be described. The results of data analysis obtained from filling student questionnaires can be concluded that the online learning system carried out during the COVID-19 pandemic is effective and inefficient. Effectively implemented because of the conditions that require online study and inefficient because the costs incurred more when compared with offline lectures.

Abstract

This article examines the competition between two giant companies in Indonesia's application-based service industry, Go-Jek and Grab. This competition goes beyond just a business battle; It represents a conflict between the traditional and sharing economies that use digital technology to connect service providers with users directly. This theme is relevant in the context of the remarkable transformation of how business is conducted in the modern era. This article uses descriptive analysis methods to describe both companies' user growth, service variety, and customer satisfaction. Through case studies and content analysis, this article identifies critical themes such as technological innovation, marketing strategy, and regulatory challenges Go-Jek and Grab face. The results of the analysis show that these two companies facilitate people's daily lives and inspire innovation in the digital economy. This research provides deep insight into competition dynamics in the application-based service industry and its impact on Indonesian society and economy

Abstract

Digital transformation has become a crucial driver of economic growth, especially in developing countries, playing a significant role in empowering Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs). This article explores how MSMEs’ adoption of digital technology accelerates economic inclusion, enhances competitiveness, and fosters sustainable growth. Using a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) approach, this study identifies key factors influencing successful digital transformation, including access to technology, digital literacy, and policy support. The analysis reveals that MSMEs adopting digital transformation experience increased productivity, expanded market reach, and greater access to financial resources. However, challenges such as limited infrastructure and digital skill gaps remain significant barriers. This study provides strategic insights for policymakers and industry players to optimize the benefits of digital transformation in the MSME sector as a primary driver of inclusion and economic growth

Abstract

This study aims to examine the institutional framework and regulatory challenges in the development of the Sharia financial sector in Indonesia.The main objectives of this research are to analyze the role of government institutions and regulatory bodies, as well as to identify regulatory barriers, in order to strengthen the institutional framework and support the growth of the Sharia financial sector in Indonesia.This study utilizes qualitative research to analyze the institutional framework and regulatory challenges in Indonesia's Sharia financial sector from a political economy perspective. Data will be gathered from policy documents, legal regulations, government reports, academic publications, case studies, and expert interviews. The analysis will involve content analysis for policy documents and regulations, interview analysis, and descriptive analysis of statistical data on the sector's growth.Overall, the results of the analysis show that through this active participation, the Indonesian government hopes to strengthen Indonesia's image as the global financial center of Shariah and the country's economic position at the international level. Thus, the role of the Indonesian government in the Sharia financial sector is expected to continue to grow, provide greater benefits to Indonesians, and strengthen Indonesia's position at the international level. Increased intensive collaboration between governments, practitioners, and colleges in the form of development programs to produce competent human resources (HRM) finance. Providing stronger policy incentives and support The government needs to provide stronger incentives and policy support to develop Sharia finance in Indonesia. Encourage the development of innovative Sharia financial products.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of economic growth on the human development index (HDI) in Central Sulawesi Province in 2015-2018. The type of this research is quantitative with the method of data analysis used in this study is panel data regression. The model combines cross-sectoral observations and time series data so that the number of observations increases degrees of freedom and reduces collinearity between explanatory variables and then improves the efficiency of econometric estimates. The effect of economic growth on HDI in Central Sulawesi Province shows a positive and significant relationship meaning that for every increase in economic growth of 1 percent, the HDI of Central Sulawesi Province will increase by 1.49.
