Abstract

Desa Mekarjaya memiliki aset kekayaan yang beragam seperti pada bidang ekonomi, pendidikan dan kreativitas pada remaja. Desain grafis adalah seni gabungan dari berbagai elemen-elemen grafis yang beragam guna menyampaikan informasi sesuai dengan keinginan. Canva merupakan suatu platform desain, baik dalam bentuk situs web maupun aplikasi yang menyediakan berbagai perangkat secara gratis. Dengan menggunakan aplikasi canva, para remaja SMP Muttaqin dapat dengan mudah membuat desain menggunakan beragam tools yang disediakan. Pelatihan desain digital pada remaja diselenggarakan guna meningkatkan keterampilan dan kemampuan pada remaja di SMP Muttaqin desa Mekarjaya. Kegiatan ini meliputi pelatihan dan pembelajran aplikasi canva untuk merancang desain logo, banner, poster dan spanduk yang diikuti oleh para remaja di desa Mekarjaya Compreng. Kegiatan pelatihan dilakukan pada hari rabu 31 januari 2024, dilakukan SMP Muttaqin. Metode kegiatan desain digital pada remaja yaitu melalui perancangan awal yaitu tim KKN melakukan persiapan dan perizinan kepada pihak sekolah, selanjutnya menyiapkan bahan ajar atau materi yang hendak untuk disampaikan kepada remaja, menyampaikan program pelatihan desain digital kepada remaja, dan melakukan evaluasi terhadap penyampain pelatihan yang sudah disampaikan. Berdasarkan kegiatan pelatihan desain digital pada remaja di SMP Muttaqin diharapkan dapat memberikan wawasan dan keterampilan pada remaja, serta dapat memanfaatkan teknologi dengan kreatif.

Abstract

Desa Mekarjaya merupakan Desa yang dikenal dengan banyak menghasilkan tanaman padi, dan mangga. Tanaman mangga merupakan salah satu aset perekonomian Desa Mekarjaya yang masih berkembang hingga saat ini. Pengembangan Usaha Mikro Kecil dan Menengah tanaman mangga dapat diolah menjadi sirup mangga, dan daun pohon mangga dapat dijadikan sebagai teh. Kegiatan Pelaksanaan branding UMKM sirup mangga dilakukan pada tanggal 29 Januari 2024 dan 2 Februari 2024 yang meliputi pelaku umkm, dan prosedur awal dalam kegiatan strategi peningkatan Branding UMKM yaitu dengan sosialisasi dengan pelaku umkm sirup mangga, mengobservasi kendala dalam brand sirup mangga, sosialisasi terkait bagaimana pemasaran yang dilakukan dan brand yang dibangun, serta memberikan strategi pemasaran sirup mangga dengan membuatkan alamat melalui google maps sirup mangga yang bertujuan agar mudah untuk dikenal.

Abstract

Public spaces, including green open spaces, play a major role in improving the quality of life of the surrounding community. However, the mismatch between urban planning and actual utilization triggers negative perceptions of such spaces, because it can affect their functionality, aesthetics, and social comfort. Previous studies have documented the benefits of ecology, social, and mental health in humans from green open spaces, but previous observations have paid little attention to the less functional or neglected parts (negative spaces). In addition, students' opinions on green open spaces are less considered. This observation uses a quality method by exploring how students' perspectives and opinions on less functional or neglected green open spaces (negative spaces) and encouraging students towards urban planning. Data collection was carried out through in-depth interviews, participatory observation, and visual documentation in green open spaces frequently visited by students in Malang. Thematic analysis revealed diverse student experiences, with common concerns about neglected areas, lack of maintenance, and suboptimal functions, which reduce feelings of joy and comfort. The results of the study provide an answer that negative space indicates a sense of discomfort and lack of social interaction, and is contrary to the purpose of green open space which can provide restorative benefits. These findings provide valuable advice in planning a more inclusive and functional urban spatial plan in the future, ensuring that green open space is used effectively and improves social cohesion and quality in the midst of the urban environment

Abstract

The learning process in education today tends to be focused on developing a memory of the content of information. Few educational institutions still apply learning methods that can train students' thinking skills to find solutions to solving a problem or making a decision. This research aims to identify learning in building the thinking skills of students at Pondok Pesantren (PP) Darussalam Kunir Subang. This pesantren applies the Kuliyyatul Mu'allimin Al-Islamiyah (KMI) which combines a system of educational methodology and pesantren teaching (salaf/traditional) with modern education. The approach used in this research is qualitative with descriptive methods to identify, describe, and analyze information needs regarding learning in the pesantren. The subjects in this research were four administrators, four teachers, and thirty students at PP Darussalam Kunir Subang. Data collection is done by interview, observation, and documentation. Data analysis includes data reduction, data presentation, and conclusions. The results showed that learning at PP Darussalam Kunir Subang in the form of turats deliberation activities could train students' thinking skills. Th Beside that, project-based teaching and problem-based teaching also can help students develop their thinking skills.
