Abstract

Abstract: In the city of Meulaboh, Aceh Barat Regency, there are a total of 12 tsunami disaster evacuation routes, with 7 evacuation routes in Johan Pahlawan District and 5 in Meureubo District. Several road segments serving as evacuation routes are located in the city center, often experiencing traffic congestion due to the high volume of public movement. To address this issue, research is needed to measure the community's satisfaction with the evacuation services to determine their effectiveness. Data collection will involve distributing questionnaires. The satisfaction variables assessed include tangible evidence (tangibility), reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy. In Johan Pahlawan District, the tangibility variable indicates that the majority of the community agrees with the physical condition of the evacuation routes. However, concerns arise regarding side obstacles, intersections, and traffic lights, with approximately 51.6% of respondents expressing disagreement. The reliability variable shows a high level of agreement regarding the stability of the evacuation routes, while the responsiveness variable indicates that most residents disagree with their understanding of evacuation maps, the scarcity of evacuation signs, and the lack of information about temporary evacuation buildings. Although the assurance variable receives high approval, the empathy variable reflects a lack of trust in the government's role in publicizing evacuation routes. In Meureubo District, the tangibility variable demonstrates a positive assessment of 67.95%, indicating that the physical condition of the evacuation routes is considered adequate. Regarding reliability, 64.6% of the community has high confidence in the stability of the evacuation routes. However, the responsiveness variable, with an average of 46.73%, reveals that most residents have not seen evacuation maps, there is a shortage of evacuation signs, and there is insufficient information from the government about temporary evacuation buildings.Keywords : Evacuation Routes; Community Perception; Service EffectivenessAbstrak: Terdapat 12 jalur evakuasi bencana tsunami pada Kota Meulaboh Kabupaten Aceh Barat, di mana 7 jalur evakuasi Kecamatan Johan Pahlawan dan 5 Jalur Evakuasi Kecamatan Meureubo. Beberapa ruas jalan yang menjadi jalur evakuasi berada di pusat kota, sering terjadi kemacetan lalu lintas yang disebabkan oleh besarnya volume pergerakan masyarakat. Berdasarkan permasalahan tersebut perlu dilakukannya penelitian untuk mengukur tingkat kepuasan masyarakat terhadap pelayanan jalur apakah sudah efektif atau tidak. Pengumpulan data dengan pembagian kuesioner. Adapun variabel penilaian kepuasan masyarakat terhadap jalur evakuasi adalah bukti fisik (tangibility), Kehandalan (reliability), ketanggapan (responsiveness), jaminan (assurance) dan empati (empathy). Pada kecamatan Johan Pahlawan variabel bukti fisik (tangibility) menunjukkan sebagian besar masyarakat setuju terhadap kondisi fisik jalur evakuasi. Namun, terdapat kekhawatiran terkait hambatan samping, simpangan, dan lampu merah yang dapat menghambat proses evakuasi sekitar 51,6% responden menyatakan ketidaksetujuan. Variabel kehandalan (reliability) tingkat persetujuan tinggi terhadap mantapan jalur evakuasi, variabel daya tanggap (responsibility) menunjukkan sebagian besar masyarakat kurang setuju terkait pemahaman terhadap peta evakuasi, minimnya rambu-rambu evakuasi, dan kurangnya informasi mengenai gedung evakuasi sementara. Meskipun variabel jaminan (assurance) mendapat tingkat persetujuan yang tinggi, variabel empati (empathy) mencerminkan kurangnya kepercayaan pada peran pemerintah dalam sosialisasi jalur evakuasi. Sedangkan kecamatan meureubo variabel bukti fisik (tangibility) menunjukkan penilaian positif 67,95%, menandakan bahwa kondisi fisik jalur evakuasi dianggap memadai. Pada variabel kehandalan (reliability) 64,6%, masyarakat memiliki keyakinan tinggi terhadap kemantapan jalur evakuasi. Namun, pada variabel daya tanggap (responsibility) dengan rata-rata 46,73%, ditemukan bahwa sebagian besar masyarakat belum melihat peta evakuasi, rambu-rambu evakuasi masih kurang, dan kurangnya informasi dari pemerintah mengenai gedung evakuasi sementara.Kata kunci : Jalur Evakuasi; Persepsi Masyarakat; Efektivitas Pelayanan

Abstract

Online transportation has experienced significant growth and has become a vital element in the daily activities in Banda Aceh. Services such as Maxim, Grab, Kururio, Mr. Delivery, Sidoom, and Umma offer convenient access to transportation, goods delivery, and food services, illustrating the growing integration of digital technology into daily urban mobility and lifestyle patterns. In the context of fast-paced urban life, these platforms significantly influence the mobility patterns of the community, both in mandatory activities (such as working and studying) and maintenance activities (such as shopping, picking up children from school, and others). This study highlights the significance of examining how online transportation influences community life. It aims to assess its social, economic, and environmental impacts, identify key determinants of user preferences, and evaluate its overall contribution to improving quality of life within the evolving dynamics of urban mobility. This study employed a mixed-methods approach by integrating quantitative and qualitative techniques, with surveys serving as the primary instrument for data collection. The results indicate that the use of online transportation is influenced by factors such as income, travel time, age, gender, and household size. In terms of service preferences, Food and goods delivery dominates usage (42.9%), followed by motorcycle ride-hailing (38.1%) and cars (19%). These findings underscore the increasing significance of online transportation services in meeting daily needs and enhancing urban mobility, particularly in the areas of goods and food delivery. The results also indicate that public perceptions of the environmental impacts of online transportation remain balanced. While respondents value the improved accessibility and convenience offered by online transit, they are aware of its negative externalities, particularly its role in exacerbating traffic congestion and air pollution.

Abstract

Analisis timgkat kerusakan jalan pada ruas jalan Meulaboh-Tutut sangat penting dalam menentukan prioritas penanganan yang efektif. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi tingkat kerusakan jalan pada ruas Jalan Meulaboh-Tutut KM 19 di Kecamatan Kaway XVI, Kabupaten Aceh Barat dengan menggunakan metode Pavement Condition Index (PCI). Metode PCI merupakan metode evaluasi visual yang memberikan penilaian objektif terhadap kondisi perkerasan jalan berdasarkan jenis kerusakan, luas area yang terdampak, serta tingkat keparahan kerusakan tersebut. Skala nilai PCI berkisar antara 0 hingga 100, di mana nilai PCI 100 menunjukkan kondisi jalan yang gagal total, sementara 0 mengindikasikan kondisi perkerasan jalan masih sempurna. Berdasarkan hasil survei lapangan, ditemukan bahwa kerusakan dominan pada ruas jalan ini adalah retak buaya, lubang, dan amblas. Nilai PCI rata-rata dari ruas jalan tersebut tercatat sebesar 43.25, yang menempatkannya pada kategori “sedang (fair)” dan mengindikasikan perlunya pemeliharaan intensif untuk mengembalikan fungsi jalan tersebut. Analisis lebih rinci menunjukkan adanya variasi kondisi di berbagai segmen jalan, dengan nilai PCI terendah sebesar 0 terdapat pada beberapa STA jalan yang menunjukkan jalan masih sempurna, sedangkan nilai PCI tertinggi diperoleh pada STA 0+350 sampai dengan STA 0+400 yaitu sebesar 98.5 yang mengindikasikan kerusakan sangat parah atau gagal. Berdasarkan kondisi kerusakan yang ditemukan, strategi penanganan yang diusulkan untuk lubang menggunakan metode perbaikan P5 dan P6, untuk kulit buaya menggunakan metode perbaikan P2 dan P5 serta kerusakan amblas menggunakan metode perbaikan P5 dan P6. Metode perbaikan ini mengajukan pada Kementerian Pekerjaan Umum Direktorat Jenderal Bina Marga No. 001- 01/M/BM/2011.

Abstract

AbstractThis study aims to compare the volumetric characteristics of asphalt concrete–binder course (AC-BC) mixtures using two types of asphalt binders, namely Pen 60/70 and PG 70, with stone ash as the filler. The research was conducted to determine the effect of asphalt type differences on the optimum asphalt content (OAC) and volumetric parameters that influence the stability and flexibility performance of asphalt mixtures. Testing was carried out using the Marshall method and nonlinear regression analysis of the second order to determine the OAC value and to evaluate density, voids in mix (VIM), voids in mineral aggregate (VMA), and voids filled with asphalt (VFA). The results show that the mixture with Pen 60/70 asphalt has an OAC of 5.40%, while that with PG 70 asphalt is 5.26%. The PG 70 mixture exhibits higher density and lower VIM, indicating a denser structure and greater resistance to permanent deformation, whereas the Pen 60/70 mixture shows a higher VFA value, reflecting better flexibility against fatigue cracking. Therefore, PG 70 asphalt is more suitable for high-traffic and high-temperature conditions, while Pen 60/70 is more appropriate for moderate traffic under relatively stable environmental conditions.Keywords:AC-BC; Pen 60/70 asphalt; PG 70 asphalt; stone ash; volumetric parametersAbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk membandingkan karakteristik volumetrik campuran asphalt concrete–binder course (AC-BC) dengan 2 (dua) jenis aspal pengikat, yaitu Pen 60/70 dan PG 70, menggunakan filler stone ash. Kajian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui pengaruh perbedaan jenis aspal terhadap kadar aspal optimum (KAO) serta parameter volumetrik yang menentukan kinerja stabilitas dan fleksibilitas campuran beraspal. Pengujian dilakukan menggunakan metode Marshall dan analisis regresi nonlinier orde dua untuk menentukan nilai KAO serta mengevaluasi kepadatan, void in mix (VIM), void in mineral aggregate (VMA), dan void filled with asphalt (VFA). Hasil penelitian memperlihatkan bahwa campuran dengan aspal Pen 60/70 memiliki KAO sebesar 5,40%, sedangkan aspal PG 70 sebesar 5,26%. Campuran dengan PG 70 menunjukkan kepadatan lebih tinggi dan VIM lebih rendah, menandakan struktur yang lebih rapat dan stabil terhadap deformasi permanen, sementara Pen 60/70 memiliki VFA lebih besar yang menunjukkan fleksibilitas lebih baik terhadap retak akibat beban berulang. Dengan demikian, aspal PG 70 lebih direkomendasikan untuk kondisi lalu lintas padat dan temperatur tinggi, sedangkan Pen 60/70 sesuai untuk lalu lintas sedang pada lingkungan yang relatif stabil.Kata kunci:AC-BC;  aspal Pen 60/70;  aspal PG 70;  stone ash;  parameter volumetrik

Abstract

Vocational education institutions in Indonesia face growing pressure to realign physics learning with the demands of Industry 4.0, yet a comprehensive synthesis of how digital curriculum adaptation occurs in this specific context remains limited. This study aims to examine patterns of digital transformation in physics learning approaches, analyze responsive curriculum adaptation strategies, evaluate implemented digital innovations, and formulate strategic recommendations for vocational physics education in Indonesia. A qualitative library research method was employed, with data collected from academic publications indexed in Google Scholar and SINTA, spanning the period 2020–2024. Articles were selected based on inclusion criteria covering relevance to digital physics learning, vocational education context, and publication quality, resulting in ten studies subjected to content analysis and source triangulation. Findings indicate that technologies such as HTML5-based digital comics, STEM gamification, and Arduino microcontroller-based teaching aids have demonstrably improved student engagement and academic outcomes. Responsive curriculum adaptation requires systematic integration of problem-based learning and project-based learning supported by digital technology. Implementation gaps persist between ideal conditions and actual practice, necessitating strategic interventions in educator professional development, industry-academia partnerships, and technology infrastructure investment. This study contributes a holistic analytical framework for understanding the interrelation between technological innovation, curriculum adaptation, and learning outcomes in Indonesian vocational education.
