Abstract

This study aims to analyze the financing implementation process at Bank Nagari Syariah and Sharia Rural Banks (BPRS) in West Sumatra, focusing on the application of the precautionary principle. This research employs a descriptive qualitative method, with data collected through in-depth interviews, document analysis, and direct observation of eight BPRS: PT BPRS Mentari Saiyo, PT BPRS Haji Miskin, PT BPRS Carana Kiat Andalas Bukittinggi, PT BPRS Ampek Angkek Canduang, PT BPRS Almakmur Payakumbuh, PT BPRS Sungai Puar Syariah, PT BPRS Barakah Nawaitul Ikhlas Solok, and PT BPRS Gajah Nan Tongga Sawah Lunto. The data were analyzed thematically, focusing on the implementation of the 6C and 5C assessment methods. The findings reveal that Bank Nagari Syariah and BPRS consistently apply the precautionary principle to mitigate the risk of default. This study implies the need to strengthen risk assessment systems based on sharia principles to improve financing asset quality and enhance customer trust in sharia banking

Abstract

This study aims to examine the impact of village fund allocation on various aspects of community welfare in Nagari Batipuh Ateh, Batipuh District. The research employed a field study with a quantitative approach. Population consisted of 1,423 families in Nagari Batipuh Ateh, Batipuh District. A sample of 93 respondents was selected using the Slovin formula and stratified random sampling technique. Data were collected through questionnaires and documentation. The data were analyzed using statistical tests with SPSS version 26. The results indicate that village fund allocation has a significant impact on various aspects of community welfare, including income, housing and public facilities, health, education, and transportation in Nagari Batipuh Ateh. Therefore, it can be concluded that the four hypotheses are accepted, confirming that village fund allocation positively influences the overall welfare of the community.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pengetahuan mahasiswa tentang investasi terhadap minat mahasiswa berinvestasi pada galeri investasi syariah IAIN Batusangkar. Masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa angkatan 2016 khususnya mahasiswa jurusan perbankan syariah, jurusan ekonomi syariah dengan konsentrasi manajemen syariah dan akuntansi syariah yang membuka rekening IPOT GIS IAIN Batusangkar jumlahnya sedikit dibandingkan jumlah keseluruhan mahasiswa angkatan 2016 dengan jurusan perbankan syariah, jurusan ekonomi syariah dengan konsentrasi manajemen syariah dan akuntansi syariah. Metode penelitian┬á adalah┬á kuantitatif.┬á Populasi┬á dalam┬á penelitian┬á ini adalah mahasiswa Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis Islam, yang telah mempelajari mata kuliah tentang investasi dan pasar modal. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah sebanyak 81 Mahasiswa. Pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuesioner. Uji coba instrumen dianalisis┬á dengan┬á menggunakan┬á uji┬á validitas┬á dan┬á uji┬á reliabilitas.┬á Teknik┬á analisis┬á data┬á yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah uji normalitas, uji linearitas, uji korelasi, uji koefisien determinasi, uji t, dan analisis regresi linier sederhana. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: Pengetahuan mahasiswa tentang investasi berpengaruh terhadap minat berinvestasi pada galeri investasi syariah IAIN Batusangkar dibuktikan dengan nilai t┬á sebesar┬á 0,000 < 0,1. Variabel Independen secara bersamaÔÇôsama mempengaruhi variabel dependen sebesar 44,6% sisanya sebesar 55,4% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lainnya.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of financial literacy, risk tolerance and experienced regret on the selection of types of Islamic financial investments in the millennial generation in Indonesia. This study used purposive sampling and convenience sampling there were 8,483,213 respondents and sampling using the Slovin formula with an error rate of 10% which obtained a sample of 100 respondents. The analysis technique uses multiple lieniar regression. The results showed that financial literacy affects the selection of Islamic financial investment types, while Risk Tolerance has no effect on the selection of Islamic financial investment types, and experienced regret has a positive and significant effect on the selection of Islamic investment types, and simultaneously the influence of financial literacy, Risk Tolerance and experienced regret affects the selection of Islamic investment types..

Abstract

The research aims to find out the strategies carried out by PT BPR Balerong Bunta in the process of accelerating the conversion from conventional banks to Islamic banks. This type of research is field research with a qualitative descriptive approach. Data analysis techniques are carried out through data collection by interview, data reduction, data display and conclusion drawing. The results showed that the strategy carried out by PT. BPR Balerong Bunta in accelerating the conversion was to form a special team named the conversion team, conduct a comparative study, make a conversion business feasibility study, coordinate directly with prospective Sharia Supervisory Board and the board of commissioners, as well as conduct weekly meetings, complete the conversion requirements regulated by the Financial Services Authority, prepare core banking IT, conduct training and development of directors and employees
