Abstract

Penggunaan teknologi multimedia pada saat ini merupakan salah satu cara yang efektif untuk mempermudah dan menyampaikan sesuatu pesan dalam bentuk audio visual. Sarana multimedia juga mampu menghasilkan sesuatu menjadi lebih menarik dengan menggunakan salah satu unsur multimedia yaitu video. Film merupakan salah satu media masa yang digunakan sebagai sarana hiburan. Film dokumenter adalah film yang mendokumentasikan kenyataan. Kunci utama dari dokumenter adalah menyajikan fakta. Film dokumenter berhubungan dengan orang-orang, tokoh, peristiwa, dan lokasi yang nyata. Film dokumenter ini di buat melalui tiga tahapan penting meliputi tahap pra produksi, produksi, dan pasca produksi. Pada proses pengeditan, penulis menggunakan software Adobe Premiere Pro CC 2017 dan After Effect CC 2017.

Abstract

Teknologi membantu mengembangkan sektor-sektor ekonomi, misalnya melalui pemanfaatan internet untuk jual beli online. Setidaknya hingga kini perkembangan industri ditandai dengan adanya revolusi tiap masa, yakni revolusi industri 1.0, 2.0, 3.0, hingga kini industri 4.0. Dalam tiap fase perubahan itu, sektor-sektor ekonomi bergerak dengan cara yang berbeda. Industri perbukuan di Indonesia pun berupaya mengikuti gelombang tersebut. Berbeda dari masa-masa sebelumnya, pada masa industri 4.0, para pelaku industri perbukuan melebarkan sayap ke dunia maya untuk memperluas penjualan. Hingga kini, kemunculan penerbit-penerbit digital atau online self publishing semakin berkembang.Di Sumatra Utara, keberadaan penerbit seringkali diasumsikan akan “gulung tikar”. Tiga penerbit yang menjadi objek dalam penelitian ini adalah Gerhana Publishing, Obelia Publisher, dan Pustaka Diksi. Pemanfaatan teknologi yang dilakukan oleh ketiga penerbit tersebut misalnya dengan membuka dan memaksimalkan penyebaran informasi tentang penerbit di sejumlah media sosial. Beberapa media yang digunakan adalah website, facebook, instagram, dan whatsapp. Dengan demikian, publik yang dijangkau lebih luas. Strategi pemasaran yang digunakan adalah dengan publikasi media daring, memanfaatkan relasi owner, media daring, relasi personal, dan sayembara buku sastra secara berkala. Dengan strategi tersebut masing-masing penerbit mengalami peningkatan jumlah pemasaran jasa dan buku-buku yang diterbitkan.

Abstract

Literacy cannot be separated from the world of education. Literacy refers to the ability to solve problems and achieve life goals by using text as the primary medium, orally, and in writing. Literacy activities are part of the character education process through reading and writing skills. This means that character education can be obtained through reading and writing, for example, short stories. By reading and writing short stories, it is hoped that Indonesian students will be nurtured to become religious, integrity, nationalist, independent, and have cooperation. Besides, short stories that have been written can be sent to the mass media and become one of the coffers of income for students. On this basis, this community service proposal is aimed at developing a culture of literacy among students as well as building an entrepreneurial spirit by sending short stories to mass media

Abstract

Pandemic covid-19 impact not only the industrial sector but also the education sector .Partner devotion to the competitive it is a primary school teacher s najwa .Located at the primary school s najwa rengas marelan island in medan .This school has 60 10 teachers and students .For pandemics , policy learning in schools run face to face and turns , it was because the teachers do not have the capacity to media in designing creative learning for learning online .However , the quality of students continue to decline because of the short duration of study .Sehinggapermasalahan faced partner is human resources teachers who do not have the ability in terms of the use of technology and information especially design learning media , make the decreasing quality of student learning and interest The solution offered is giving training, teaching materials and design provide training to make video, ajar and provide training to make the evaluation of the learning process.A method to be implemented with the way of making speeches and practice of, with every 1 kind of training conducted 4x 2 hours meeting for 1 months. Through devotion for the public was teachers knowledge, the skill and partner and improve learning from these students discerned from learning outcomes.

Abstract

Partners for this Community Service program are the Pematang Johar souvenir SME Group/Community, which has 20 members. From the results of discussions with SME partners, it was agreed to solve problems: knowledge related to entrepreneurship, printing/screen printing skills, creativity in screen printing processing that has sales power, building various designs, engineering digital devices, how to do services and trading online systems. Based on the explanation above, in dealing with the difficulties faced by the Pematang Johar souvenir SME Group, it was mutually agreed on the need to provide knowledge and motivation to the SME Group about the importance of entrepreneurship for the future. printing/screen printing skills training. Provide training on t-shirt screen printing production techniques in a comprehensive manner. Facilitate the tools needed for training. screen printing processing creativity that has selling power. create various types of designs using computer applications. use of digital tools. and seeking services and commerce online and using social media. Abstract

Changes in people's behavior during the pandemic have an impact on all business sectors, one of which is the convection business. This change is because there is a ban for school children, office work is also carried out boldly, as well as a ban on face-to-face interactions with small traders. Therefore, there was a decrease in the number of sales to convective business actors due to the impact of the Covid -19 pandemic. The decline in sales was due to the difficulty of marketing convection products in Tegal Sari III Village in Bromo Village. The purpose of the study was to determine the impact of the Covid 19 pandemic on convection. This study uses a descriptive approach. The method of data collection uses interviews, observation, and documentation. The result of the research is that sales convection in Tegal Sari III Village has decreased, including in March to December 2020, namely in shirt convection sales decreased to 52.6%, school bag convection 54.4%, mukena 53.6%, school shoes 53 .2%, and jeans 44.1%. it can be concluded that sales have decreased drastically when compared to sales in 2019 before the pandemic. However, the way of marketing has changed, which was previously marketed conventionally with the online pandemic. Thus, it is hoped that future research can examine what strategies are applied to increase sales business actors in Tegal Sari III Village, Medan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini berfokus pada ketepatan bahasa yang digunakan oleh si penutur sesuai dengan konteks yang berkaitan dengan tempat, waktu, situasi, dan latar belakang penutur baik itu budaya, sosial, pekerjaan, dan lingkungannya. Dalam kumunikasi tulisan diperlukan juga kesantunan berbahasa, salah satunya dalam memasarkan barang di marketplace, si penjual harus mendiskripsikan iklan dengan bahasa yang menarik dan sopan karena produk yang dipasarkan melalui media sosial harus santun agar dapat mudah dipahami, dan bernilai positif karena akan dilihat oleh masyarakat. Adapun tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui bagaimana kesantunan bahasa digunakan dalam iklan sepeda motor bekas di marketplace dan apakah ada pelanggaran kesantunan berbahasa. Metode penelitian adalah kualitatif deskriptif dengan pendekatan pragmatik.  Hasil penelitian, terdapat kesantunan berbahasa pada maksim kesimpatian dan maksim penerimaan. Maksim kesimpatian untuk menarik rasa simpati konsumen untuk membeli produk yang ditawarkan dan maksim penerimaan memberikan rasa keuntungan bagi konsumen jika membeli produk yang ditawarkan oleh si penjual. Selanjutnya, pelanggaran kesantunan berbahasa terdapat pada maksim tidak kesimpatian dan maksim kemurahan.

Abstract

This research aims to explain the influence of product quality, promotion and price on consumer decisions in choosing Padang Pusako Karya Ujung Medan Restaurant. The sample uses the Malhotra Formula. The data collection method used was by giving questionnaires to consumers of the Padang Pusako Karya Ujung Medan Restaurant. Data were analyzed using the Quantitative Method, namely using questionnaire reliability tests, classical assumption tests, multiple regression analysis, correlation analysis, F test and T test with the help of SPSS 22.00 for Windows software. The results of the research show that hypothesis testing shows that partially there is a significant influence between product quality (X1) and promotion (X2) on consumer decisions in choosing the Padang Pusako Karya Ujung Medan Restaurant, while the Price variable (X3) has no significant influence on the Decision variable. Consumers in choosing the Padang Pusako Karya Ujung Medan Restaurant. Testing the influence of the independent variables together (simultaneously) on the dependent variable is carried out using the F test, stating that the hypothesis states that there is a significant influence between product quality (X1), Promotion (X2), and Price (X3) on consumer decisions chose the Padang Pusako Karya Ujung Medan Restaurant. Keywords: Marketing Management, Product Quality, Promotion, Price, Consumer Decisions

Abstract

Abstrak: Untuk menjadi Wirausahawan, ada beberapa hal yang harus di perhatikan dikalangan mahasiswa antara  lain pendidikan yang mereka dapatkan, perlunya pelatihan-pelatihan agar  menambah pengetahuan mereka. Banyak hambatan persepsi memulai usaha, antara lain adanya  anggapan merasa terlalu tua atau terlalu muda, tidak berbakat dan tidak punya modal serta  kebingungan dalam ide usaha apa yang mau dikembangkan; Tujuan pengabdian ini adalah untuk Hambatan ini harus dihilangkan dengan  memberikan tambahan wawasan terkait wirausaha, salah satunya lewat  kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini; Metode workshop,dengan mitra Fakultas Ilmu Sosial dan Ilmu Politik Universitas Darma Agung, dengan tim pelaksana kegiatan terdiri dari empat orang dosen. Hasil yang telah dicapai dengan memberikan peningkatan pemahaman peserta dalam kiat memulai berwirausaha dan teknik pembuatan foto produk yang ideal sampai pada pembuatan konten produk untuk marketplace peserta masing-masing. Kata Kunci: Motivasi, kewirausahaan, inkubator, ide usaha    Abstract:  To become an entrepreneur, there are several things that students must pay attention to, including the education they receive, the need for training to increase their knowledge. There are many perceived barriers to starting a business, including the feeling that you are too old or too young, not talented and don't have capital as well as confusion about what business ideas you want to develop; The aim of this service is to eliminate these obstacles by providing additional insight regarding entrepreneurship, one of which is through community service activities; Workshop method, with partners from the Faculty of Social and Political Sciences, Darma Agung University, with an activity implementation team consisting of four lecturers. The results have been achieved by providing participants with increased understanding in tips for starting entrepreneurship and techniques for creating ideal product photos and even creating product content for each participant's marketplace. Abstract

Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di PT. Anugerah Sawit Sejahtera yang terletak di Jl. Sei Simpang Dua G. Baru RT. 15 RW. 007 Sungai Pagar, Kampar Kiri Hilir, Kabupaten Kampar, Riau. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji dan menganalisis dampak Lingkungan Kerja, Kompetensi, dan Komunikasi Kerja terhadap Produktivitas karyawan di PT. Anugerah Sawit Sejahtera. Tata cara riset yang diterapkan merupakan tata cara deskriptif kuantitatif. Populasi yang ikut serta sebanyak 85 karyawan, serta jumlah ilustrasi riset ini pula sebanyak 85 karyawan. Pengumpulan informasi dicoba lewat observasi, kuesioner, serta dokumentasi. Metode analisis informasi memakai Analisis Regresi Linear Berganda. Secara parsial, hasil penelitian menampilkan Lingkungan Kerja mempunyai pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap produktivitas karyawan di PT. Anugerah Sawit Sejahtera (dengan nilai thitung > ttabel, yaitu 3,809 > 1,993, dan signifikan 0,000 < 0,05). Begitu pula dengan Kompetensi, yang secara parsial mempunyai pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap produktivitas karyawan di PT. Anugerah Sawit Sejahtera (dengan nilai thitung > ttabel, yaitu 6,105 > 1,993, dan signifikan 0,000 < 0,05). Serta Komunikasi Kerja yang secara parsial mempunyai pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap produktivitas karyawan di PT. Anugerah Sawit Sejahtera (dengan nilai thitung > ttabel, yaitu 3,924 > 1,993, dan signifikan 0,000 < 0,05). Secara simultan, Lingkungan Kerja, Kompetensi, dan Komunikasi Kerja secara bersama-sama mempunyai pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap produktivitas karyawan di PT. Anugerah Sawit Sejahtera (dengan nilai Fhitung > Ftabel (nilai Fhitung (33,235) > Ftabel (2,72) dan probabilitas signifikansi 0,000 < 0,05). Data uji koefisien determinasi menunjukkan bahwa sebesar 53,5% alterasi dalam variabel produktivitas dapat dijelaskan oleh alterasi dalam variabel Lingkungan Kerja, Kompetensi, dan Komunikasi. Sisanya, sebesar 46,5%, dipaparkan oleh faktor-faktor lain yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini.
