AbstractThe existing electric power needs to be managed properly so that the use of electric power is more optimal. Large electric power will not be used optimally if the electrical power distribution system is not properly systemized. The utilization of electrical system at the West Aceh Community Academy needs to be analyzed so that electric power can be used optimally as needed. The West Aceh Community Academy has rooms with different levels of electric power consumption such as lecture halls, of course, their electrical power consumption will be different compared to practicum laboratories which use equipment that requires a large consumption of electrical power. The purpose of this study is to determine if the distribution of electrical power at the West Aceh Community Academy is accurate or not. The literature study and field observation research methods were used in this study. The finding revealed that the West Aceh Community Academy’s electrical utility system needs to be changed in order for the use of electrical power at the West Aceh Community Academy to be more efficient.Keywords:The Electric Power Distribution; Electric Power; Electric Power Consumption.__________________________AbstrakDaya listrik yang ada perlu dikelola dengan baik agar penggunaan daya listrik lebih optimal. Daya listrik yang besar tidak akan dapat digunakan secara optimal jika sistem distribusi daya listrik tidak tersistem dengan baik. Pemanfaatan sistem kelistrikan di Akademi Masyarakat Aceh Barat perlu dianalisis agar daya listrik dapat digunakan secara optimal sesuai kebutuhan. Akademi Komunitas Negeri Aceh Barat memiliki ruangan-ruangan dengan tingkat konsumsi daya listrik yang berbeda seperti ruang kuliah, tentunya konsumsi daya listriknya akan berbeda dengan laboratorium praktikum yang menggunakan peralatan yang membutuhkan konsumsi daya listrik yang besar. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui apakah pendistribusian daya listrik di Akademi Komunitas Negeri Aceh Barat sudah tepat atau belum. Metode penelitian studi literatur dan observasi lapangan digunakan dalam penelitian ini. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sistem utilitas kelistrikan Akademi Komunitas Negeri Aceh Barat perlu diperbaiki agar penggunaan daya listrik di Akademi Komunitas Negeri Aceh Barat menjadi lebih efisien.Kata Kunci:Distribusi Daya Listrik; Daya Listrik; Konsumsi Daya Listrik.__________________________

Abstract Analysis of electric power consumption at Community College of West Aceh is highly indispensable to be done in order to get information whether the existing electric power merits the requirements or need to be upgrated. This study aims to analyze the demand of electric power at Community College of West Aceh. Literature study and field observation are selected as data collection methods. Field observation is carried out by observing the electrical power requirements of each equipment that uses direct electric power as well as LocalCooling application. Based on the result, it is found that metal welding laboratory consumes more power than other rooms which is 31.26% over total electric power. Currently, the electric power needed by Community College of West Aceh is 67,740 Watts whereby total available electric power is 88,218.5 Watts. The result shows that the existing electric power at the Community College of West Aceh is in accordance with the needs. However, it is important to concern on the electric distribution so that it is ensured each room acquires the electric power as needed. Keywords: Electric Power; Electric Power Consumption; Electric Power Distribution. __________________________ Abstrak Analisa terhadap daya listrik di Akademi Komunitas Negeri Aceh Barat sangat penting untuk dilakukan agar mendapatkan informasi apakah daya listrik yang tersedia selama ini sudah sesuai dengan kebutuhan atau belum sehingga perlu dilakukan penambahan daya listrik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melakukan analisa terhadap kebutuhan daya listrik dan daya listrik yang tersedia di Akademi Komunitas Negeri Aceh Barat. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian studi literatur dan observasi lapangan. Observasi lapangan dilakukan dengan melihat kebutuhan daya listrik pada setiap peralatan yang membutuhkan daya listrik langsung dan yang menggunakan aplikasi LocalCooling. Laboratorium Teknologi Pengelasan Logam merupakan ruangan yang membutuhkan daya listrik lebih besar dibandingkan ruangan lainnya dimana ruangan Laboratorium Teknologi Pengelasan Logam membutuhkan daya listrik sebesar 31,26% dari total kebutuhan daya listrik di Akademi Komunitas Negeri Aceh Barat. Saat ini daya listrik yang dibutuhkan oleh Akademi Komunitas Negeri Aceh Barat sebesar 67.740 Watt dengan total daya listrik yang tersedia sebesar 88.218,5 Watt. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa daya listrik yang tersedia di Akademi Komunitas Negeri Aceh Barat sudah sesuai kebutuhan. Akan tetapi, distribusi daya listrik perlu diperhatikan agar setiap ruangan mendapatkan daya listrik sesuai kebutuhan. Kata Kunci: Daya Listrik; Kebutuhan Daya Listrik; Distribusi Daya Listrik.

AbstractThe ups and downs of the COVID-19 pandemic in Indonesia have caused economic, educational, and social aspects of public lives to experience a decline. Changes in community activity patterns are a warning for the central and regional government to bring public lives back to normal. Such effort can be seen in the government issuing policies regarding preventive measures to suppress the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic. One kind of such policy is the regulation of Domestic Travelers (PPDN). This policy certainly has positive and negative impacts on both the users and providers of transportation services. The purpose of this study is to see the impact of the regulations applied on the characteristics of service users in choosing the mode of transportation. The alternative modes of transportation used in this study are public, private and air transportation. The method used in this study is a quantitative descriptive method by distributing questionnaires to the target samples. The data were then processed and analyzed using a multinomial logit model approach through STATA 13 software to obtain the probability of each mode of transportation. The results show that there were several factors that influence the choice of transportation modes, the amount of income (X1), type of work (X4), gender (X3), cost (X2), travel time (X6) and comfort (X7). The probabilities of the three selected modes of transportation were Ppublic transportation = 56.07%, Pair freight = 34.54 % and Pprivate transport = 6.08%. The results indicate that the more demanding mode of transportation was the land transportation (public transportation).Keywords: Mode of Transportation, COVID-19, Logit Model, PPDN.

Panas matahari yang diserap oleh modul surya dapat menaikkan suhu dan menurunkan tegangan keluarannya. Upaya penurunan suhu modul surya agar dalam kondisi standar diperlukan untuk menjaga agar kinerjanya tetap optimal. Pemasangan bahan penyerap panas seperti heatsink merupakan salah satu metode yang dapat digunakan sebagai upaya mendinginkan modul surya. Heatsink mampu mengurangi suhu rata-rata modul surya hingga 2,43°C dan meningkatkan tegangan keluaran rata-rata modul surya hingga 2,23 Volt. Kondisi ini dapat dilihat dari rata-rata tegangan output Voc modul surya yang ditambahkan heatsink dapat mencapai tegangan rata- rata 20,76 Volt dibandingkan dengan modul tanpa penambahan heatsink 18,52 Volt. Disimpulkan bahwa penambahan bahan penyerap panas berupa heatsink lebih efektif menurunkan suhu modul surya dari pada tanpa menggunakan heatsink.

The large village funds managed by the village currently allow villages to form Village Owned Enterprises (BUMDes). There are several types of BUMDes, namely Serving, Banking, Renting, Brokering, Trading, Holding, and Contracting. This study aims to conduct a SWOT analysis of career opportunities for alumni of the Community Academy at BUMDes. This research is located in West Aceh District with research on alumni of the West Aceh State Community Academy and BUMDes located in 6 (six) villages within the West Aceh district. This study uses a correlational method where research data collection is done by direct observation and distributing research instruments in the form of a questionnaire. The results of the study indicate that the West Aceh State Community Academy needs to increase cooperation with various parties so that the Alumni of the West Aceh State Community Academy can improve their abilities and be absorbed in BUMDes.

TCP Cubic is one variant TCP Congestion Control. This research was conducted with the test and compare between variable value b=0.2 with the value of the variable b to be used in ad hoc wireless networks. This research was conducted with the experimental method using network simulation software NS-3. The results showed that the value of variable b is the right on ad hoc wireless network with packet loss by 5% to generate optimal congestion window max is b=0.5 and the average throughput optimal is b=0.1

Solar panels are an increasingly popular technology for generating electricity from sunlight. However, the performance of solar modules can be affected by various environmental factors, including heat transfer.High heat transfer can lead to an increase in the temperature of the solar panel and ultimately reduce the output voltage and energy conversion efficiency. Heat from the sun absorbed by the solar module can increase the temperature of the module and reduce the output voltage. Efforts must be made to reduce thetemperature of the solar panel so that the performance of the solar panel remains optimal. This manuscriptinvestigates the effect of heat transfer on the output voltage of solar modules. Various studies have beencarried out to evaluate the effect of heat transfer on solar module performance, taking into account factors such as the thermal conductivity of the module material, cooling design and environmental conditions. Theinstallation of a heat sink is one of the efforts made to cool the solar module. The heat sink can dissipate an average of 8710.16 joules/second, reducing the average temperature of the solar module by 37.57°C and increasing the average output voltage of the solar module to 19.4 volts. The results of this research showthat the use of heatsink material is better for reducing the temperature of solar modules. The use of a heat sink with a large surface area further accelerates the heat transfer process in the solar module

AbstractPersyaratan Umum Instalasi Listrik (PUIL) are requirements that must be met in electrical installations. The application of the PUIL standard in electrical installations is very important in order to avoid unwanted things due to errors in electrical installations such as fire. West Aceh State Community Academy, which is a vocational college, really needs electricity to operate practicum equipment. If the electrical installation at the Aceh Barat State Community Academy does not meet PUIL standards, it is very vulnerable that the practicum equipment will be damaged quickly and even a fire occurs because the practicum equipment requires a fairly large amount of electrical power. The purpose of this study was to analyze the suitability of the Kuat Hantar Arus (KHA) in the electrical installation conductors of the West Aceh State Community College based on the 2011 PUIL standards. The research method used was the method of literature study and field observation. The results showed that in general the KHA conducting electrical installations at the West Aceh State Community Academy which was divided into 10 lines was very good where 2 lines were in accordance with the standards and 8 lines were above the 2011 PUIL standards. Penerapan standar PUIL pada instalasi listrik sangat penting dimana untuk menghindari hal-hal yang tidak diinginkan yang dikarenakan kesalahan pada instalasi listrik seperti kebakaran. Akademi Komunitas Negeri Aceh Barat yang merupakan perguruan tinggi vokasi sangat membutuhkan listrik untuk mengoperasikan alat-alat praktikum. Apabila instalasi listrik di Akademi Komunitas Negeri Aceh Barat tidak memenuhi standar PUIL maka sangat rentan alat-alat praktikum tersebut akan cepat rusak dan bahkan terjadi kebakaran karena alat-alat praktikum tersebut membutuhkan daya listrik yang lumayan besar. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menganalisis kesesuaian Kuat Hantar Arus (KHA) pada penghantar instalasi listrik Akademi Komunitas Negeri Aceh Barat berdasarkan standar PUIL 2011. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode studi pustaka dan observasi lapangan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara umum KHA penghantar instalasi listrik Akademi Komunitas Negeri Aceh Barat yang dibagi 10 jalur sudah sangat baik dimana 2 jalur sudah sesuai standar dan 8 jalur berada di atas standar PUIL 2011. Kabel yang terpasang diatas standar pada beberapa jalur dianggap sangat baik dikarenakan apabila suatu saat nanti dilakukan penambahan beban maka masih mampu dilayani oleh penghantar tersebut. This study aims to measure and describe students' decision-making to choose Vocational High School (SMK) in terms of their career understanding and motivation. The subjects of this study were 135 Year 9 students in five SMK throughout Southwest Aceh Regency. The total sampling method was used to choose the subjects from the entire population. Furthermore, the data were analysed using correlation analysis between variables partially and simultaneously with ANOVA (F test). The results of the partial correlation analysis show that the career understanding variable has a significant influence on students' decision-making to choose SMK with rcount = 0.411 at a significance level of 0.05. In addition, the motivation variable also has a significant influence on decision-making to choose SMK with rcount = 0.375. Simultaneously, career understanding and motivation significantly affect choosing SMK with Fcount = 19.850 and Ftable = 3.06 (Fcount > Ftable). This study results indicate that career understanding variables consist of work planning, work exploration and knowledge of the world of work. In contrast, the motivation variables consist of intrinsic and extrinsic motivation, which could be the basis for students' decision making
