Abstract

AbstractPersyaratan Umum Instalasi Listrik (PUIL) are requirements that must be met in electrical installations. The application of the PUIL standard in electrical installations is very important in order to avoid unwanted things due to errors in electrical installations such as fire. West Aceh State Community Academy, which is a vocational college, really needs electricity to operate practicum equipment. If the electrical installation at the Aceh Barat State Community Academy does not meet PUIL standards, it is very vulnerable that the practicum equipment will be damaged quickly and even a fire occurs because the practicum equipment requires a fairly large amount of electrical power. The purpose of this study was to analyze the suitability of the Kuat Hantar Arus (KHA) in the electrical installation conductors of the West Aceh State Community College based on the 2011 PUIL standards. The research method used was the method of literature study and field observation. The results showed that in general the KHA conducting electrical installations at the West Aceh State Community Academy which was divided into 10 lines was very good where 2 lines were in accordance with the standards and 8 lines were above the 2011 PUIL standards. Keywords:PUIL 2011; Electrical Installation; Strong Conducting Current..__________________________ AbstrakPersyaratan Umum Instalasi Listrik (PUIL) merupakan persyaratan yang harus dipenuhi pada instalasi listrik. Penerapan standar PUIL pada instalasi listrik sangat penting dimana untuk menghindari hal-hal yang tidak diinginkan yang dikarenakan kesalahan pada instalasi listrik seperti kebakaran. Akademi Komunitas Negeri Aceh Barat yang merupakan perguruan tinggi vokasi sangat membutuhkan listrik untuk mengoperasikan alat-alat praktikum. Apabila instalasi listrik di Akademi Komunitas Negeri Aceh Barat tidak memenuhi standar PUIL maka sangat rentan alat-alat praktikum tersebut akan cepat rusak dan bahkan terjadi kebakaran karena alat-alat praktikum tersebut membutuhkan daya listrik yang lumayan besar. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menganalisis kesesuaian Kuat Hantar Arus (KHA) pada penghantar instalasi listrik Akademi Komunitas Negeri Aceh Barat berdasarkan standar PUIL 2011. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode studi pustaka dan observasi lapangan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara umum KHA penghantar instalasi listrik Akademi Komunitas Negeri Aceh Barat yang dibagi 10 jalur sudah sangat baik dimana 2 jalur sudah sesuai standar dan 8 jalur berada di atas standar PUIL 2011. Kabel yang terpasang diatas standar pada beberapa jalur dianggap sangat baik dikarenakan apabila suatu saat nanti dilakukan penambahan beban maka masih mampu dilayani oleh penghantar tersebut. Kata Kunci:PUIL 2011; Instalasi Listrik; Kuat Hantar Arus.

Abstract

This research aims to design a Disaster Risk Reduction (DRR) curriculum integrated into vocational education at vocational high schools (SMK), specifically in the fields of Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, and Hospitality. Given Indonesia's susceptibility to natural disasters such as earthquakes and tsunamis, this curriculum is designed to enhance students' preparedness for these disaster risks. The research methods include industry needs analysis and local risk evaluation through literature review, surveys, and interviews with experts. The results indicate that integrating DRR into vocational curricula can improve technical competencies and student readiness for disasters, while also strengthening community resilience. The study concludes with an emphasis on the importance of implementing a curriculum that adapts to local conditions and the development of teacher capacity through specialized DRR training. This study recommends a phased implementation of the DRR curriculum, teacher training, and continuous evaluation to ensure the curriculum's relevance and effectiveness. The findings support enhancing local community resilience and graduate preparedness for disaster scenarios in the workplace.Indonesia merupakan salah satu negara dengan tingkat kerawanan bencana alam yang sangat tinggi, terutama gempa bumi dan tsunami, yang sering kali mengakibatkan kerusakan besar dan korban jiwa. Di tengah ancaman ini, sektor pendidikan memiliki peran penting dalam meningkatkan kesadaran dan kesiapsiagaan masyarakat, termasuk melalui integrasi mitigasi bencana dalam kurikulum. Namun, kurikulum pendidikan vokasi di Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan (SMK) saat ini masih kurang memperhatikan aspek Pengurangan Risiko Bencana (PRB), terutama dalam kaitannya dengan bidang kejuruan yang relevan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang kurikulum PRB yang diintegrasikan ke dalam pendidikan vokasi di SMK, khususnya pada jurusan Teknik Sipil, Teknik Mesin, dan Perhotelan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan mencakup analisis kebutuhan industri dan evaluasi risiko lokal melalui studi literatur, survei, dan wawancara dengan para ahli. Hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa integrasi PRB dalam kurikulum vokasi dapat meningkatkan kompetensi teknis dan kesiapan siswa dalam menghadapi bencana, sekaligus memperkuat resiliensi komunitas. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini menekankan pentingnya pelaksanaan kurikulum yang adaptif terhadap kondisi lokal serta pengembangan kapasitas guru melalui pelatihan khusus PRB. Studi ini merekomendasikan implementasi kurikulum PRB secara bertahap, pelatihan guru, dan evaluasi berkelanjutan untuk memastikan relevansi dan efektivitas kurikulum. Temuan ini mendukung peningkatan resiliensi komunitas lokal dan kesiapan lulusan dalam menghadapi bencana di lingkungan kerja.

Abstract

AbstractEnvironmental Impact Assessment (EIA) is a crucial activity that must be conducted prior to the development of any project, whether it involves infrastructure, extractive industries, or tourism development. Every infrastructure development should account for potential impacts or effects caused by the activity through monitoring and root cause analysis, ensuring that issues are addressed to prevent the emergence of new problems in the future. The primary purpose of EIA is to protect, reduce, and prevent potential impacts of a project on the environment and society. Potential impacts are analysed by distributing questionnaires and conducting direct interviews with local communities around the project area. The data collected indicates that the perceived impacts include: 58% related to road facilities, 43% traffic flow disturbances, 65% noise pollution, 81% vibrations, 59% air pollution, 54% water pollution, and 15% soil contamination. In conclusion, the most significant effect perceived from the construction of the campus ring road project is noise, with a percentage of 65% Based on the results of the research that has been conducted, it is important to prioritize the analysis of environmental impacts before the implementation of a project in a certain area, so that the effects on the surrounding community can be minimized as much as possible.Keywords:Environmental impact analysis (AMDAL); campus ring road; construction project.    AbstrakAnalisis Dampak Lingkungan (AMDAL) adalah kegiatan penting yang harus dilakukan sebelum pembangunan sebuah proyek, baik itu proyek infrastruktur, industri ekstraktif, atau pengembangan pariwisata. Setiap pembangunan infrastruktur harusnya  perlu memperhitungkan kemungkinan dampak atau efek yang ditimbulkan oleh kegiatan tersebut dengan cara memantau dan mencari akar permasalahan sehingga permasalahan tersebut dapat diselesaikan dan tidak menimbulkan permasalahan baru kemasa yang akan datang. Tujuan utama AMDAL adalah untuk melindungi, mengurangi, dan mencegah potensi dampak yang mungkin ditimbulkan oleh suatu proyek terhadap lingkungan dan masyarakat. Potensi dampak dianalisis dengan cara mendistribusikan kuesioner dan melakukan wawancara langsung dengan masyarakat setempat di sekitar wilayah proyek. Dari hasil data yang didapat menunjukkan persentase dampak yang dirasakan terkait fasilitas jalan sebesar 58%, gangguan arus lalu lintas sebesar 43%, kebisingan sebesar 65%, getaran sebesar 81%, pencemaran udara sebesar 59%, pencemaran air sebesar 54%, dan kontaminasi tanah sebesar 15%. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa efek yang paling besar dirasakan dari pembangunan proyek jalan lingkar kampus adalah kebisingan yaitu sebesar 65%. Berdasarkan dari hasil penelitian yang sudah dilakukan, penting untuk lebih diprioritaskan analisis mengenai dampak lingkungan pada saat sebelum dilaksanakannya proyek di suatu lingkungan, agar dampak yang ditimbulkan untuk masyarakat sekitar dapat diminimalisir sekecil mungkin.Kata KunciAnalisis dampak lingkungan (AMDAL); jalan lingkar kampus; proyek konstruksi.

Abstract

Traffic accidents at unsignalled intersections remain a serious problem in Indonesia, particularly in urban areas such as Meulaboh City, West Aceh. The high accident rate at these locations is due to the complexity of road user interactions and inadequate safety facilities. This study aims to analyse road users' perceptions of driving safety at unsignalised intersections, focusing on eight key aspects: demographic characteristics, infrastructure, driving behaviour, accessibility, road physical conditions, social factors, environmental factors, and regulations and enforcement. The research method employed a descriptive quantitative approach, with data collected through a Likert scale questionnaire (1-5) administered to 100 respondents selected via purposive sampling. Data were analysed using a percentage index formula to measure the level of agreement among respondents. The research results show that infrastructure (83,05%) and driving behaviour (83.10%) achieved the highest scores, indicating strong agreement on the importance of improving physical facilities and road user discipline. Meanwhile, road physical condition (75.4%) recorded the lowest score, highlighting the need to improve road surface conditions and drainage. Other findings revealed the significant influence of environmental factors (81.55%) and regulations (81.35%), as well as the role of social awareness (77.3%) and demographics (76.85%). The conclusion of this study emphasises that infrastructure improvements and increased driving discipline need to be prioritised in traffic safety strategies. Data-driven policy support involving public education, law enforcement, and inter-agency collaboration is essential to create a safe, inclusive, and sustainable traffic environment at unsignalised intersections. Concrete recommendations include installing traffic signs/lighting, safety campaigns, and the use of technology.
