Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui pengaruh stres kerja, kepuasan kerja dan pelatihan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. Parik Sabungan. Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik Simple random sampling dengan cara membagikan kuesioner kepada seluruh dengan menggunakan rumus slovin. Jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 110 responden. Berdasarkan hasil pengolahan data diketahui Stres Kerja (X1) memiliki thitung sebesar 6,793 dan nilai ttabel sebesar 1,658 maka nilai thitung>ttabel (6,793>1,658) dan nilai sig.0.00<0,05. Hal ini berarti hipotesis diterima yaitu : Stres Kerja secara parsial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja karyawan pada PT Parik Sabungan. Variabel Kepuasan Kerja (X2) memiliki thitung sebesar 4,230 dan nilai ttabel sebesar 1,658 maka nilai thitung>ttabel (4,230>1,658) dan nilai sig. 0.00<0,05. Hal ini berarti hipotesis diterima yaitu : Kepuasan Kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja karyawan pada PT Parik Sabungan. Variabel Pelatihan Kerja (X3) memiliki thitung sebesar 5,504 dan nilai ttabel sebesar 1,658 maka nilai thitung>ttabel (5,504>1,658)dan nilai sig. 0.00<0,05. Hal ini berarti hipotesis diterima yaitu : Pelatihan Kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja karyawan pada PT Parik Sabungan.

Abstract

This study aims to test and analyze the influence of Work Discipline, Communication and Conflict to Work on the Performance of Employees of PT Pratama Makmur Jaya Medan. The research method is quantitative approach, type of research is descriptive and quantitative nature of this research is descriptive explanatory. Methods of data analysis is multiple linear regression analysis. Sample collection techniques, namely simple random sampling. The research sample is 106 employees. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan adalah untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh Komunikasi, Motivasi dan Kepemimpinan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan pada PT Pasar Swalayan Maju Bersama Cabang Mangkubumi. Kurangnya komunikasi kerja karyawan yang belum efektif terlihat dari seringnya kesalahan dalam bekerja, motivasi kerja karyawan masih rendah tercermin dari penghargaan yang diberikan kurang dilakukan kepada karyawan dan kepemimpinan yang belum dapat mendorong karyawan mengakibatkan kinerja karyawan mengalami penurunan tercermin dari tidak tercapainya target perusahaan. Metode penelitian mengunakan kuantitatif. Populasi adalah berjumlah 117 karyawan dan sampel berjumlah 107 karyawan PT Pasar Swalayan Maju Bersama Cabang Mangkubumi. Teknik sampling yang digunakan adalah sampling sensus. Pegujian hipotesis secara parsial Komunikasi, Motivasi dan Kepemimpinan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan pada PT Pasar Swalayan Maju Bersama Cabang Mangkubumi. Secara simultan secara parsial Komunikasi, Motivasi dan Kepemimpinan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan pada PT Pasar Swalayan Maju Bersama Cabang Mangkubumi

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh Kepemimpinan, Disiplin Kerja dan Reward terhadap Kinerja Karyawan pada PT YCH Indonesia Medan. Metode penelitian adalah pendekatan kuantitatif, jenis penelitian ini deskriptif kuantitatif dan sifat penelitian ini adalah deskriptif explanatory. Metode analisis data adalah analisis regresi linear berganda. Teknik pengumpulan sampel yaitu simple random sampling. Sampel penelitian adalah 96 karyawan. Secara parsial dan simultan Kepemimpinan, disiplin kerja, reward berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT YCH Indonesia Medan. Kinerja karyawan PT YCH Indonesia Medan yang dapat dijelaskan oleh variasi variabel kepemimpinan, disiplin kerja, reward sebesar 38,1% sedangkan sisanya sebesar 61,9% dijelaskan oleh variabel lain yang tidak diteliti pada penelitian ini, seperti gaji, promosi jabatan dan beban kerja.

Abstract

Pelaku bisnis harus memahami faktor-faktoryang membantu strategi bisnisnya untuk menjangkau lebih luas lagi dalam keputusan pembeian. Peneitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Promosi Penjualan, Penjualan Perseorangan dan Kepercayaan Pelanggan terhadap Keputusan Pembelian. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini meliputi statistik deskrip. Pendekatan yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif menggunakan metodologi survei dan kuesioner terstruktur. Jumlah pelanggan pada penelitian ini sebanyak 167 pelanggan dan jumlah sampel pada penelitian ini  sebanyak 63 pelanggan. Metode pengambilan sampel adalah random sampling, metode pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner, wawancara dan studi dokumenter. Analisis regresi linier berganda digunakan dalam teknik analisis data. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa promosi penjualan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian. Selain itu, personal sales juga berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian. Juga ditemukan bahwa kepercayaan pelanggan berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian.

Abstract

The objective of this research is to analyze the influence of Trust, Motivation, and Service on Customer Satisfaction both partially and simultaneously. The research method used in this study is quantitative. The population of this study comprises 10,597 customers, with a sample size of 100 customers. The sampling technique used is random sampling, and data collection methods include questionnaires and interviews. The data analysis technique employed is multiple linear regression analysis. The study results show that the calculated t-value for trust is greater than the critical t-value and the significance value is less than 0.05, specifically, tcount>ttablet_{count} > t_{table}tcount?>ttable? and sig.<0.05sig. < 0.05sig.<0.05 or 0.291<1.9850.291 < 1.9850.291<1.985 and 0.772>0.050.772 > 0.050.772>0.05. This indicates that trust does not have a significant partial effect on customer satisfaction. The calculated t-value for motivation is greater than the critical t-value and the significance value is less than 0.05, specifically, tcount>ttablet_{count} > t_{table}tcount?>ttable? and sig.<0.05sig. < 0.05sig.<0.05 or 2.402>1.9852.402 > 1.9852.402>1.985 and 0.018<0.050.018 < 0.050.018<0.05. This indicates that motivation has a significant partial effect on customer satisfaction. The calculated t-value for service is greater than the critical t-value and the significance value is less than 0.05, specifically, tcount>ttablet_{count} > t_{table}tcount?>ttable? and sig.<0.05sig. < 0.05sig.<0.05 or 2.770>1.9852.770 > 1.9852.770>1.985 and 0.007<0.050.007 < 0.050.007<0.05. This indicates that service has a significant partial effect on customer satisfaction. The study results show that the calculated F-value is greater than the critical F-value and the significance value is less than 0.05, specifically, Fcount>FtableF_{count} > F_{table}Fcount?>Ftable? and sig.<0.05sig. < 0.05sig.<0.05. The values obtained from data processing are F=8.534>2.70F = 8.534 > 2.70F=8.534>2.70 and sig.=0.000<0.05sig. = 0.000 < 0.05sig.=0.000<0.05. This indicates that trust, motivation, and service have a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction. The determination coefficient test results show that 18.6% of customer satisfaction is influenced by trust, motivation, and service, as indicated by the Adjusted R Square value. The remaining 81.4% is explained by other variables not examined in this study.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of age, education, gender on the interest in drinking non-alcoholic wine flavoured Aren Coffee at Jabu Hela Coffee Shop Medan, both together and individually. A quantitative approach was used in compiling this research. Data analysis was arranged with multiple linear analysis. The research shows the results partially from the influence of age, education, gender, influence the interest in drinking nonalcoholic wine flavoured palm coffee at Coffee Shop Jabu Hela Medan. Simultaneously there is an influence of age, education, gender on the interest in drinking nonalcoholic wine-flavoured palm coffee at Coffee Shop Jabu Hela Medan. The value of determination in the coefficient obtained is 0.371 which means that Age, Education, Gender on Interest in Drinking Nonalcoholic Wine Flavoured Aren Coffee at Coffee Shop Jabu Hela Medan is 37.1% and the remaining 62.9% is explained by other variables that are not analysed outside of this study. Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of age, tenure, and education on employee productivity, either partially or simultaneously. Direct testing and questionnaire distribution obtained a population of 48 people, followed by statistical correlation tests and simple regression. The partial hypothesis test obtained the value of Age (X1) tcount < t table or 0.996 < 1.201063 and significant obtained 0.325 < 0.05, Working Period (X2) obtained tcount value > ttable or 1.539 > 1.201063 and the relevant value obtained was 0.131 < 0.05 and Education (X3), the value of tcount < t table or 0.573 < 1.201063 and the relevant value obtained 0.570 < 0.05 on employee productivity (Y). After conducting the test, it was concluded that partially Age, Term of Service, and Education had a positive and relevant impact on the productivity of PT Jasa Raharja's Medan City employees. Overall Age, Working Period, and Education have a very positive and significant impact on the productivity of employees of PT Jasa Raharja Medan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat seberapa baik kinerja karyawan dalam bekerja selama pandemi Covid 19. Penelitian ini juga akan melihat apakah faktor independen kepemimpinan, motivasi, dan disiplin memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan secara statistik terhadap seberapa baik kinerja karyawan di tempat kerja. Dalam pengumpulan data, peneliti menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif berupa kuesioner, wawancara, dan dokumentasi serta mengelola data dengan SPSS 20 for windows. Populasi penelitian ini terdiri dari 43 karyawan PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia Unit Layanan Krakatau dan semuanya digunakan sebagai sampel. Regresi linier berganda dan uji asumsi standar digunakan dalam penelitian ini. Dampak positif terhadap kinerja karyawan ditemukan terkait dengan kepemimpinan yang efektif, dan dampak positif terhadap kinerja karyawan ditemukan terkait dengan motivasi yang efektif. Dampak negatif terhadap kinerja karyawan ditemukan terkait dengan disiplin kerja yang buruk. Menurut temuan penelitian yang dilakukan secara simultan, kepemimpinan, motivasi, dan disiplin memiliki pengaruh besar terhadap karakteristik kinerja karyawan. Penelitian ini dapat kita simpulkan berdasarkan uji koefisien determinasi yang dalam hal ini sebesar 0,607 (60,7%) yang berarti bahwa kinerja karyawan sedikit banyak dipengaruhi oleh aspek kepemimpinan, motivasi, dan disiplin kerja, sedangkan sisanya sebesar 39,3 persen dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain. This study aims to see how well employees perform in their work during the Covid 19 pandemic. This study will also see whether independent factors of leadership, motivation, and discipline have a statistically significant effect on how well employees perform at work. In collecting the data, the researcher used a quantitative approach in the form of questionnaires, interviews, and documentation and managed the data with SPSS 20 for windows. The population of this study consisted of 43 employees of PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia Krakatau Service Unit and all of them were used as samples. Multiple linear regression and standard assumption tests were used in this study. A positive impact on employee performance was found to be associated with effective leadership, and a positive impact on employee performance was found to be associated with effective motivation. A negative impact on employee performance was found to be associated with poor work discipline. According to the findings of research conducted simultaneously, leadership, motivation, and discipline have a major influence on employee performance characteristics. We can conclude this study based on the coefficient of determination test, which in this case is 0.607 (60.7%) which means that employee performance is to some extent influenced by aspects of leadership, motivation, and work discipline, with the remaining 39.3 percent influenced by other factors

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine how consumer interest in drinking coffee at Coffee Shop Restu Bunda in Medan City is influenced by facilities, service quality, and price. This survey-based study involved sixty clients. The results showed that consumer interest was positively and significantly influenced by price, service quality, and facilities. Coffee Shop Restu Bunda can use this study as a guide to increase consumer interest by improving service standards, providing complete and comfortable facilities, and setting reasonable prices.
