Abstract

Abstract. Child abuse, with its devastating physical and psychological consequences, underscores the critical need for protective family environments. This study employed a literature review to explore the psychological underpinnings of family resilience as a preventive strategy. The research aimed to identify and delve into the physical, social, psychological, and spiritual dimensions of family resilience in relation to child abuse prevention. A systematic literature review was performed, searching for relevant publications, including books, journal articles, and conference proceedings, using Google Scholar. Findings emphasize a holistic approach to building family resilience, encompassing physical health, strong family bonds, effective stress management, emotional regulation, and spiritual grounding. These components collectively contribute to a protective environment that shields children from abuse.

Abstract

Islamic education in Indonesia faces multifaceted challenges in the globalized era, particularly concerning the integration of spiritual values within formal educational systems. The study originates from concerns about the declining role of spiritual dimensions in education, overshadowed by cognitive-dominated approaches and materialistic cultural pressures. This research identifies key constraints in implementing Islamic education and explores strategic opportunities for transforming the learning process grounded in spiritual and character values. A reflective qualitative method was applied through a narrative synthesis of diverse perspectives on contemporary Islamic education, including concepts such as tarbiyah nafs, Islamic learning psychology, and institutional practices in Indonesia. Thematic analysis was employed to investigate both the challenges and the innovative prospects relevant to the local sociocultural context. Findings reveal significant potential for Islamic education to foster character development by revitalizing spiritual traditions, leveraging digital technologies for spiritual learning, and strengthening the role of educators as spiritual exemplars. Despite persistent issues such as curriculum fragmentation, student motivation crises, and external value pressures, opportunities for reform remain wide open. These include pedagogical innovations and collaborative engagement among stakeholders. Islamic education in Indonesia can evolve as a pillar of social transformation—one that enlightens minds while purifying souls.

Abstract

Inclusive education in Islam affirms every santri’s right to access religious learning; however, this study specifically focuses on inclusive Islamic education for students with disabilities in pesantrens and Islamic schools. In practice, these institutions face persistent challenges, including limited physical accessibility, scarcity of adaptive learning materials, insufficient teacher competencies, and social stigma toward students with special needs. This study aims to theoretically and practically identify approaches, research trends, and gaps related to the integration of differentiated learning and digital technology in inclusive Islamic education. Using a qualitative library research method, this study systematically reviews and thematically analyzes selected peer-reviewed literature published between 2019 and 2024, focusing on differentiated instruction, educational technology in Islamic education, and inclusive practices for students with disabilities. The findings indicate that integrating differentiated content, process, product, and learning environments with digital tools such as e-learning platforms, audio-based tafsir applications, gamified fiqh learning, and assistive media (Braille materials and sign-language videos) enhances learning motivation, conceptual understanding, and classroom participation. Documented case studies show improved student engagement, better access to religious texts, and more adaptive instructional practices. Nevertheless, limited technological infrastructure, low teacher digital literacy, and a lack of locally grounded empirical research remain significant challenges. These findings underscore the importance of technology-based differentiated learning for strengthening inclusive Islamic education and informing adaptive curricula, teacher development, and inclusive educational policies.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pelaksanan manajemen program OSIS di SMK Negeri 8 Jakarta dan menemukan strategi pengembangan kepemimpinan siswa melalui program OSIS serta menganalisis faktor pendukung dan penghambat dalam pelaksanaan program OSIS terhadap peningkatan sikap kepemimpinan siswa di SMK Negeri 8 Jakarta. Jenis penelitian ini adalah peneltian kualitatif dengan melibatkan Waka Kesiswaan, Pembina OSIS dan Ketua OSIS dan pengurus OSIS SMK Negeri 8 Jakarta sebagai informan. Adapun data penelitian diperoleh melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Hasil peneltian menunjukkan bahwa: Pertama, pelaksanaan manajemen program OSIS di SMK Negeri 8 Jakarta sudah cukup baik. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan: (1) perencanaan program OSIS di mulai dari penyususnan proposal rencana program OSIS dan rapat kegiatan yang terstruktur; (2) pengorganisasian dengan membagi berbagai program sesuai dengan bidang dan keahlian; (3) pelaksanaan program OSIS terdiri dari program harian, mingguan, semester, dan tahunan; (4) pengawasan program OSIS melibatkan Waka. Kesiswaa, pembina dan guru-guru untuk mengawasi berbagai program, Kedua, strategi pengembangan sikap kepemimpinan siswa dilaksanakan secara terus menerus dan berkelanjutan. Dalam keseharian pengurus OSIS dituntut dapat menerapkan sikap leadership dan adanya Latihan Dasar Kepemimpinan Siswa, dan Latihan Dasar Kepemimpinan, Raker, Oout Bond dan Study Banding OSIS. Ketiga, faktor penghambat meliputi (1) sarana dan prasarana[ (2) program kerja OSIS; (3) pembina OSIS,; (4) dukungan dari sekolah,; (5) komitmen para pengurus OSIS. Sedangkan faktor pendukung meliputi (1) karakter pengurus OSIS yang berbeda-beda; (2) belum maksimalnya pengelolaan OSIS; (3) pendanaan OSIS yang terbatas (4) pembinaan yang belum maksimal; (5) kurangnya dukungan dari orang tua secara penuh

Abstract

This study examines the implementation of a self-development curriculum model at Sekolah Master Indonesia (SMI) in Depok, West Java, and its impact on improving students' social attitudes. The purpose of this study is to evaluate how this curriculum affects social attitudes such as discipline, tolerance, responsibility, and self-confidence among students. The method used was qualitative with a descriptive thematic approach, involving observation, interviews, and documentation. The findings show that programmed activities such as counseling, English Club, BTQ, and Sanlat are effective in improving students' discipline and social tolerance. Unprogrammed activities such as collective prayer also contribute to the internalization of Islamic social values in daily life. Although there are challenges related to limited time and human resources, solutions such as integrating social activities into daily routines and improving the quality of educators help overcome these obstacles. This study recommends increasing the integration of social activities into the curriculum and improving the quality of educator training to support the sustainability of student character development. Overall, the implementation of the self-development curriculum at SMI Depok has had a positive impact on the development of students' social attitudes, with the potential to become a model for other schools in implementing a social-based character education curriculum.
