Abstract

The Influence of Motivation and Organizational Culture on Employee Performance at PT. Genki Kirana Internusa, Makassar Branch.The purpose of this study was to determine the influence of motivation and organizational culture on employee performance at PT. Genki Kirana Internusa, Makassar Branch. The data used in this study were qualitative and quantitative. The data analysis method used was descriptive analysis, followed by correlation coefficient (r) and determination coefficient (R2) tests, t-tests, and F-tests. The results of the study indicate that both partial and simultaneous tests show a positive and significant effect of motivation and organizational culture on employee performance at PT. Genki Kirana Internusa, Makassar Branch.

Abstract

Pengaruh Kompensasi Terhadap Kepuasan Kerja Karyawan pada PT. Graha Sarana Duta Makassar.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menegetahui pengaruh kompensasi terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan pada PT. Graha Sarana Duta Makassar. Adapun jenis data yang digunakan adalah data kualitatif dan data kuantitatif kemudian sumber vdata yang digunakan adalah data primer dan data sekunder dengan jumlah responden sebanyak 31 orang. Data – data tersebut diolah sedemikan rupa sehingga memberikan pemahaman yang sistematis. Selanjutnya diadakan perhitungan statistic dengan analisis regresi linear sederhana, koefisien korelasi (r), koefisien determinasi (r2) dan uji t. Dari hasil perhitumgan diperoleh nilai regresinya sebesar Y = 13,023 + 0,576X. sedangkan nilai koefisien korelasinya (r) sebesar 0,689 dan koefisien determinasinya (r2) sebesar 0,47 atau 47%. Hasil perhitungan uji t menunjukkan t hitung >ttabel yaitu 5,124 > 1,699. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan antara kompensasi terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan pada PT. Graha Sarana Duta Makassar

Abstract

Pasca Covid-19 UMKM menjadi sektor usaha yang berkontribusi penting terhadap perekonomian nasional. Lebih khusus, UMKM sektor agri-food merupakan UMKM yang berkontribusi besar terhadap PDB. UMKM sektor agri-food menciptakan banyak lapangan kerja sehingga berkontribusi mengurangi pengangguran dan kemiskinan. Perempuan sering dipandang sebelah mata dan sulit bersaing mendapatkan pekerjaan. Bukan hanya itu, fakta tingginya kasus kekerasan dalam rumah tangga dan perceraian sering menyebabkan perempuan menjadi single parent dan terancam hidup dalam kemiskinan. Perempuan sering bertahan dengan berwirausaha hanya demi memenuhi kebutuhan dasar keluarga. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh digital marketing dan innovation capability terhadap kinerja pemasaran melalui modal sosial. Data dikumpulkan dari 111 wirausaha perempuan berbasis UMKM sektor agri-food di Kota Makassar. Analisis data menggunakan pemodelan partial least squares structural equation modeling (PLS-SEM). Hasil menunjukkan bahwa digital marketing berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja pemasaran. Innovation capabilities berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja pemasaran dan digital marketing tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pemasaran melalui modal sosial.

Abstract

Pengaruh Perilaku Cyberloafing dan Komitmen Organisasi Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Pada PT. Ciomas Adi Satwa Unit Maros. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh perilaku cyberloafing dan komitmen organisasi terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Ciomas Adi Satwa Unit Maros. Jenis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif dan analysis statistik Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perilaku cyberloafing berpengaruh negatif terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Ciomas Adi Satwa Utama unit Maros sedangkan komitmen organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Ciomas Adi Satwa Unit Maros. Selanjutnya secara simultan Perilaku cyberloafing dan komitmen organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT.Ciomas Adi Satwa Unit Makassar. Oleh karena itu hipotesis diterima.

Abstract

The potential of MSMEs in the agri-food sector is very high because it is an agricultural region in Indonesia. The majority of MSME workers in the agri-food sector are women. Gender marginalization often occurs where women are marginalized due to social stigma. Womenpreneurs are often looked down upon and find it difficult to compete. This study aims to test the moderating role of social capital on the influence of green marketing and digital platform capability on marketing performance in womenpreneurs in the agri-food sector in Makassar City. This study uses a quantitative approach with partial least squares structural equation modeling (PLS-SEM) analysis. The object of the study was womenpreneurs in the agri-food sector with a total data of 210 womenpreneurs. The results showed that green marketing and digital platform capability had an effect on marketing performance. Social capital plays a role in moderating the relationship between green marketing and marketing performance, but does not moderate the relationship between digital platform capability and marketing performance.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of competency and compensation on employee performance at PT. Berkah Bersama Gemilang Outlet Hertasning Branch. The research method uses qualitative and quantitative data, with descriptive analysis and multiple linear regression. The research results show that competency and compensation have a positive and significant influence on employee performance in the branch. Competency, as a combination of knowledge, skills and attitudes, helps improve employee performance. Fair and appropriate compensation, including salary and bonuses, also has a positive impact on performance.Through regression testing, it was found that competence and compensation together contributed positively to employee performance. Statistical analysis shows that the coefficient of determination reaches 80.6%, indicating that competence and compensation explain variations in employee performance of that magnitude. The F test also shows the joint significance of the two independent variables on the dependent variable.These findings are in line with related theories, supporting the view that increasing competence and providing fair compensation can increase employee morale. Therefore, companies are advised to continue to improve employee competency and ensure a compensation system that is transparent and in line with performance contributions. This research contributes to the understanding of the factors that influence employee performance in certain industries, as well as providing a basis for the development of more effective human resource management policies.

Abstract

Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) play an important role in maintaining the Indonesian economy. MSMEs that are empowered, are able to open jobs and participate in increasing the capacity of community welfare. To be empowered and develop, MSMEs need good financial literacy to support their operations. The results of the Focus Group Discussion found that the lack of ability to carry out basic bookkeeping is a common problem, as well as the underlying basic assumption that this requires excess time and cost causing MSMEs to be reluctant to carry out bookkeeping routines for their business activities. The purpose of this training and assistance in bookkeeping is to increase the awareness of MSMEs in conducting bookkeeping and maintaining the stability of their business by making it easier to record transactions in their business. Direct practice and mentoring methods were chosen as methods in this community service.
