Abstract

This study discusses the musafahah method transformation in learning qiraat sab’ah at PPTQ Al-Hasan, Ponorogo. Using a qualitative approach, this study compares and discusses changes in the structure of the musafahah method phase A and phase B, in learning qiraat sab’ah at PPTQ al-Hasan, Ponorogo. Data was collected through interviews with 10 informants, classified as 1 kiai, 4 ustadz, and 5 students, and using the semi-structured interview method, followed by observation and documentation. Data analysis uses the Foucaultian Discursive Analysis (FDA) method. The results showed that: First, the phase A musafahah method at PPTQ al-Hasan Ponorogo was oriented to the authenticity and credibility of the qiraat sab’ah reading. Second, the phase B musafahah method at PPTQ al-Hasan Ponorogo is oriented to practical and populist aspects. Third, the results of the discursive analysis between the phase A and phase B musafahah methods at PPTQ al-Hasan Ponorogo showed that the phase B musafahah method was more relevant to be applied to actual situations and conditions because it was able to preserve and ground the qiraat sab’ah among students, as evidenced by the percentage of the number of qiraat sab’ah students which increased dramatically from 4 people to 35 people.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the harmonization of inter-religious communities in Lampung province. The harmonization of religious communities is evidenced by the Islamic community's cultural activities involving Christians. This phenomenon is in the village of Kalicinta, Kotabumi district, Lampung province. This research discusses the analysis of the harmonization of religious communities in Kalicinta Village, Kotabumi, and Lampung. The research method uses a qualitative research approach. The source of data consists of primary and secondary data. Primary data was obtained by observing and interviewing ten informants consisting of four village officials and six communities. Secondary data sources were obtained from related articles. The analytical method used data reduction, data display, and conclusion. The results of the study found that: (1) the Kalicinta village community has a high tolerance attitude in maintaining inter-religious harmonity (2) the Kalicinta village community understands exclusivism in the theological realm and inclusivism in the social realm. Research ini di latar belakangi oleh harmonisasi antar umat beragama yang berada di provinsi Lampung. Harmonisasi umat beragama di dibuktikan dengan aktivitas budaya masyarakat Islam yang melibatkan warga  kristiani. Fenomena ini berada di desa Kalicinta, kabupaten Kotabumi provinsi Lampung. Research ini membahas tentang analisis harmonisasi umat beragama di desa kalicinta kotabumi lampung. Metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan penelitian kualitatif. Sumber data terdiri dari data primer dan sekunder. Data primer diperoleh dengan observasi dan wawancara sepuluh informan yang terdiri dari empat perangkat desa dan enam masyarakat. Sumber data sekunder diperoleh dari artikel-artikel yang terkait. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah data reduksi, data display, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menemukan bahwa : (1) masyakarat desa Kalicinta memiliki sikap toleransi yang tinggi dalam menjaga keharmonisan dan kerukunan, (2) Masyarakat desa kalicinta ber-faham esklusivisme pada ranah teologi dan inklusivisme pada ranah sosial.

Abstract

This study was motivated by the failure of some formal educational institutions in Indonesia to apply the purpose of holistic Islamic education, resulting in the decadence of students’ morality. The evidence of students’ moral decadence is the high number of inter-student quarrels and the number of extramarital pregnancies in the last 8 years; that number is up 20 percent compared to the previous period. Holistic Islamic education should balance reason, morals, and physical students to produce intelligent graduates. Based on resourceful education, moral education, and physical education, this study discusses the implementation of holistic Islamic education purposes based on totally Muslim and truly intellectual in the IAIN Ponorogo postgraduate program. Using a qualitative approach, this study traces the concept of educational objectives in the IAIN Ponorogo postgraduate program and its implementation of education goals. The research period is limited to 2022, while the total number of informants is seven people. The data analysis uses content analysis methods such as data reduction, display, and conclusion. The data display uses domain analysis. The results of the study show that the three, that is, phase A (dhikr, thinking, and behavior), phase B (multidiscipline and multi-culture), and phase C (nobility, novelty, and solution) of implementations of holistic Islamic education purpose based on totally Muslim truly intellectual in the IAIN Ponorogo postgraduate program -, are relevant to the resourceful education, moral education, and physical education goals.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah terdapat pengaruh kompetensi, stres kerja dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. Semen Baturaja Tbk. Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian asosiatif. Sampel pada penelitian ini sabanyak 77 responden dari total populasi 327 karyawan. Teknik pengambilan data sampel menggunakan teknik simple random sampling. Metode pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara dan kuesioner. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis kualitatif dikuantitatifkan. Teknik pengolahan data menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda, uji F (Simulatan), uji t (Parsial) dan koefisien determinasi. Hasil penelitian berdasarkan regresi linier berganda menunjukan kompetensi, stres kerja dan lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. Semen Baturaja Tbk. Hasil uji hipotesis F menunjukan bahwa ada pengaruh signifikan kompetensi, stres kerja dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. Semen Baturaja Tbk. Hasil uji hipotesis t menunjukan bahwa ada pengaruh kompetensi, stres kerja dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. Semen Baturaja Tbk.

Abstract

This study examines the challenges in maintaining the authenticity of qirā’āt sab’ah in the face of technological advances, focusing on the credibility of the sanad and the originality of the readings. Using qualitative methods, this study compares the application of the musyāfahah method in Al-Hasan Tahfīz Quran Islamic Boarding School, Ponorogo, and Al-Munawwir Tahfīz Quran Islamic Boarding School, Krapyak, Yogyakarta, through interviews with informants, observation, and documentation. Abstract

Abstract Achieving gender equality in education remains a pressing global challenge and a core component of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), particularly in regions where religious values deeply influence social structures. This study explores an integrative approach that combines Islamic principles with educational technology to address gender disparities in education, with a focus on Madrasah Riyadlatusy Syubban, part of Pondok Pesantren Tahfidzul Qur’an Al-Hasan in Ponorogo, East Java. Utilizing a qualitative case study design, the research investigates how Islamic values that uphold gender justice can be harmonized with technological innovations to expand access to education and enhance learning outcomes. Data were gathered through in-depth interviews, participant observation, and institutional document analysis. The findings reveal that aligning Islamic teachings on gender justice with the use of digital platforms and online applications significantly improves educational access for female students, while also fostering their intellectual and technical growth. This synergy not only narrows the gender gap in religious education but also supports broader efforts toward women's empowerment in a culturally resonant manner. The study contributes to both theoretical and practical discourses by proposing a sustainable and inclusive educational model that integrates faith-based values with digital innovation. It offers a contextual framework for promoting gender equality in Islamic educational settings, and highlights the potential of religious institutions to play a transformative role in achieving the SDGs, especially in advancing quality education and empowering women.  Keywords: Gender Equality; Inclusive Education; Educational Technology; Islamic Values; SDGs; Madrasah; Women's Empowerment; Value Integration.Abstrak Mewujudkan kesetaraan gender dalam pendidikan tetap menjadi tantangan global yang mendesak serta merupakan salah satu komponen utama dalam Tujuan Pembangunan Berkelanjutan (SDGs), khususnya di wilayah yang struktur sosialnya sangat dipengaruhi oleh nilai-nilai keagamaan. Studi ini mengeksplorasi pendekatan integratif yang menggabungkan prinsip-prinsip Islam dengan teknologi pendidikan untuk mengatasi kesenjangan gender dalam sektor pendidikan, dengan fokus pada Madrasah Riyadlatusy Syubban yang merupakan bagian dari Pondok Pesantren Tahfidzul Qur’an Al-Hasan di Ponorogo, Jawa Timur. Menggunakan desain studi kasus kualitatif, penelitian ini menelaah bagaimana nilai-nilai Islam yang menjunjung keadilan gender dapat diselaraskan dengan inovasi teknologi untuk memperluas akses pendidikan dan meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi partisipatif, dan analisis dokumen institusional. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penyelarasan antara ajaran Islam tentang keadilan gender dan pemanfaatan platform digital serta aplikasi daring secara signifikan meningkatkan akses pendidikan bagi santri perempuan, sekaligus mendorong pertumbuhan intelektual dan keterampilan teknis mereka. Sinergi ini tidak hanya mempersempit kesenjangan gender dalam pendidikan keagamaan, tetapi juga mendukung pemberdayaan perempuan secara lebih luas dalam konteks budaya yang relevan. Studi ini memberikan kontribusi terhadap wacana teoritis dan praktis dengan mengusulkan model pendidikan berkelanjutan dan inklusif yang mengintegrasikan nilai-nilai keagamaan dengan inovasi digital. Abstract

This study aims to analyze the implications of the policy of eliminating and reinstating the major system in Senior High Schools (SMA) on the development of students' interests and talents in Lampung Province. Using a descriptive qualitative approach and case study method, data were collected through interviews, observations, and documentation in seven senior high schools across the Lampung region. The analysis used Foucauldian Discursive Analysis (FDA) to map the policy dynamics in two government periods: 2019–2024 and 2024–2029. The study results show that the Independent Curriculum policy (2019–2024) provides a wider exploration space for students' interests and talents, but faces implementation challenges due to limited infrastructure and human resources. Meanwhile, the major reinstatement policy (2024–2029) provides a more structured learning direction, but risks narrowing students' exploration space. A comparison of the two shows that the effectiveness of the policy is highly dependent on institutional readiness and the quality of mentoring. This study recommends a hybrid approach that combines the flexibility of subject selection with the major structure as an alternative solution for a more adaptive and inclusive secondary education system.

Abstract

This study was motivated by the failure of some formal educational institutions in Indonesia to apply the purpose of holistic Islamic education, resulting in the decadence of students’ morality. The evidence of students’ moral decadence is the high number of inter-student quarrels and the number of extramarital pregnancies in the last 8 years; that number is up 20 percent compared to the previous period. Holistic Islamic education should balance reason, morals, and physical students to produce intelligent graduates. Based on resourceful education, moral education, and physical education, this study discusses the implementation of holistic Islamic education purposes based on totally Muslim and truly intellectual in the IAIN Ponorogo postgraduate program. Using a qualitative approach, this study traces the concept of educational objectives in the IAIN Ponorogo postgraduate program and its implementation of education goals. The research period is limited to 2022, while the total number of informants is seven people. The data analysis uses content analysis methods such as data reduction, display, and conclusion. The data display uses domain analysis. The results of the study show that the three, that is, phase A (dhikr, thinking, and behavior), phase B (multidiscipline and multi-culture), and phase C (nobility, novelty, and solution) of implementations of holistic Islamic education purpose based on totally Muslim truly intellectual in the IAIN Ponorogo postgraduate program -, are relevant to the resourceful education, moral education, and physical education goals.

Abstract

The digital era leaves problems of credibility and authenticity for those who memorize the Qur'an. The question of credibility could be seen by the decrease in the quality of reading, such as makharij and tajwid. In contrast, the question of authentication is evidenced by the low quality of students' memorization. This study aims to discuss the implications of the Sima’an Ahad Pahing activity on students’ memorization at PPTQ Al-Hasan Ponorogo. This study departs from cognitive, affective, and psychomotoric problems with the reinforcement of the psychological theory of behaviorism developed by John Watson. This study uses a qualitative method with a psychological approach. Data sources were obtained through interviews with 1 kiai, 4 ustadz, and 5 students. The analysis used in this study is Huberman & Saldana, which includes three steps, namely data compaction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results showed that implicitly the Sima’an at PPTQ Al-Hasan Ponorogo provided a new method for maintaining the credibility and authenticity of the students' memorization.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the harmonization of inter-religious communities in Lampung province. The harmonization of religious communities is evidenced by the Islamic community's cultural activities involving Christians. This phenomenon is in the village of Kalicinta, Kotabumi district, Lampung province. This research discusses the analysis of the harmonization of religious communities in Kalicinta Village, Kotabumi, and Lampung. The research method uses a qualitative research approach. The source of data consists of primary and secondary data. Primary data was obtained by observing and interviewing ten informants consisting of four village officials and six communities. Secondary data sources were obtained from related articles. The analytical method used data reduction, data display, and conclusion. The results of the study found that: (1) the Kalicinta village community has a high tolerance attitude in maintaining inter-religious harmonity (2) the Kalicinta village community understands exclusivism in the theological realm and inclusivism in the social realm. Research ini di latar belakangi oleh harmonisasi antar umat beragama yang berada di provinsi Lampung. Harmonisasi umat beragama di dibuktikan dengan aktivitas budaya masyarakat Islam yang melibatkan warga  kristiani. Fenomena ini berada di desa Kalicinta, kabupaten Kotabumi provinsi Lampung. Research ini membahas tentang analisis harmonisasi umat beragama di desa kalicinta kotabumi lampung. Metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan penelitian kualitatif. Sumber data terdiri dari data primer dan sekunder. Data primer diperoleh dengan observasi dan wawancara sepuluh informan yang terdiri dari empat perangkat desa dan enam masyarakat. Sumber data sekunder diperoleh dari artikel-artikel yang terkait. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah data reduksi, data display, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menemukan bahwa : (1) masyakarat desa Kalicinta memiliki sikap toleransi yang tinggi dalam menjaga keharmonisan dan kerukunan, (2) Masyarakat desa kalicinta ber-faham esklusivisme pada ranah teologi dan inklusivisme pada ranah sosial.
