Abstract

Perdagangan yang sedang marak pada masa modern ini adalah perdagangan digital berupa video game. Banyaknya perusahaan digital yang mulai muncul untuk menawarkan layanan DRM agar dapat memenuhi kebutuhan masyarakat atas video game menyebabkan ketatnya persaingan. Steam merupakan salah satu platform e-commerce produk digital game berbasis komputer yang mengalami kenaikan tanggapan negatif pada tahun 2021 karena tidak puasnya pengguna atas pe-layanan yang didapat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisa kepuasan pelanggan terhadap pelayanan yang diberikan oleh Steam. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Im-portance-Performance Analysis (IPA) yang merupakan suatu metode untuk meneliti tingkat kepua-san pada tiap elemen dalam kualitas layanan untuk perencanaan perbaikan atau pengembangan. Hasil dari penelitian dengan metode Importance Performance Analysis dari 13 atribut pelayanan Steam didapatkan rata-rata kesesuaian sebesar 89%. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa layanan telah memenuhi harapan konsumen namun masih perlu dilakukan perbaikan. Ditinjau dari diagram kar-tesius, terdapat 3 atribut yang dianggap paling penting bagi pengguna yakni adanya garansi produk digital, keamanan produk digital yang ada di akun pengguna, keamanan dan ketepatan sistem pem-bayaran.

Abstract

Saat ini, berbagai bidang bisnis menghadapi iklim kompetisi yang tinggi, sehingga perusahaan harus dapat mempertahankan eksistensinya dengan melakukan strategi pemasaran yang tepat untuk mencapai tujuannya. Salah satunya pada bisnis bidang percetakan, CV. Kita Printing adalah pe-rusahaan jasa di bidang percetakan yang mengalami penurunan tingkat permintaan konsumen ter-hadap jasa cetak di CV. Kita Printing sehingga penjualan mengalami penurunan dari tahun 2019 hingga 2021. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis strategi pemasaran yang tepat untuk dit-erapkan oleh CV. Kita Printing dalam mengatasi permasalahan perusahaan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan analisis SWOT (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, Threats) untuk menghasilkan beberapa alteratif strategi berdasarkan identifikasi faktor lingkungan perusahaan dan metode QSPM (Quantitative Strategic Planning Matrix) untuk mengurutkan beberapa alternatif strategi tersebut sesuai skala prioritasnya. Adapun hasil analisis pada penelitian ini didapatkan alternatif strategi dengan skor TAS tertinggi sebesar5,610 yaitu memaksimalkan kegiatan SEO, SEM, social media marketing, content marketing, performance marketing, e-mail marketing untuk meningkatkan brand awareness, brand loyalty, dan sales. Sehingga alternatif strategi pemasaran tersebut menjadistrategi prioritas untuk diterapkan oleh CV. Kita Printing dalam mecapai tujuan perusahaan.

Abstract

The development of the Islamic financial industry which includes banking, insurance and pawnshops is basically a very long historical process. Perum Pegadaian Syariah, as one of the state-owned enterprises, is faced with the challenge of competing and improving efficiency in the growing Islamic financial industry. This study aims to measure the operational efficiency of Islamic Pawnshops in East Java Province using the Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA) method. This study identifies the relative efficiency of each Pawnshop unit from several branches of Pegadaian Syariah, including Joko Tole, Babakan, Sidokare, Mayjend Sungkono, and Blauran. The results showed that four branches were efficient with a relative efficiency value of 1, while Sidokare branch showed inefficiency with a value of 0.908. Improvement recommendations for Sidokare branch include reducing service time, operating costs, and increasing the number of customers and collateral. This research is expected to guide Perum Pegadaian Syariah in contributing to improving efficiency and competitiveness in an increasingly competitive market.

Abstract

The independent internship program at PT X aims to apply Industrial Engineering concepts in a real industrial environment, particularly in the field of machine maintenance. This study focuses on analyzing the reliability of the press machine at Lane Kiln 2, which plays a crucial role in the ceramic production process. The methods used in this analysis are Mean Time Between Failures (MTBF) and Mean Time To Repair (MTTR) to evaluate the frequency of machine failures and the efficiency of repair time. Based on the data processing results presented in Chapter III, the MTBF value obtained is 703 minutes approximately 12 hours, and the availability of the press machine at Lane Kiln 2 is 93.64%. These results indicate that the machine availability level is relatively high and capable of supporting smooth production operations. However, the findings also suggest that although the repair process has been carried out effectively.

Abstract

In facing increasingly intense business competition, companies are required to have human resources with optimal performance in order to achieve organizational goals. Employee performance is influenced by various factors, including work discipline and the implementation of Occupational Safety and Health (OSH). Work discipline reflects employees’ compliance with company rules and procedures, while the implementation of OSH plays an important role in creating a safe, healthy, and comfortable working environment, thereby increasing productivity and reducing the risk of workplace accidents. PT XYZ, a manufacturing company engaged in fertilizer production, has implemented OSH programs in accordance with applicable Indonesian regulations, including Law Number 1 of 1970 concerning Occupational Safety and Government Regulation Number 50 of 2012 concerning the Implementation of the Occupational Safety and Health Management System. Effective OSH implementation is carried out through hazard identification and risk assessment to minimize the potential for occupational accidents and work-related diseases. Through practical work activities, students are given the opportunity to apply academic knowledge directly in an industrial environment and to understand work processes, safety culture, and professional work ethics. The synergy between higher education institutions and the industrial sector is expected to create a productive, safe, and sustainable working environment, while also preparing graduates to face the challenges of the professional world.
