Abstract

This research focuses on the transformation of strengthening the religious culture construction of State Vocational High School 1 Geger Madiun. The purpose of the research is to explain the position and important role of TARUNA in the formation of a superior generation with skills and noble character in vertical and horizontal relations. TARUNA is an educational and training activity for students in vocational high schools. Vocational high schools are synonymous with strengthening the field of expertise and skills. Strengthening the construction of religious culture is an integral part of forming a superior person. A superior person has skills and a good spiritual and social foundation. Data collection methods were carried out by observation, interview, and documentation. Data were obtained from several informants, namely: principals, teachers, education personnel, and students. The interactive analysis model was used to analyze the data with steps, including: data collection, data condensation, data presentation, and conclusion. The study results show that: (1) TARUNA is a means to build the physical toughness of students as a preparation for a strong and resilient person in the world of work; (2) TARUNA builds the spirituality of students to realize personal piety with religious behavior and noble morals; and (3) The construction of a religious culture can be realized by combining spiritual piety, social piety, and qualified skills, so that it becomes a model of religious culture in vocational schools.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the harmonization of inter-religious communities in Lampung province. The harmonization of religious communities is evidenced by the Islamic community's cultural activities involving Christians. This phenomenon is in the village of Kalicinta, Kotabumi district, Lampung province. This research discusses the analysis of the harmonization of religious communities in Kalicinta Village, Kotabumi, and Lampung. The research method uses a qualitative research approach. The source of data consists of primary and secondary data. Primary data was obtained by observing and interviewing ten informants consisting of four village officials and six communities. Secondary data sources were obtained from related articles. The analytical method used data reduction, data display, and conclusion. The results of the study found that: (1) the Kalicinta village community has a high tolerance attitude in maintaining inter-religious harmonity (2) the Kalicinta village community understands exclusivism in the theological realm and inclusivism in the social realm. Research ini di latar belakangi oleh harmonisasi antar umat beragama yang berada di provinsi Lampung. Harmonisasi umat beragama di dibuktikan dengan aktivitas budaya masyarakat Islam yang melibatkan warga  kristiani. Fenomena ini berada di desa Kalicinta, kabupaten Kotabumi provinsi Lampung. Research ini membahas tentang analisis harmonisasi umat beragama di desa kalicinta kotabumi lampung. Metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan penelitian kualitatif. Sumber data terdiri dari data primer dan sekunder. Data primer diperoleh dengan observasi dan wawancara sepuluh informan yang terdiri dari empat perangkat desa dan enam masyarakat. Sumber data sekunder diperoleh dari artikel-artikel yang terkait. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah data reduksi, data display, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menemukan bahwa : (1) masyakarat desa Kalicinta memiliki sikap toleransi yang tinggi dalam menjaga keharmonisan dan kerukunan, (2) Masyarakat desa kalicinta ber-faham esklusivisme pada ranah teologi dan inklusivisme pada ranah sosial.

Abstract

This research project is concerned with the process of strengthening the religious culture of State Vocational High School 1 Geger Madiun. The objective of this research is to elucidate the position and significant role of Taruna in the formation of an exemplary generation, characterised by proficiency and a virtuous character, in both vertical and horizontal relations. Taruna represents an educational and training activity for students in vocational high schools. Vocational high schools are synonymous with the advancement of expertise and proficiency. The reinforcement of a religious culture constitutes an essential element in the formation of an individual endowed with superior qualities. An individual may be considered superior if they possess both the requisite skills and a robust spiritual and social foundation. The data collection methods employed were observation, interview and documentation. The interactive analysis model was employed to analyse the data, comprising the following steps: data collection, data condensation, data presentation, and conclusion. The findings of the study indicate that: (1) Taruna serves to enhance the physical resilience of students, equipping them with the capacity to thrive in the professional sphere; (2) Taruna cultivates the spiritual fortitude of students, fostering a sense of personal devotion and ethical conduct; and (3) The establishment of a religious culture can be achieved by integrating spiritual piety, social piety, and proficient skills, thereby establishing a model of religious culture within the context of vocational education.

Abstract

Objek penelitian ini adalah toleransi beragama dari pelajaran positif dari the colorblind. Hal Ini penting diteliti karena dengan membangun toleransi di tengah pluralitas agama yang ada di Indonesia, pendidikan multikultural hadir sebagai salah satu pendekatan yang efektif dalam mengajarkan keragaman dan membangun sikap saling menghormati di kalangan siswa. Penelitian ini menggunakan library research dengan memanfaatkan sumber data primer dan sumber data sekunder. Sumber primer yaitu buku Multicultural Education Issues and Perspectives karya James A. Banks dan Cherry A, sumber skunder yaitu artikel yang berkaitan dengan toleransi beragama dan pendidikan multikultural. Teknik untuk menggali sumber data adalah teknik dokumentasi, yaitu dengan menggunakan content analysis. Hasil penelitian menemukan bahwa (1) pendekatan colorblind menekankan kesetaraan dan berusaha mengurangi bias dengan tidak menonjolkan perbedaan. Melalui kurikulum yang inklusif, pelatihan guru yang berkelanjutan, kebijakan sekolah yang mendukung, dan kegiatan ekstrakurikuler yang mempromosikan dialog antaragama, sekolah dapat menjadi tempat yang lebih adil dan inklusif; (2) mengkaji pelajaran positif dari pendidikan multikultural perspektif colorblind, dapat diketahui bahwa ada hal positif yang dapat diambil dalam pendidikan multikultural meliputi pengurangan prasangka dan diskriminasi, peningkatan pemahaman dan penghargaan terhadap keragaman,, penguatan ikatan sosial, promosi perdamaian dan stabilitas sosial, dan menciptakan lingkungan belajar yang inklusif; (3) pendekatan colorblind dalam pendidikan multikultural memiliki beberapa manfaat, termasuk yaitu penghapusan stereotip, meningkatkan kesetaraan, dan fokus pada nilai universal. Namun, terdapat juga tantangan dalam penerapan pendekatan ini yaitu pengabaian ketidakadilan yang timbul dari masalah ketidakadilan yang dihadapi oleh kelompok minoritas agama dan kurangnya pengakuan terhadap keunikan budaya.

Research ini membahas tentang analisis harmonisasi umat beragama di desa kalicinta kotabumi lampung. Metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan penelitian kualitatif. Sumber data terdiri dari data primer dan sekunder. Data primer diperoleh dengan observasi dan wawancara sepuluh informan yang terdiri dari empat perangkat desa dan enam masyarakat. Sumber data sekunder diperoleh dari artikel-artikel yang terkait. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah data reduksi, data display, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menemukan bahwa : (1) masyakarat desa Kalicinta memiliki sikap toleransi yang tinggi dalam menjaga keharmonisan dan kerukunan, (2) Masyarakat desa kalicinta ber-faham esklusivisme pada ranah teologi dan inklusivisme pada ranah sosial.
