Abstract

Madrasah digital merupakan institusi pendidikan Islam yang menggunakanteknologi informasi dan komunikasi untuk menyampaikan materi pelajarankepada siswa secara offline maupun online. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untukmengetahui efektivitas pembelajaran madrasah digital berbasis tekonologi danmenganalisis respons siswa terhadap penggunaan teknologi informasi.Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif dengan pengumpulan data melaluiobservasi dan wawancara. Temuan hasil penelitian bahwa efektivitaspembelajaran MTs Negeri 1 Makassar dilakukan melalui langkah-langkah:pemanfaatan teknologi pendidikan termasuk sarana dan prasarana belajar,aksesbilitas pembelajaran dan keterlibatan siswa, optimalisasi peran guru danorang tua, pengembangan kurikulum madrasah, dan penguatan metodepembelajaran yang bervariasi. Beberapa faktor yang mendukung efektivitaspembelajaran pada madrasah digital antara lain: Infrastruktur teknologiinformasi, kemampuan teknis guru pada madrasah digital, desain instruksionalpembelajaran, keterlibatan siswa dalam proses pembelajaran, peran orang tuadalam penyelenggaraan pendidikan, kualitas materi pembelajaran, interaksisosial, evaluasi pembelajaran yang efektif, kebijakan pendidikan, dandukungan teknis dari penyedia platform pada madrasah digital.

Abstract

Bullying merupakan aktivitas, sadar, disengaja, dan bertujuan untuk melukai, menanamkan ketakutan melalui agresi lebih lanjut, dan menciptakan teror yang di dasari oleh ketidakseimbangan kekuatan, niat untuk menciderai, ancaman agresi lebih lanjut, teror, yang dapat terjadi jika penindasan meningkat tanpa henti. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui Faktor- faktor yang berhubungan dengan perilaku bullying di  SMP Negeri 10 Kendari. Desain penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah observasional analitik dengan pendekatan cross sectional study. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa SMP Neferi 10 Kendari dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 56 responden yang dikumpulkan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Uji statistik yang digunakan adalah uji chi square. Hasil penelitian didapatkan ada hubungan antara perkembangan remaja dengan perilaku bullying di  SMP Negeri 10 Kendari dengan nilai x² hitung = 20,51 > x² tabel = 3,841 dengan nilai = 0,536,  ada hubungan teman sebaya dengan perilaku bullying di  SMP Negeri 10 Kendari dengan nilai x² hitung = 21,717 > x² tabel = 3,841 dengan nilai = 0,455. Diharapkan pihak terkait dalam hal ini remaja dengan hasil penelitian ini dapat memberikan informasi kepada seluruh remaja untuk tidak melakukan perilaku bullying kepada sesama agar keharmonisan tetap terjalin.

Abstract

Student learning interest is a key factor in the success of the educational process. The social role of educators has a significant contribution in shaping learning interest through interaction and personal approach. This study aims to analyze how the social role of educators influences the formation of student learning interest at UPT SPF SDN Kalukuang IV, Tallo District, Makassar City. This study uses a descriptive analysis research type with a qualitative approach. Data were obtained through in-depth interviews, participatory observation, and document analysis. The results of the study indicate that educators not only act as teachers, but also as motivators, facilitators, and social guides who are able to create a conducive learning environment. Factors such as interpersonal communication, understanding student needs, and the ability to build positive relationships are key to increasing learning interest. The main challenge faced is the limited facilities and infrastructure, but this can be overcome with innovation in creativity-based learning approaches. This study is expected to be a reference for educators and policy makers in optimizing the social role of educators to increase student learning interest.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the contribution of sociology education in forming attitudes of tolerance and accepting diversity among students of SMA Negeri 5 Makassar. Through a descriptive qualitative approach, data were collected through observation, interviews with sociology teachers and students, and learning documentation. The results of the study indicate that sociology education plays a strategic role in shaping students' understanding of the importance of living in diversity, respecting differences, and avoiding social conflict. Sociology materials such as social structure, social interaction, and cultural values ​​are the foundation for building students' social awareness. Thus, sociology education makes a positive contribution to creating a harmonious and inclusive school environment.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the concept and implementation of social entrepreneurship as an innovative approach in solving social problems in a sustainable manner. In the context of increasing social inequality, environmental crises, and limited state intervention, social entrepreneurship exists as an alternative that combines social orientation and business logic. This study uses a descriptive qualitative method with a literature study approach on a number of social entrepreneurship initiatives in Indonesia, such as Du'Anyam, Kopernik, and Waste4Change. The results show that social entrepreneurship has succeeded in creating real social impact by empowering marginalized communities, increasing access to environmentally friendly technologies, and managing resources sustainably. The success of this model is determined by three main factors, namely alignment with the social mission, innovation in products or services, and the sustainability of the business model. In conclusion, social entrepreneurship not only contributes to solving social problems, but also creates a more inclusive and resilient participatory development model. Therefore, this approach should be encouraged through public policy, multi-sectoral collaboration, and integration in the higher education curriculum

Abstract

This research is motivated by the gap between the ideal service offered by online motorcycle taxi service Maxim and operational issues in the field, such as inaccurate GPS and inconsistent fares, which have the potential to reduce customer satisfaction in Makassar City. Amidst intense industry competition, a deep understanding of the determinants of satisfaction is crucial. Therefore, this study focuses on analyzing the influence of service quality and customer value on customer satisfaction among Maxim users. This study uses a causal quantitative approach by distributing questionnaires to 80 respondents selected through incidental sampling. The collected data were analyzed using multiple linear regression after meeting validity, reliability, and classical assumptions. The results of the analysis indicate that service quality and customer value simultaneously and partially have a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction. However, the main finding reveals that customer value (beta coefficient 0.722) has a much more dominant influence than service quality (beta coefficient 0.217). It is concluded that although service quality is important, customers' holistic perception of the benefits received compared to the sacrifices incurred is the strongest factor in shaping satisfaction. ABSTRAKPenelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh adanya kesenjangan antara layanan ideal yang ditawarkan ojek online Maxim dengan permasalahan operasional di lapangan, seperti GPS yang tidak akurat dan tarif yang inkonsisten, yang berpotensi menurunkan kepuasan konsumen di Kota Makassar. Di tengah persaingan industri yang ketat, pemahaman mendalam terhadap faktor penentu kepuasan menjadi krusial. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini berfokus untuk menganalisis pengaruh kualitas pelayanan dan nilai pelanggan terhadap kepuasan konsumen pengguna Maxim. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif kausal dengan menyebarkan kuesioner kepada 80 responden yang dipilih melalui incidental sampling. Data yang terkumpul dianalisis menggunakan regresi linear berganda setelah memenuhi uji validitas, reliabilitas, dan asumsi klasik. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa kualitas pelayanan dan nilai pelanggan secara simultan dan parsial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan konsumen. Namun, temuan utama mengungkapkan bahwa nilai pelanggan (koefisien beta 0,722) memiliki pengaruh yang jauh lebih dominan dibandingkan kualitas pelayanan (koefisien beta 0,217). Disimpulkan bahwa meskipun kualitas pelayanan penting, persepsi holistik pelanggan terhadap manfaat yang diterima dibandingkan pengorbanan yang dikeluarkan merupakan faktor terkuat dalam membentuk kepuasan.
