Abstract

The digital era is marked by massive technological developments, having a significant impact on the world of education. The study aims to delineate the application and strengthening of character education through Islamic Religious Education in addressing the negative impact of technology in the digital era. The research method uses a library study as an approach to analyzing the concept of the application and strengthening of character education through Islamic religious education. The results of the study include various findings that address these concepts, highlighting strategies and methods that can be used to enhance the character of students. The research results show that Islamic-based character education is crucial in view of the impact of technological changes that affect interaction, communication, and behavior. Ethical guidance in the use of technology can be obtained through Islamic religious education, with emphasis on the application of everyday character through cultivation and uniformity. Successful character education requires shared responsibility from schools, communities, and parents. The recommendation of this study is the need for further integration between technology and character education through Islamic Religious Education. It requires a joint effort from education, parents, and the community to ensure that the use of technology is done positively, in line with student character formation.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh lingkungan kerja fisik, motivasi intrinsik, dan hubungan antar manusiaterhadap etos kerja pada PNS UPTD Puskesmas Puring. Pengumpulan data menggunakan kuisioner dengan skala Likert dan jumlah sampel sebanyak 46 responden. Teknik sampling yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah sampling jenuh. Hipotesis diuji menggunakan teknik analisis regresi berganda, uji t, uji f dan koefisien determinasi dengan menggunakan SPSS for windows versi 23.00. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa lingkungan kerja fisik secara parsial tidak berpengaruh terhadap etos kerja, motivasi intrinsik secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap etos kerja, hubungan antar manusia secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap etos kerja. Lingkungan kerja fisik, motivasi intrinsik, dan hubungan antar manusia secara simultan berpengaruh terhadap etos kerja.

Abstract

Education in a theoretical philosophical definition is human thought on educational problems solving and compiling new theories by based on normative, speculative, empirical rational, philosophical, and historical philosophical thinking. While rducation in the definition of practice is an optimal transfer or transformation of knowledge or development, as well as cultivating human beings in the transformation of key values. The purpose of Islamic education is to make students more wary of Allah SWT. The Industrial Revolution era 4.0 was an integration of technology and human to make work done easier. The problem of Islamic education is that the basic problem of education in Indonesia is the low quality of education. This is demonstrated by the large differences in the quality of education between regions. The State-level educational development index shows two trends. Islamic education needs to change, which is to change old ideas that are outdated and related to bureaucratic rules, to self-development and innovation cooperatives in an aspect of the world: to change the method of prioritizing education that fits modernity, especially in islamic education, which is embedded in the ancestral values of the nation and religion.

Abstract

Anemia merupakan masalah kesehatan bagi masyarakat terbesar di dunia terutama bagi kelompok wanita usia reproduksi. Agar tidak meningkatnya angka kejadian anemia, maka ibu hamil harus mendapat asupan 90 tablet zat besi. Oleh karena itu, kepatuhan ibu hamil dalam mengkonsumsi tablet zat besi untuk meningkatkan kadar hemoglobin. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui hubungan kepatuhan mengkonsumsi tablet zat besi dengan kejadian anemia pada ibu hamil trimester III di Puskesmas Cimandala. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain penelitian analitik korelasi dengan menggunakan metode pendekatan cross sectional. Sampel pada penelitian ini 35 responden ibu hamil trimester III, teknik Non-probability sampling dengan sampel jenuh. Pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner. Analisa data menggunakan uji statistik Chi-Square. Mayoritas responden berumur berusia di > 20 tahun sebanyak 29 orang (82.9 %), pendidikan terakhir SMA sebanyak 19 ibu (54.3 %). Sedangkan dilihat dari segi pekerjaan ibu, mayoritas responden bekerja sebagai Ibu Rumah Tangga yaitu sebanyak 28 ibu (80 %).Kepatuhan mengkonsumsi tablet zat besi mayoritas responden bahwa paling banyak responden tidak patuh dalam mengkonsumsi tablet zat besi sebanyak 28 orang (80 %).Kejadian anemia pada ibu hamil dominan mengalami anemia sebanyak 26 (54,2%). Hasil analisa uji statistik dengan menggunakan Chi-square didapatkan nilai p-value <0,05. Kesimpulan Penelitian bahwa ada hubungan kepatuhan mengkonsumsi tablet zat besi dengan kejadian anemia pada Ibu hamil trimester III di Puskesmas Cimandala
