Abstract

Keterpaduan pasar komoditas pertanian diperlukan agar pemasaran berjalan efisien khususnya di Provinsi Jawa Barat sebagai salah satu sentra pertanian di Indonesia. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis keterpaduan pasar berdasarkan transmisi harga beberapa komoditas pangan utama menurut sifat produknya. Data yang digunakan merupakan data sekunder harga bulanan produsen dan konsumen dari beberapa komoditas pangan utama. Harga bulanan beberapa komoditas menggunakan interval waktu Januari 2015 sampai Desember 2019 pada Kota dan Kabupaten di Provinsi Jawa Barat. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu analisis kuantitatif dengan menggunakan error correction model. Hasil analisis menunjukan pangan utama yang mudah rusak yaitu cabai dan daging ayam mengalami simetris transmisi harga sedangkan pangan utama yang tidak mudah rusak yaitu beras mengalami asimetris transmisi harga. Asimetris transmisi harga yang terjadi pada komoditas beras mengindikasikan terjadinya in-efisiensi pasar beras di Provinsi Jawa Barat. Inefisiensi pemasaran beras berkaitan dengan penyalahgunaan kekuatan pasar oleh pedagang perantara.

Abstract

East Nusa Tenggara is one of the beef-producing provinces in Indonesia. Market integration is an important indicator of market efficiency. This study analyzes the integration of the beef market in East Nusa Tenggara with the reference market in Indonesia. The data used is weekly data on beef prices in traditional markets, wholesalers, and modern markets in Kupang City, DKI Jakarta, and Surabaya City from 2018 to 2022. The analytical method used is the Ravallion model. The results found that the meat market in East Nusa Tenggara is not short or long term integrated with DKI Jakarta and City of Surabaya. Therefore, a basic beef price policy is needed for each middleman and a price information center is needed by coordinating between central and regional governments in maintaining one commodity price.Nusa Tenggara Timur merupakan salah satu provinsi penghasil daging sapi di Indonesia. Integrasi pasar menjadi indikator penting agar pasar komoditas menjadi efisien. Penelitian ini menganalisis integrasi pasar daging sapi di Nusa Tenggara Timur dengan pasar acuan yang ada di Indonesia. Data yang digunakan merupakan data mingguan harga daging sapi pada pasar tradisonal, pedagang besar dan pasar modern di Kota Kupang, DKI Jakarta, dan Kota Surabaya dari tahun 2018 sampai 2022. Metode analisis yang digunakan yaitu model Ravallion. Hasil penelitian menemukan bahwa pasar daging di Nusa Tenggara Timur tidak terintegrasi dalam jangka pendek dan jangka panjang dengan DKI Jakarta dan Kota Surabaya. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan kebijakan harga dasar daging sapi untuk setiap lembaga pemasaran dan pusat informasi harga dengan mengkoordinasikan antara pemerintah pusat dan daerah dalam menjaga satu harga komoditas.

Abstract

This community service activity was implemented at the Sehati Banopo Farmers Group, Tublopo Village, South Bikomi District, North Central Timor Regency, East Nusa Tenggara Province. The purpose of this service is to: (1) increase the knowledge and skills of rural communities to produce Eco Enzyme products from agricultural and household waste, and (2) provide understanding to the community regarding the use of Eco Enzyme as an organic fertilizer capable of preserving land. The implementation of the activity uses a training method that begins with initial observations and discussions related to the technical implementation of activities, coordination of the service team with village communities, and socialization and training activities for making Eco Enzyme. The next evaluation stage is carried out after the product has been fermented for three months, starting with the harvesting stage of Eco Enzyme and followed by the process of using it as organic fertilizer on agricultural land. The service activities went smoothly, which was marked by the appreciation and enthusiasm of the Tublopo Village community while carrying out the activities of making Eco Enzyme. Abstract

Permasalahan utama yang harus diselesaikan di Desa Oepuah Selatan adalah pengolahan pertanian yang lebih ramah lingkungan dan peningkatan pendapatan petani melalui pemasaran produk. Solusi dari permasalahan yang dihadapi oleh petani di Desa Oepuah Selatan dengan adanya kegiatan PKM ini, dapat menambah pengetahuan masyarakat tentang pentingnya sistem pertanian yang sehat dan ramah lingkungan, mengetahui adanya pupuk organik cari sebagai pupuk alternatif pengganti pupuk anorganik, peningkatan pendapatan masyarakat melalui pemasaran produk pupuk organik cair. Kegiatan PKM ini akan dilaksanakan pada bulan September 2022 di Kelompok Tani Combas Mandiri Desa Oepuah Selatan. Kegiatan ini menggunakan metode pendampingan kepada kelompok tani. Mekanisme pelaksanaan kegiatan ini antara lain, diskusi tim pengabdi, observasi lokasi kegiatan PKM, diskusi waktu dan teknis pelaksanaan kegiatan meliputi pengenalan pupuk organik cair, pendampingan dan pelatihan pembuatan pupuk organik cair, pendampingan dan pelatihan pengemasan pupuk organik cair, pendampingan dan penjelasan cara menggunakan pupuk organik cair, pendampingan dan penjelasan cara pemasaran pupuk organik cair. Hasil yang diperoleh dari kegiatan PKM ini, yaitu adanya pengetahuan dan keterampilan tentang pembuatan pupuk organik cair, tersedianya pupuk organik  cair bagi petani, cara menggunakan dan pemasaran produk, mengurangi biaya produksi terutama dalam pembelian input produksi.

Abstract

Inflasi dan suku bunga menjadi faktor makro terhadap pencapaian nilai tukar petani khususnya di Provinsi Jawa Barat. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu menganalisis efek threshold value dari variabel inflasi dan suku bunga terhadap nilai tukar petani. Data yang digunakan yaitu data triwulan variabel inflasi, suku bunga dan nilai tukar petani selama periode 2014-2022 yang dianalisa menggunakan threshold regresi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan inflasi memberikan efek terbesar ketika suku bunga berada dalam rentang 4.75 sampai 6 persen terhadap nilai tukar petani dalam jangka panjang. Sementara itu, suku bunga memberikan efek terbesar ketika inflasi berada dalam rentang 0.169 sampai 0.249 persen terhadap nilai tukar petani dalam jangka panjang. Kelompok interval ini dapat menjadi perhatian pemerintah khususnya pertanian di Provinsi Jawa Barat.

Abstract

The business’ level, lack of knowledge about the making process and use of hand sanitizers from natural ingredients caused sellers in Pasar Baru Kefamenanu do not apply the health protocols during transactions with buyers. Therefore, there needs to be educated about natural ingredients that can be used as hand sanitizers, the making process, and how to use them. Natural ingredients that are found in Kefamenanu are betel leaves. Education on making hand sanitizers from betel leaves helps sellers to be able to make their own hand sanitizers. The addition of aloe vera to betel leaves extract aims to make the liquid hand sanitizer becomes softer. While lime and perfume are to get rid of the betel leaves’ smell. The distribution of hand sanitizers that has been made can be an example of products from natural ingredients and the storage bottles provided can be used as a refill place for hand sanitizer.

Abstract

Coffee consumption in Indonesia is quite large, this is due to the people's habit that in every activity coffee is the main drink. Coffee consumption in the people of Kefamenanu City is increasing so much that coffee drinks are prioritized when entertaining guests in today's society. This research was conducted at Cafe Xpresso in Kota Kefamenanu District, North Central Timor Regency. The population in this research is the number of residents in North Central Timor Regency as consumers with a total of 239,829 people. The sampling technique in this research used a purposive sampling method of 150 respondents. The objectives of this research are: 1) To find out the factors that influence consumers' decisions in consuming coffee at Cafe Xpresso. 2) To determine the competitiveness of Cafe Xpresso in Kota Kefamenanu District. The data analysis method used is Logistic Regression which is used to analyze coffee consumer decisions and the Boston Consulting Group (BCG) Matrix is ​​used to analyze the level of market growth and relative market share. The results of the research are based on Logistic Regression calculations using SPSS version 22 software data, it is known that the factors that have a significant influence on consumer interest in consuming coffee at Café Xpresso are age, product quality and service quality. Meanwhile, those that do not have a significant influence on consumers' decisions in consuming coffee at Café Xpresso are price, location, place design, taste, menu variations and cleanliness. Based on the results of BCG's analysis, it is known that the 2021 market growth rate is 12.75%, the market share is 3.68 times, and in 2022 the market growth rate is 11.09%, the market share is 1.11 times. So it can be seen that Café Xpresso is in quadrant II (stars) position, which means that Café This research also contains 5 marketing strategies, namely: Product Development, Price, Promotion, Place/Location and Expanding Market Size.
