Abstract

This research aim  to know and analyse the influence of service quality consisted of reliability, responsiveness, confidence, emphaty and tangibles toward consumer satisfaction at puskesmas  Kota Jantho Aceh Besar and  the most dominant factor influence it. The data analysis method used in this study is multiple linear regression.The results showed that the variables reliability,responsiveness, confidence, emphaty and tangibles of the influance on  consumer satisfaction at Puskesmas Kota Jantho Aceh Besar, and  the dominant variable influancing consumer satisfaction is empathy.

Abstract

This study is an empirical study that aims to analyze the effect of corporate social responsibility (CSR), human capital toward  competitive advantage. The type of data used in this study is primary data from questioner (research instrument) that used self- administrated technique. The number of samples in this study were 100 managerial and non managerial employee with convenient sampling method. The analysis model used in this research is PLS-SEM using SmartPLS 3. The result show that the CSR and human capital have positive and significant effect on competitive advantage. The human capital as the mediation variable between relationship CSR and competitive advantage. Tthe Companies that develop and practice CSR will be able to increase human resources within the company to achieve a competitive advantage

Abstract

Economic globalization has made companies become multinational , public and workforce with multi- cultural backgrounds . Its important for individual have of capital competency ( knowledge and skills) to face the challenges of globalization by learning a cross-cultural adjustment for global worker, cultural intelligence can explain how individuals have capability to adaptation to multi- cultural environment . This article purpose to conceptual describe the relationship between the cultural intelligence and cross-cultural adjustment related to worker in a global culture or cross-cultural.

Abstract

This study examines the differences between male and female leadership in the SMEs sector. It investigates the influence of innovative work behaviour preceded by psychological empowerment on competitive advantage in each dimension. This study uses a quantitative approach to distribute questionnaires to 254 Indonesian SMEs. Path analysis was used in this study by calculating factor loading, composite reliability, Average Variance Extracted (AVE), discriminant validity, and the structural model. To analyse the differences between female and male entrepreneurs, this study employs multi-group analysis, which can explain the phenomenon of this research. These findings explain that psychological empowerment has been found to increase innovative work behaviour, and innovative work behaviour has also been found to mediate the relationship between psychological empowerment and dimensions of competitive advantage. In addition, female leadership is superior in terms of time to market, where innovative employees led by a woman will develop new products faster to enter the market. On the other hand, male leadership is superior in the delivery dependability dimension, where innovative employees led by a man prioritise speed and responsiveness in serving customers.

Abstract

Moringa plants have the potential as raw materials for value-added products, such as processed foods, beverages, health supplements, cosmetics, and others. Citali Village has the potential to become a Moringa village. However, it has obstacles in the mindset of the community toward Moringa. They still think that Moringa is for mystical things. This service aims to change people's attitudes about Moringa and make people able to process Moringa into a product. This service method uses the ABCD (Asset-Based Community Development) approach. As a result of this dedication, the people of Citali village have understood the benefits and how to cultivate and process Moringa into a product; it is hoped that it can improve the welfare of the people of Citali village. The impact of this community service activity is that the people of Citali Village can understand and better understand what Moringa is in a more positive and modern way and can process Moringa into a valuable product.

Abstract

The international database that includes various industries shows that on average, only 20% of employees are engaged in their work, 20% are at a low point in their job, and the remaining 60% work without using their resources. This research aims to ascertain how employee work engagement at PT Smart Glove Tanjung Morawa is impacted by perceived organizational support (POS), job demand, and job satisfaction. This quantitative study uses a questionnaire as a data collection tool distributed to 100 employees in the PT Smart Glove Tanjung Morawa production department using a Likert scale. The results indicate that perceived organizational support (POS) has a positive and significant influence on employee work engagement at PT Smart Glove Tanjung Morawa; job satisfaction also has a positive and significant effect on employee work engagement at PT Smart Glove Tanjung Morawa; and job demand has a negative but significant influence on employee work engagement at PT Smart Glove Tanjung Morawa.

Abstract

Every company has a goal to maximize performance. The capital market's supply and demand combine to generate firm value, which is a reflection of the performance of the company. The purpose of this study is to investigate how intellectual capital affects corporate value, and the role of corporate governance as a moderating variable. The population is Food and Beverage companies listed on the IDX 2019-2022. The populations are 21 companies. Sampling obtained census technique. The analysis data uses Moderating Regression Analysis with Eviews. The findings showed that intellectual capital positively and significantly affects corporate value. Firm value is positively and significantly impacted by corporate governance, and corporate governance can moderate the effect of intellectual capital on Firm Value. It is recommended that companies optimize intellectual capital to increase firm value. Investors are advised to consider intellectual capital, and corporate governance that can influence the firm value.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to examine the effects on affective organizational commitment of the work environment, skill development, and empowerment as elements of internal corporate social responsibility (ICSR). PLS-SEM or SEM based on variance were utilized to analyze 300 surveys. The study found that organizational commitment is impacted by work environment, skill development, and empowerment in internal CSR. These findings imply that internal CSR, which encompasses skill development, empowerment, and work environment, is a critical component in strengthening organizational commitment to Islamic banking in Aceh. This is the first study to examine the relationship between internal corporate social responsibility and affective organizational commitment in Islamic banking.

Abstract

SMK sebagai sekolah yang mempersiapkan siswa siap terjun ke dunia kerja dengan keahlian yang dipelajari di sekolah, seperti manajemen perkantoran, tata boga, otomotif, dan bidang lainnya. Dalam pendidikan, tidak hanya keahlian tertentu saja dipelajari, tetapi juga diperlukan memahami teknologi. Teknologi berkembang dengan sangat cepat, salah satunya adalah 3D print. 3D print merupakan suatu teknologi percetakan model 3D dari bidang 2D. Produk/model 3D ini tidak hanya digunakan di bidang kesehatan saja, tetapi sudah merambah ke segala bidang, termasuk dalam bidang bisnis. Teknologi 3D print belum dikenal banyak orang, khususnya di Provinsi Aceh. Dikarenakan hal tersebut diperlukannya pengenalan teknologi 3D print bagi siswa SMK di Kota Lhokseumawe. Tidak hanya untuk memahami dan mengetahui 3D print, tetapi teknologi 3D print ini juga telah banyak digunakan dalam dunia usaha/bisnis. Hal ini diperlukannya pengenalan teknologi 3D print dan penerapannya dapat digunakan untuk mendukung bisnis atau wirausaha. Hasil yang didapat pada pengabdian ini adalah sebuah publikasi media, kerjasama antara pihak Universitas Malikussaleh dengan SMK Kota Lhokseumawe, publikasi jurnal ilmiah dan HKI. Pengabdian ini juga memberikan dampak positif pada para siswa SMK untuk mengembangkan wirausaha dengan menggunakan teknologi 3D print.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to examine the influence of high-performance work systems and servant leadership on organizational performance through the mediating role of employee engagement at Bank Indonesia Lhokseumawe Representative Office. The data in this research were 133 employees who responded to the questionnaire distributed via Google Forms. The data analysis tool uses Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) which is operated with Amos. The research results found that High-Performance Work Systems (HPWS) and Servant Leadership have a significant effect on employee engagement and employee performance. Employee engagement also significantly improves employee performance. In testing the mediating effect of employee engagement, it became a partial mediating variable between High-Performance Work Systems (HPWS) and Servant Leadership on the performance of Bank Indonesia Aceh Representative employees. It is hoped that the results of this research will provide an important contribution to stakeholders in developing employee development strategies as an important resource for every organization.
