Abstract

Abstract: This research is aimed at investigating the implementation of Scientific Approach by English teachers of one senior high school in Siak Regency. The study is specifically aimed at investigating how the scientific approach is implemented in the classroom and identifying the problems faced by the teachers during the implementation. The researcher selected three teachers of SMAN 1 Bunga Raya Siak as the participants using total sampling method. This study employed mixed method, combining quantitative and qualitative methods of data collection. The quantitative data were collected from a survey while the qualitative ones were obtained through semi-structured interviews. The combination of the two types of data was deliberately chosen for the researcher intended to understand the depth of the data. The findings showed that the teachers have implemented the scientific approach relatively well. This can be seen from the results of the survey in which the overall mean score calculated was 4.4 and categorized ‘very good’. However, the occurrence of some problems in the implementation was inevitable. In general, the problems can be classified into four: (a) insufficient English teaching hour; (b) the students’ high diversity in terms of ability; (c) discrepancy between curriculum and national examination contents; and (d) lack of the school’s and students’ facility.Keywords: Scientific Approach, implementation, English teaching, Siak Regency

Abstract

Menurut hasil dari pengamatan pada PTP Nusantara II (Persero) Kebun Kwala Madu produksi tebu selalu meningkat namun hasilnya belum optimal, sehingga penentuan bibit tebu yang unggul sangat tepat untuk menjadi salah satu faktor pendukung pengembangan hasil produksi tebu. Menentukan bibit tebu yang sesuai untuk kondisi sebagai kriteria yaitu Iklim, Curah Hujan, Keasaman Tanah (PH), Jenis Tanah, Drainase (sistem perairan) berdasarkan jenis tebu yang dibudidayakan masih menjadi permasalahan klasik. Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan 4 (empat ) alternative bibit yaitu PS58, BM13579, BZ134 dan Kidang Kencana. Dalam penelitian ini dilakukan analisis dengan menerapkan metode topsis dan SAW untuk menentukan bibit unggul tebu. Apakah hasil analsis ini dapat memberikan keputusan untuk menentukan bibit unggul tebu menggunakan metode SAW dan TOPSIS. Dari hasil analisis didapat keputusan sebagai berikut: Dari hasil perangkingan jarak kedekatan dengan solusi ideal pada proses TOPSIS dapat dihasilkan sebagai berikut. Untuk V1 (alternative 1 : PS58)=0.1836, V2 (alternative 2 : BM 13579)= 0,7309, V3 (alternative 3 : BZ134)= 0.8082, dan V4 (alternative 4 : Kidang Kecana). Maka dapat diputuskan yang menjadi bibit unggulan adalah alternative 3 yaitu BZ134

Abstract

Profit sharing is a system that includes profit sharing between the investor and the manager of the profit sharing fund. Profit sharing is a form of return (acquisition of business activities) from an investment contract, from time to time, uncertain and uncertain, the size of the recovery depends on business results that actually occur in Islamic banks, the ratio is a mechanism for sharing the share of business profits for each party conducting joint business activities, the amount of which is determined based on an agreement, the ratio is the profit which must be stated in percentage form between the two parties. , not stated in a certain rupiah nominal value. This ratio reflects the compensation entitled to receive by both parties who are bermudharabah. This study aims to examine the effect of the profit sharing ratio on mudharabah deposits on customers' interest in investing in Bank Syariah Mandiri, Branch Tajur Bogor. This research method is a quantitative survey, with a purposive sampling method with a questionnaire to 75 customers. Data analysis techniques are validity test, reliability test, classic assumption test (normality test, multicolonierity test, heteroscedasticity test, autocorrelation test) and hypothesis testing using (partial test, coefficient of determination and simple linear regression equation test) with the help of Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS). The results showed that the profit sharing ratio of mudharabah deposits partially or separately had a positive and significant effect on customer interest in investing in Bank Syariah Mandiri, Branch Tajur Bogor. It can be concluded that the motive of the customer to save his assets in the bank is not only to make it easier to make payment transactions and because of the level of security of the assets, but he wants to get profit (profit sharing)

Abstract

Bahasa Arab tanpa ilmu nahwu tidak dapat dimengerti. Kitab Jurumiyah, merupakan satu kitab rujukan dalam pembelajaran qawaid (tata bahasa Arab) yang biasa digunakan pesantren. Semua santri diharuskan mempelajari gramatika bahasa Arab sebagai dasar kemampuan bagi mereka dalam membaca kitab-kitab kuning yang menjadi rujukan dalam pembelajaran di pesantren. Fokus penelitian ini berkenaan dengan penyusunan materi pembelajaran qawaid dalam kitab Jurumyiah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripisikan susunan materi pembelajaran qawaid nahwiyah dalam kitab al-Jurumiyah yang ditulis oleh Ibnu Jurum atau dikenal Ash-Shanhaji. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitataif deskriptif dengan menggunakan metode analisis isi. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa kitab Jurumiyah termasuk dalam kelompok jenis materi yang bersifat konseptual. Penyusunan materinya telah sesuai dengan prinsip-prinsip pengembangan materi dan adaptable dengan perubahan paradigma pembelajaran yang menekankan pada keaktipan siswa (santri) yang mempelajarinya.

Abstract

Kehadiran internet dengan berbagai media sosial yang ada saat ini dan digunakan oleh masyarakat membawa berbagai dampak, baik dampak positif maupun dampak negatif, salah satu dampak negatif diantaranya adalah beredarnya berbagai informasi yang tidak benar dan menyesatkan, termasuk ujaran kebencian (hate speech) di dunia maya. Setiap orang pada dasarnya mempunyai kebebasan untuk mengeluarkan pendapat, baik secara lisan maupun tulisan. Setiap orang, dalam menyampaikan pendapatnya tidak boleh mengungkapkan kebencian terhadap satu suku, ras, agama atau golongan tertentu. Permasalahan yang diangkat dalam penulisan jurnal ini antara lain adalah : 1) Bagaimana upaya pencegahan dan penanganan yang dilakukan oleh aparat penegak hukum terkait dengan maraknya ujaran kebencian (hate speech) yang beredar di media sosial; dan 2) Bagaimana penerapan penegakkan hukum pada para pihak yang menyebarkan ujaran kebencian di media sosial dikaitkan dengan kebebasan berpendapat dan Undang-Undang Nomor 19 Tahun 2016 tentang Perubahan atas Undang-Undang Nomor 11 Tahun 2008 tentang Informasi dan Transaksi Elektronik. Penelitian dilakukan secara deskriptif analitis dan diharapkan mampu menggambarkan berbagai hal terkait dengan tinjauan yuridis mengenai ujaran kebencian (hate speech) di media sosial dikaitkan dengan kebebasan berpendapat dan Undang-Undang Nomor 19 Tahun 2016 tentang Perubahan atas Undang-Undang Nomor 11 Tahun 2008 tentang Informasi dan Transaksi Elektronik. Metode pendekatan yang digunakan adalah secara yuridis normatif. Pengumpulan data dilakukan baik dengan studi dokumen maupun dengan melakukan wawancara. Analisis data dilakukan dengan metode analisis yuridis kualitatif. Kesimpulan yang diambil dari penelitian ini adalah : 1) Kepolisian Negara Republik Indonesia (Polri) sebagai salah satu aparat penegak hukum dapat melakukan upaya pencegahan berupa tindakan preventif; dan 2) Apabila tindakan pencegahan atau preventif tidak dapat menyelesaikan berbagai permasalahan yang timbul dari ujaran kebencian maka anggota Kepolisian Negara Republik Indonesia (Polri) sebagai salah satu aparat penegak hukum dapat melakukan penegakkan hukum yang merupakan tindakan represif dengan mengacu pada beberapa peraturan perundang-undangan yang ada. Abstract

This research begins with the idea that the purpose of Islamic education must be in accordance with the purpose of human life. The purpose of life is a very valuable thing that needs to be fought for earnestly. The greatest goal in life is none other than achieving the pleasure of Allah almighty. This research uses a qualitative approach with analytical descriptive method. The results of this study are that in the Qur'an there are many verses that contain the word pleasure (ridhā) with various derivations. Of the many words of pleasure that are united with the word Allah, only three sentences are found and all of them show that the pleasure (ridhā) of Allah almighty is obtained through a real struggle. In addition to the word mardhatillah, it is also found in other forms such as the word radhiya Allah. The pedagogical implication is that in essence the process of Islamic education must be able to lead students to reach the pleasure of Allah (mardhātillāh), not merely educate humans from the intellectual side, only physically proficient, but must make real humans, who are aware of nature holiness, who returns to Allah in a state of purity.

Abstract

Bunut Hulu District is one of the most important sub-districts in Kapuas Hulu Regency.  Bunut Hulu has several very interesting attractions to visit, one of which is Saray Brunyau Waterfall located in Riam Piyang Village. Saray Brunyau Waterfall is included in the area with the status of a protected forest area. The purpose of this study is to obtain data on the potential of ecotourism objects and compile data on the interpretation of the ecotourism potential of the Saray Brunyau waterfall in Riam Piyang Village, Bunut Hulu District, Kapuas Hulu Regency. This research uses a descriptive survey method with direct observation techniques and direct interviews. Sampling of community respondents using purposive sampling. As a result of interviews and direct observations, 8 potentials can support the interpretation of ecotourism potential, namely Rice Fields, Fields, Rubber Plantations and Kratom Gardens, Tembawang Forest, Sebilit River, Saray Brunyau Waterfall, and Protected Forest. The results of the exploration are arranged into one tourist route, namely the abiotic interpretation path of ecotourism in Riam Piyang Village. The path from the settlement to the Saray Brunyau waterfall attraction is 3.50 km away.Keywords: Ecotourism, Interpretation, Kapuas Hulu Regency, Saray Brunyau, WaterfallAbstrakKecamatan Bunut Hulu merupakan salah satu kecamatan yang terletak di Kabupaten Kapuas Hulu. Bunut Hulu memiliki beberapa objek wisata yang sangat menarik untuk dikunjungi, salah satunya yaitu Air Terjun Saray Brunyau yang terletak di Desa Riam Piyang. Air Terjun Saray Brunyau masuk ke dalam kawasan yang berstatus kawasan hutan lindung. Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu mendapatkan data potensi objek ekowisata abiotik dan menyusun data interpretasi potensi ekowisata abiotik air terjun Saray Brunyau di Desa Riam Piyang Kecamatan Bunut Hulu Kabupaten Kapuas Hulu. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode survey yang bersifat deskriptif dengan teknik observasi langsung dan wawancara langsung. Pengambilan sampel responden masyarakat menggunakan purposive sampling. Hasil dari wawancara dan observasi langsung terdapat 8 potensi yang dapat mendukung interpretasi potensi ekowisata, yaitu Sawah, Ladang, Kebun Karet dan Kebun Kratom, Hutan Tembawang, Sungai Sebilit, Air Terjun Saray Brunyau, dan Hutan Lindung. Hasil eksplorasi tersebut disusun menjadi satu jalur wisata, yaitu jalur interpretasi abiotik ekowisata Desa Riam Piyang. Jalur dari pemukiman ke objek wisata air terjun Saray Brunyau hanya berjarak 3,50 km.Kata Kunci: Air Terjun, Ekowisata, Interpretasi, Kabupaten Kapuas Hulu, Saray Brunyau

Abstract

Quality is a very important thing to be implemented in educational institutions, including Islamic educational institutions. One of the efforts to maintain the quality of education is to implement a management system based on the IASP 2020. In Islamic education institutions based on Islamic boarding schools such as MI, MTs and MA, the implementation of IASP 2020 has not been maximized, therefore it is necessary to provide assistance in implementing it. This is the background of this dedication. The purpose of service is to provide a deep understanding to MI educators and education staff. MTs and MA which are under the auspices of YPI Al-Qonaah Cikajang, Garut Regency. The method used is by using the workshop method where participants are actively involved in filling out the IASP 2020 and conducting follow-up programs. The service activity was attended by educators and education staff at YPI Al-Qonaah Cikajang Garut, the activity went smoothly and asked for follow-up on these activities.
