Abstract

The market condition for organic products in Sumatera Utara is still very small. This can be seen from the very few companies engaged in organic products. The market is very small due to low consumer awareness and consumer knowledge of organic products. This research was conducted to analyze the characteristics and behavior of consumers about organic products in Sumatera utara. The locations of research activities are Medan, Binjai, Deli Serdang, Serdang Bedagei and Langkat. In addition, the lack of involvement of local governments and related institutions in encouraging the development of organic products is indicated by the low level of commitment in developing organic products in Sumatera utara. The results of this study indicate that organic knowledge, environmental science, health science, pricing and subjective norms are the factors that determine whether consumers buy organic products

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis implementasi metode STEAMMI di TK Al-Hamidiyah Depok Jawa Barat dan untuk menemukan pengembangan potensi peserta didik di TK Al-Hamidiyah Depok Jawa Barat. Hal ini didasari bahwa potensi setiap peserta didik dapat berkembang secara maksimal dalam proses pembelajaran, sangat penting bagi pendidik untuk memilih dan menerapkan metode pembelajaran yang sesuai. Metode yang efektif adalah yang tidak hanya berfokus pada pengembangan kompetensi akademik, tapi juga mampu mengakomodasi dan memfasilitasi pertumbuhan berbagai potensi lainnya yang dimiliki siswa, seperti minat, bakat, kemampuan kreatif, dan aspek kepribadian. Hal ini berarti pendekatan dalam pembelajaran harus dirancang untuk mengaktifkan partisipasi siswa secara penuh, serta memperhatikan dan menghargai keunikan potensi yang dimiliki oleh masing-masing individu. Penelitian ini telah berhasil mengidentifikasi dan menganalisis implementasi metode STEAMMI di TK Al-Hamidiyah Depok, Jawa Barat. Hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa sekolah telah melaksanakan metode STEAMMI dengan baik, termasuk dalam mengintegrasikan Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, Mathematics, Montessori dan Islamic dalam kurikulum dan pembelajaran sehari-hari. Keberhasilan implementasi metode STEAMMI ini didukung oleh komitmen Kepala Sekolah, guru dan staf sekolah, dukungan dari orangtua peserta didik, serta pemilihan materi pembelajaran yang relevan dan menarik. Serta sarana dan fasilitas penunjang yang mendukung implementasi metode STEAMMI. Pendidik di TK Al Hamidiyah telah mengadaptasi metode STEAMMI dengan baik dalam pembelajaran sehari-hari

Abstract

This article discusses service, both from the academic service aspect, as well as the administrative service aspect of higher education teaching staff with a Qur'anic approach aimed at increasing student satisfaction. This paper uses the method Library Research sourced from the results of studies of various relevant library materials, in the form of books, journals, articles and so on related to the focus of the problem above. In improving administrative services, employees must be professional and apply optimization efforts in providing products and services as guided by the Qur'an. Academic services need to optimize lecturer competencies, namely Pedagogical, Personality, Professional, Social competencies with a Qur'anic approach, then the quality of service will have implications for increasing student satisfaction, it is hoped that this will give rise to loyalty which will provide benefits for universities

Abstract

Increasing adolescent awareness of the prosperity of the An-Nashr Mosque in Bintaro, Banten. This research uses qualitative methods with data collection techniques in the form of interviews and observations. Participants in this research were Muslim teenagers who visited the An-Nashr Mosque. This research found that developing religious education and providing opportunities for teenagers to participate in developing mosque prosperity can increase teenagers' awareness of the Annashr Bintaro Banten mosque. Apart from that, giving tasks to teenagers in maintaining and developing the prosperity of mosques can form positive character and a caring attitude towards the surrounding environment, as well as help improve social relations between teenagers and the surrounding community. The involvement of teenagers in making the An-Nashr Bintaro Mosque prosperous can have a positive impact on the surrounding community and also on the personal development of teenagers, increasing religious activities in the mosque, training and developing various talents and skills of teenagers, as well as bringing benefits to the sustainability of social activities in the environment around. Therefore, it is recommended that there be two-way communication between mosque administrators and teenagers to find out their needs and desires, open up opportunities for teenagers to contribute to activities at the mosque, provide a clear understanding of the important role of mosques in everyday life, and create creative events that are interesting for teenagers to invite them to come to the mosque.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the Effectiveness of the LPPM Institut PTIQ Jakarta in Improving the Productivity of Scientific Research for Lecturers. This research was conducted using a descriptive qualitative research method, employing instruments such as questionnaires, interviews, observations, and documentation. The results and conclusions of this research indicate several things. First, the LPPM of PTIQ Jakarta has met the five criteria set by Gibson, namely clear objectives, well-planned programs, appropriate program development, available facilities and infrastructure, and a system of supervision and control. Second, there was a significant decrease in the number of research projects in 2022 compared to 2021. This was due to a policy change from individual research to collaborative research. Collaborative research aims to provide encouragement and motivation for lecturers who have not been involved in research activities to collaborate on research projects within their respective faculties. This step is expected to bring significant benefits. Inexperienced lecturers will have a golden opportunity to learn from experts and practitioners in their field, enhance their methodological skills, and develop the analytical abilities needed to conduct high-quality research.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze and evaluate the implementation of the Moodle application in classroom-based virtual learning through the Integrated Online Learning System (SIDU and its implications for student learning outcomes. The type of research used by researchers in this research is field research with a phenomenological approach, which means that the process in the research is carried out directly by directly observing the research site through the observation method. It means the process of observing and recording is carried out systematically regarding the symptoms researched. This research was conducted at Al Azhar Islamic High School 19 Ciracas, East Jakarta. Data was collected through observation, interviews and questionnaires to both educators and students as well as by collecting data on student learning outcomes through SIDU. The results of this study indicate that the implementation of the Moodle application media in virtual learning through SIDU at SMAI Al Azhar 19 Ciracas, East Jakarta has a positive impact on student learning outcomes. It was found that the use of Moodle as a virtual learning medium was able to improve student learning outcomes in the learning process.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana praktik mind mapping pada pelajaran Sejarah Kebudayaan Islam di MTs. Sa’adatul Mahabbah Pamulang Tangerang Selatan. Dan penelitian ini juga bertujuan menemukan model mind mapping yang dapat meningkatkan motivasi belajar peserta didik pada mata pelajaran Sejarah Kebudayaan Islam. Adapun kesimpulan dari penelitian ini yaitu, pertama bahwa praktek penerapan mind mapping dalam pelajaran Sejarah Kebudayaan Islam di MTs. Sa’adatul Mahabbah Pamulang Tangerang Selatan meliputi pertama, penentuan terhadap topik di mana topik dalam hal ini berupa materi yang tengah dipelajara itu sendiri. Kedua penulisan poin penting dari topik itu sendiri, di mana poin penting yang dimaksud adalah seluruh gagasan yang menyangkut topik tersebut. Ketiga, penulisan terhadap kata kunci yang relevan. Keempat persiapan akan media maupun peralatan. Kelima, mulai membuat mind mapping dengan menghubungkan setiap poin. Keenam, pemberian gambar ilustrasi. Dan ketujuh, pemberian catatan kecil yang diperlukan. Praktek mind mapping yang diterapkan di MTs. Sa’adatul Mahabbah juga diiringi ataupun dibersamai dengan metode-metode lainnya. Sehingga dalam hal ini praktek mind mapping yang dijalankan tidak berdiri sendiri, metode-metode yang lain turut mendukung dalam praktek ini agar terlaksana. Kedua, bahwa penerapan mind mapping dapat meningkatkan motivasi belajar peserta didik pada mata pelajaran Sejarah Kebudayaan Islam di MTs Sa’adatul Mahabbah Pamulang Tangerang Selatan. Model mind mapping yang meningkatkan motivasi belajar peserta didik meliputi model silabus, model bab, dan model paragaraf. Ketiga model tersebut sama-sama mengantarkan motivasi belajar peserta didik pada pelajaran Sejarah Kebudayaan Islam di MTs Sa’adatul Mahabbah Pamulang Tangerang Selatan.

Abstract

This research examines Learning Model for Reading the Qur'an in Children with Deaf Disabilities at SLB Santi Rama, South Jakarta. This study proves that the learning model for children with hearing disabilities at SLB Santi Rama, South Jakarta uses the Iqro' method. The main problem to be studied and answered through this research is how is the learning model for reading the Koran for children with hearing disabilities at SLB Santi Rama, South Jakarta.The interesting thing found in this research is that learning the Koran for SLB Santi Rama students in South Jakarta is that children with hearing disabilities are able to speak and read the Koran, while they do not hear what they say themselves. And communication with facial expressions. This research method is descriptive qualitative which concentrates on learning models and methods. The main source is “principal. Vice principals, teachers, guardians of students, students, secondary sources used are books, journals, articles, papers and writings in print and electronic media related to the research. Data collection techniques with interviews, observation and documentation. After all the data collected is processed and analyzed, especially in the management of learning for children with hearing disabilities at SLB Santi Rama, South Jakarta using the Iqro' method

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tentang Motivasi Mengajar Pendidik Dalam Proses Pembelajaran Untuk Menjaga Kualitas Hafalan Al-Qur’an Di MTS Pondok Pesantren Darul Qur’an Percut Sei Tuan-Deli Serdang. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskripsi. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik wawancara, dokumentasi, dan observasi. Analisis data menggunakan reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil yang ditemukan dalam penelitian ini adalah 1. Motivasi mengajar pendidik untuk menjaga kualitas hafalan Al-Qur’an di MTs Pondok Pesantren Darul Qur’an terbilang cukup baik. Motivasi mengajar pendidik di MTs Pondok Pesantren Darul Qur’an terbagi menjadi dua yaitu motivasi internal dan eksternal. Motivasi internal pendidik terbilang sama, yaitu ingin melaksanakan tanggung jawab yang telah diberikan oleh pihak madrasah dengan baik. Sedangkan motivasi eksternal pendidik terbilang beragam, diantaranya ingin memenuhi kebtuhan sehari-hari keluarganya, ingin menambah pengalaman dan lainnya. Namun motivasi mengajar tersebut belum merata di setiap pendidik, terdapat beberapa kendala yang mempengaruhi motivasi mengajar pendidik diantaranya tidak adanya regulai yang jelas terkait kenaikan gaji terkhusus di Lembaga Takhassus Tahfiz Al-Qur’an Pondok Pesantren Darul Qur’an, padatnya jadwal keseharian santri yang dibarengi dengan kurangnya jam tahfiz di MTs Pondok Pesantren Darul Qur’an, sehingga pendidik lebih mengkedepankan capaian target hafalan dibandingkan kualitas hafalan, padatnya jumlah santri dalam satu kelas, mempengaruhi pendidik dalam menjaga kualitas hafalan para santrinya. 2. Kualitas hafalan Al-Qur’an santri di MTs Pondok Pesantren Darul Qur’an tergolong bagus. Karena selain indikator umum hafalan Al-Qur’an yang berkualitas seperti hafalan yang lancar, bacaan yang sesuai dengan kaidah tajwid dan fashahah. Lembaga Takhassus Tahfiz Al-Qur’an Pondok Pesantren Darul Qur’an juga membuat kriteria penilaian hafalan Al-Qur’an. dimana apabila seorang santri tersebut lulus dalam ujiannya, berarti santri tersebut memiliki hafalan Al-Qur’an yang berkualitas

Abstract

This research found that tarbiyah students who are prospective Islamic religious education teachers at PTIQ University Jakarta have been equipped with five competencies, namely personality competence, pedagogical competence, social competence, professional competence and spiritual competence.
