Abstract

Transportasi merupakan media pelayanan jasa angkutan umum yang berguna untuk memindahkan orang maupun barang dari satu tempat ke tempat lainnya. Salah satu sarana transportasi umum di Banda Aceh adalah Bus Trans koetaradja, dimana selama ini jangkauan layanan Trans Koetaradja belum optimal untuk mencapai titik asal maupun tujuan perjalanan yang lebih padat penduduk. Sehingga, Dinas Perhubungan Aceh menghadirkan transportasi umum inovasi terbaru yaitu Bus Listrik Feeder Trans Koetaradja berdaya baterai yang ramah lingkungan, berfungsi sebagai feeder (pengumpan) Trans Koetaradja yang mampu menjangkau kawasan permukiman warga. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui kepuasan dan harapan penumpang terhadap kinerja pelayanan tranportasi umum. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) dan analisis Gap. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan metode survei, yaitu dengan yaitu membagikan kuesioner kepada masyarakat yang mengikuti uji coba Bus Listrik Feeder Trans Koetaradja pada trayek rute feeder 3 dan 5 yang telah beroperasi. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik simple random sampling. Jumlah sampel penelitian yang diambil adalah 103 responden. Skala yang digunakan adalah skala Likert yang berdasarkan tingkat kinerja dan kepentingan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa nilai Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) terhadap tingkat kinerja pelayanan Bus Listrik Feeder Trans Koetaradja adalah sebesar 82,87% termasuk kedalam kriteria sangat puas. Nilai gap tertinggi adalah indikator kejelasan mengenai informasi halte yang akan dilewati dan indikator keselamatan penumpang saat berhenti di halte (-0,02), dan nilai gap terendah adalah indikator tersedianya fasilitas bagi penyandang cacat, ibu hamil atau manula didalam bus (-1,81).

Abstract

The urban railway in the City of Banda Aceh and the surrounding areas is currently being proposed by the Aceh Provincial Government through the Department of Transportation of Indonesia. The presence of this rail transport mode is expected to change the travel behavior of the commuter. As such, people who use private vehicles may shift to public transport mode, thereby reducing congestion, noise, and pollution. The objective of this study is to determine factors and indicatorsrelated to rail transportthat are important to the community. This study was conducted to provide information on the urban railway planning of the City of Banda Aceh. The principal component analysis (PCA) was utilized in this study. The results analysis of the study shows that the most significant variable influencing the public on the urban railway for Banda Aceh City is land use (19.09%). The indicator that is important to the community under the land use factor includes the property used as railway (0.911), land use used as railway (0.907), adjacent land used as railway infrastructure (0.876), and adjacent property used as railway infrastructure (0.861). Overall, the respondents positively perceived the urban railway planning of Banda Aceh City and accepted the city's rail transport plan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini meneliti kepuasan pengguna terhadap layanan Bus Rapid Transit (BRT) Trans Koetaradja di Banda Aceh, serta kontribusinya terhadap mobilitas perkotaan berkelanjutan. Meskipun BRT diperkenalkan untuk mengurangi ketergantungan pada kendaraan pribadi, tingkat penggunaan dan kepuasan pengguna layanan ini masih rendah. Dengan menggunakan Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM), penelitian ini mengumpulkan data dari 500 responden pengguna Trans Koetaradja untuk mengidentifikasi pengaruh atribut kualitas layanan terhadap kepuasan pengguna. Selain itu, baik aspek pengelolaan maupun teknis terbukti berdampak positif terhadap persepsi kualitas layanan. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa peningkatan kepuasan pengguna dapat dicapai dengan fokus pada pemeliharaan fasilitas, peningkatan kondisi kendaraan, dan manajemen waktu serta rute yang lebih baik. Implikasi praktis dari penelitian ini adalah rekomendasi bagi pemerintah untuk mengembangkan kebijakan yang lebih adaptif terhadap kebutuhan masyarakat, guna mendorong penggunaan transportasi umum sebagai solusi mobilitas berkelanjutan di Banda Aceh.

Abstract

Public transportation services are essential in supporting urban mobility and sustainability. However, valid and reliable measurement tools for assessing service quality, user satisfaction, attitudes, and behavioral intentions toward public transportation remain limited. This study aimed to evaluate the content validity of a newly developed assessment instrument designed to measure those constructs. A panel of eight experts representing academia, government, and public transport practitioners was engaged to review the relevance and representativeness of each item using Content Validity Ratio (CVR) and Content Validity Index (CVI). Experts rated each item on a four-point scale of relevance. Items with a CVR value greater than 0 indicating excellent content validity. Two items were revised based on expert recommendations to improve clarity and conceptual accuracy. These findings demonstrate that the instrument is a valid and representative tool for evaluating public transport service quality and user perceptions. Further testing is recommended to establish the construct validity and reliability of the instrument for broader application in transport policy, service evaluation, and behavioral studies.

Abstract

Good road quality is essential to ensure comfort, safety, and efficiency in transportation, yet roads are prone to damage from extreme weather, heavy traffic loads, and environmental factors. The Simpang Jembatan Lamnyong - Makam T. Nyak Arief - Cot Iri road experiences high traffic volume, resulting in damage at several points and reducing its overall performance. To address this issue, proper identification of road damage is necessary to determine suitable repair methods. This study aims to determine the difference in the level of damage using two different methods. Field data were collected through direct surveys, recording types and dimensions of damage across a 4.4 km stretch from STA 0+000 to STA 4+400, segmented every 100 meters. The results showed that SDI values ranged from 0 to 125, with an average of 64 categorized as “moderate,” while PCI values ranged from 0 to 100, with an average of 27 categorized as “poor.” Based on this comparison, the PCI method is considered more accurate, as it evaluates a wider range of damage types in greater detail. Therefore, the PCI method is recommended as the preferred approach for assessing road damage and guiding maintenance decisions on similar road sections.
