Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kreativitas kepemimpinan pendeta di GKPI Wilayah VI Silindung. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan analisis deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara secara mendalam, dokumentasi untuk memperoleh informasi dan data melalui informan utama yaitu pendeta perempuan di GKPI Wilayah VI Silindung dan informan lainnya yaitu pendeta laki-laki. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa di GKPI Wilayah VI Silindung, pendeta perempuan diterima dengan baik sebagai pemimpin, menandakan adanya kesetaraan gender dalam kepemimpinan dan penolakan terhadap seksisme di gereja. Hal ini juga menggambarkan proses emansipasi perempuan dalam kepemimpinan gerejawi. Kreativitas dalam kepemimpinan pendeta perempuan di GKPI Wilayah VI Silindung menjadi titik sorot yang mengubah citra gereja secara positif. Pendeta perempuan memperlihatkan inovasi dalam pelayanan gerejawi, seperti merancang lukisan-lukisan yang menarik dan unik, mengembangkan kerajinan tangan jemaat seperti tenunan dengan melibatkan tokoh-tokoh lokal, serta mengadakan seminar-seminar yang berhubungan dengan profesi jemaat seperti pelatihan pembuatan pestisida organik dan kompos dari sampah. Selain itu, mereka juga menggelar lokakarya yang bertujuan untuk memberdayakan jemaat dalam aspek kehidupan rohani dan sosial.

Abstract

There has been a decline in the absorption of Bachelor of Theology graduates in the last 5 years, and more than 55% of graduates do not work according to their profile. The purpose of this study is to analyze efforts to improve graduate competency based on futurism as a solution to increasing the absorption of graduates of the Theology study program. The research method uses qualitative descriptive with a focus group discussion approach, surveys, and document analysis. The subjects in this study were internal stakeholders and external stakeholders of the study program. The data analysis used was triangulation. Data were collected based on categories and coding based on discussion results in the form of perceptions, opinions, criticisms, and suggestions; identifying themes and patterns; reinterpreting findings, synthesis, and conclusions. The results are as follows: First, the study program designs a futuristic curriculum that is relevant, effective, and adaptive. Second, professional guarantees are a paradigm in designing study materials for the learning process and learning evaluation. Third, important soft skills are innovative, collaborative, adaptive, and integrative. The conclusion is that the futuristic curriculum is an accumulation of commitment to the quality of learning management, starting from input, process, evaluation, control, and improving graduate competency.

Abstract

Profiles of IAKN Tarutung Christian Leadership Department Graduates are trainers, administrators and researchers. In the description of the graduate profile, the trainer is described that a trainer has the competence to carry out leadership training in religious institutions, non-governmental organizations, government agencies and the business/industrial world. Innature, efforts to achieve graduate profiles of researchers seek to equip students to have trainer skills through the Christian Leadership Training of Trainers Guidebook at the IAKN Tarutung Christian Leadership Department. Thepurpose of this research is as follows to design an innovative Christian Leadership Training of Trainer Handbook in the Christian Leadership Department. The research method used is researchand development (R&D). Based on the results of the research, the Christian Leadership Training of Trainers Handbook in the Christian Leadership Department is worth using.

Abstract

This article is a study of popular culture (blond hair) from the perspective of symbol theology. What is being studied is the paradigm of blonde hair that is understood by people in the Christian Theological Higher Education environment in Indonesia. The importance of assessing popular culture paradigms such as open and creative blonde hair lies in the openness and acceptance of each individual to different and diverse experiences. Using the theology of symbols, this article highlights a series of understandings by the theologically educated community in various Christian Theological Colleges in Indonesia regarding blonde hair as one of popular culture. As part of the research, observations were made of representatives from various Christian theological campuses with different theological colors such as evangelical, ecumenical, Calvinist, progressive, and charismatic through online interviews. The findings of this study indicate that the perceptions and views of the Christian Theological Higher Education community in Indonesia regarding blonde hair as one of popular culture tend not to open up a deep interpretation of its symbolic meaning. AbstrakArtikel ini adalah studi budaya populer (rambut pirang) dalam perspektif teologi simbol. Yang diteliti adalah paradigma rambut pirang yang dipahami oleh orang-orang di lingkungan Pendidikan Tinggi Teologi Kristen di Indonesia. Pentingnya penilaian terhadap paradigma budaya populer seperti rambut pirang yang terbuka dan kreatif terletak pada keterbukaan dan penerimaan masing-masing individu terhadap pengalaman yang berbeda-beda dan beragam. Menggunakan teologi simbol, artikel ini menyoroti serangkaian pemahaman masyarakat berpendidikan teologi di berbagai Perguruan Tinggi Teologi Kristen di Indonesia mengenai rambut pirang sebagai salah satu budaya populer. Sebagai bagian dari penelitian, dilakukan observasi terhadap perwakilan berbagai kampus teologi Kristen dengan warna teologi yang berbeda-beda seperti, injili, ekumenis, calvinis, progresif, dan kharismatik melalui wawancara online. Temuan penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa persepsi dan pandangan masyarakat lingkungan Pendidikan Tinggi Teologi Kristen di Indonesia terhadap rambut pirang sebagai salah satu budaya populer cenderung tidak membuka interpretasi mendalam atas makna simbolisnya.

Abstract

This research aims to explore the strengthening of spiritual resilience in the face of post-earthquake trauma in the North Tapanuli region adopting Shelly Rambo’s trauma theology and Terence Fretheim’s relational theology. This research uses a relational-trauma theology approach with descriptive analysis techniques that will answer three important questions. First, what are the experiences of individuals or groups who experienced post-earthquake trauma in North Tapanuli in dealing with the event? Secondly, how do relationships of nurturing nature using the analogy of humans and nature ‘brothers and sisters jointly play a role in helping to awaken of individual or group spirituality in overcoming trauma? Thirdly, what are the challenges faced by individuals or groups in strengthening their spiritual resilience after the earthquake? This research shows that therapeutic entity can actively contribute to the treatment of trauma and that strengthening spiritual resilience through the mindfulness of nature relationships has great potential in helping individuals and groups deal with post-earthquake trauma.

Abstract

Background: Kurangnya pembekalan dan pelatihan guru sekolah minggu menjadikan guru melakukan pengajaran sesuai dengan kemampuannya bahkan cenderung hanya bernyanyi dan membacakan Alkitab. Berkaitan dengan hal tersebut Prodi Teologi Fakultas Ilmu Teologi IAKN Tarutung melakukan pengabdian kepada masyarakat di GPKB dengan mengadakan pelatihan guna meningkatan kemampuan mengajar bagi guru sekolah minggu. Metode: Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan melakukan observasi, perencanaan pelatihan, dan tindakan pelatihan. Kegiatan dengan empat sesi pelatihan ini diikuti oleh guru sekolah minggu GPKB Lumban Tongatonga Ressort Aek Mabar Distrik V Humbang Kec. Siborongborong Kab. Tapanuli Utara. Hasil: para guru sekolah minggu memperoleh pengetahuan yang bermanfaat untuk digunakan dalam mengajar anak sekolah minggu. Selanjutnya para guru sekolah minggu telah paham pentingnya memperhatikan posisi anak di mata Tuhan dan kepribadian selaku gembala anak. Para guru sekolah minggu juga memperoleh pengetahuan dalam mengemas cerita Alkitab yang kreatif dan ayat hafalan untuk anak sekolah minggu. Kesimpulan: Pelatihan ini terbukti dan berpengaruh langsung kepada kualitas sumber daya manusia Guru Sekolah Minggu di GPKB GPKB Lumban Tongatonga Ressort Aek Mabar District V Humbang Kec. Siborongborong Kab. North Tapanuli.
