Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi program pendidikan kewirausahaan di Universitas Indonesia dengan menggunakan pendekatan Soft System Methodology (SSM). Pendidikan kewirausahaan menjadi semakin penting di era globalisasi ini karena perannya dalam mendorong inovasi dan pertumbuhan ekonomi. Program ini dirancang untuk membekali mahasiswa dengan keterampilan dan pengetahuan yang diperlukan untuk menjadi wirausahawan yang sukses. Soft System Methodology (SSM) digunakan sebagai kerangka evaluasi karena pendekatan ini mampu menangani masalah kompleks yang melibatkan banyak pemangku kepentingan dengan perspektif yang berbeda. SSM tidak hanya berfokus pada aspek teknis tetapi juga mempertimbangkan aspek manusia dan budaya dalam sistem yang dievaluasi. Proses evaluasi dimulai dengan mengidentifikasi masalah dan pemangku kepentingan terkait. Selanjutnya, dilakukan analisis terhadap persepsi dan harapan dari berbagai pemangku kepentingan termasuk mahasiswa, dosen, dan pelaku industri. Hasil evaluasi menunjukkan bahwa meskipun program pendidikan kewirausahaan di Universitas Indonesia telah berjalan dengan baik, masih terdapat beberapa area yang perlu diperbaiki. Diantaranya adalah peningkatan kolaborasi dengan industri, penyesuaian kurikulum agar lebih sesuai dengan kebutuhan pasar, serta pengembangan fasilitas dan sumber daya yang mendukung pembelajaran kewirausahaan. Rekomendasi dari penelitian ini mencakup pengembangan kurikulum yang lebih dinamis, peningkatan kerjasama dengan berbagai sektor industri, dan penambahan fasilitas pendukung seperti inkubator bisnis dan akses ke mentor yang berpengalaman. Implementasi dari rekomendasi ini diharapkan dapat meningkatkan efektivitas program pendidikan kewirausahaan di Universitas Indonesia dan menciptakan lebih banyak wirausahawan muda yang berkompeten. Dengan menggunakan pendekatan SSM, evaluasi ini tidak hanya memberikan gambaran menyeluruh tentang kinerja program, tetapi juga menawarkan solusi praktis yang dapat diimplementasikan untuk perbaikan berkelanjutan. Hasil penelitian ini diharapkan dapat menjadi acuan bagi institusi pendidikan lainnya dalam mengembangkan program kewirausahaan yang efektif dan responsif terhadap perubahan kebutuhan pasar.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan menguji pengaruh pembangunan keuangan dan pembiayaan hijau terhadap tingkat dekarbonisasi di Indonesia periode 2012–2021. Menggunakan data sekunder dari Refinitiv Eikon dan World Bank, pembangunan keuangan diukur melalui dummy obligasi hijau, kredit domestik swasta, dan investasi asing langsung (FDI), sementara kualitas lingkungan dinilai dari emisi CO2, emisi gas rumah kaca (GHE), dan penipisan sumber daya alam (NRD) dengan mengontrol tingkat pendapatan, kualitas kelembagaan, serta populasi. Data dianalisis menggunakan Analisis Regresi Linier Berganda, menghasilkan nilai Adjusted R Square masing-masing sebesar 96,7% (CO2), 91,7% (GHE), dan 98,0% (NRD). Hasil uji simultan (Uji F) menunjukkan pengaruh signifikan pada model NRD, namun tidak signifikan pada model emisi udara CO2 dan GHE dalam jangka pendek akibat keterbatasan ukuran sampel efektif (small sample bias). Secara parsial (Uji t), dummy obligasi hijau terbukti berpengaruh signifikan terhadap penipisan sumber daya alam, meskipun dampaknya pada pengurangan emisi belum optimal secara makro karena faktor time-lag. Lebih lanjut, variabel tingkat pendapatan berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap penipisan sumber daya alam, yang memberikan dukungan empiris kuat terhadap validitas hipotesis Environmental Kuznets Curve (EKC) di Indonesia. Temuan ini menegaskan bahwa peningkatan kapasitas ekonomi nasional mampu mendorong perbaikan kualitas lingkungan melalui penurunan tingkat eksploitasi modal alam yang berlebihan.

Abstract

Background: High-performance human resource management practices (HPHRMPs), also known as high-performance work systems (HPWSs), have been extensively studied as strategic human resource management configurations that improve organizational performance. However, their role in facilitating employee readiness for change, especially through attitudinal mediators, has not been systematically explored. Objective: This systematic literature review integrates empirical evidence on the relationship between HPHRMPs/HPWSs and employee readiness for change, with particular emphasis on the mediating roles of job satisfaction and affective commitment. Methods: Following the PRISMA 2020 guidelines, a comprehensive search of the Scopus database identified 210 records across five targeted searches. After removing 21 duplicates, 189 records were screened based on titles and abstracts, and 38 articles were selected for full-text review. Thirty-five studies met all eligibility criteria and were included in the final narrative synthesis. Results: Three main pathways were identified: (1) HPHRMPs/HPWSs had a direct positive effect on readiness for change; (2) indirect effects occurred through job satisfaction; and (3) indirect effects were mediated through affective commitment. HPHRMPs/HPWSs practices, particularly training and development, employee involvement, and selective staffing, consistently foster positive employee attitudes and motivate employees to embrace organizational change. Conclusion: HPHRMPs/HPWSs enhance readiness for change through both direct and indirect mechanisms. Job satisfaction acts as an emotional bridge, while affective commitment provides a deeper psychological attachment that sustains readiness for change over time. Organizations seeking to manage change effectively should invest in a comprehensive HPHRMPs/HPWSs bundle as a proactive strategy for developing change-ready talent.

Abstract

Background: Innovation is a critical factor for organizations to sustain competitiveness in dynamic environments. In this context, knowledge and learning capability are increasingly recognized as strategic resources that support innovation implementation. Objective: This study aims to identify and synthesize the role of knowledge and learning capability in organizational innovation using a systematic literature review approach. Methods: Data were collected from the Scopus database, resulting in 30 empirical articles published between 2015 and 2025, and analyzed using thematic analysis. Results: The findings reveal four main themes. First, organizational learning has a positive relationship with innovation capability and innovation performance. Second, organizational learning acts as a mediating mechanism linking organizational factors to innovation outcomes. Third, knowledge management, absorptive capacity, and dynamic capability form an integrated mechanism that enables organizations to manage and transform knowledge into innovation. Fourth, innovation serves as a key link between organizational learning and organizational performance. Conclusion: This study contributes by integrating knowledge-based view and organizational learning perspectives, highlighting that the effect of learning on performance is indirect through innovation. Practically, organizations need to strengthen learning processes and knowledge management to enhance competitiveness. The novelty of this review lies in synthesizing fragmented empirical findings into a single integrative framework that positions organizational learning simultaneously as an antecedent, mediator, and dynamic capability. Future research should extend data sources beyond Scopus and empirically validate the proposed integrative model across diverse industry and regional contexts.
