Abstract

Participation in the form of joint discussions between the village government and the village community is needed in developing the village. However, currently the village government is holding discussions on village development, only a portion of the community is aware of the discussion, so that only a portion of the community is present. In addition, the results of these discussions did not reach the entire community, so that only part of the community participated in village development. Therefore, a space is needed to accommodate opinions, aspirations or opinions as well as the results of discussions that can be known by the whole community, especially utilizing technological advances. So the solution to overcome this problem is to create a room in the form of a discussion group using a website-based Focus Group Discussion (FGD). It is hoped that this FGD will increase community participation in developing the village. This design research uses a software development method, namely using a waterfall. So with this research it is hoped that the village government and the community can access the discussion room anytime anywhere so that community participation can be comprehensive for the development of the village.

Abstract

Abstract PT X has a manufacturing center division which is directly responsible for the production process (transfer load) of the products it produces, starting from the process of checking images of products to be produced, checking the completeness of production materials, reporting production progress, and reporting quality assurance checks. /quality assurance. The production process is still carried out manually and is considered less efficient because it is prone to errors in conveying information, the controlling process is not transparent, it takes a long time to access the files being worked on and it is difficult to find work history/drafts, so this division created an information system website-based with the name MC BRO which can make it easier for employees to monitor production activities. Along with its use, this information system continues to be developed according to the needs of employees, including in terms of appearance. To meet these needs, a Front-End design for the MC BRO website was created which was made according to the interface design that had been designed by the UI/UX designer into HTML, CSS and JavaScript program code. In the creation process, the Front-End design goes through a workflow, namely the process of needs analysis, literature study, implementation, revision and utilizing the classes in the Bootstrap 5 framework in order to speed up the process and produce a responsive and comfortable MC BRO website appearance to use, so that it can meet user needs in the display aspect.

Abstract

The Company's HR performance measurement system can be carried out by implementing the Human Resource Scorecard approach where the Company can determine measurable and relevant indicators in accordance with the Company's strategic objectives from various perspectives, internal business processes, HR Alignment, and HR Deliverable (Learning & Growth). This research aims to see the achievement of targets imposed on an organization using the Key Performance Indicator (KPI) instrument. The results of this research show that there are 4 perspectives, namely HR Efficiency (Financial), High Performance Work System Perspective (Internal Business Process), HR Engagement (Customer), and HR Deliverable (Learning & Growth). From these four perspectives there are 9 indicators used to build an HR performance evaluation system that is in accordance with PT. X. The system built can show the achievement value of each indicator which can be evaluated to determine Company policy. This system is equipped with a traffic light system which can show information about which indicators need improvement, need to be improved, and are in line with targets.

Abstract

Museum, sebagai penjaga warisan budaya, memegang peran vital dalam melestarikan identitas masyarakat. Tantangan era digital mendorong inovasi dan peningkatan daya saing museum. Implementasi sistem informasi berbasis website menjadi langkah kritis untuk membawa museum ke ranah digital, membuka interaksi interaktif, dan memperkaya cara informasi disajikan mengenai koleksi.Sebagai entitas budaya, museum memiliki tanggung jawab merawat, melestarikan, dan mengkomunikasikan warisan sejarah. Penerapan sistem informasi berbasis website kini menjadi krusial untuk meningkatkan efisiensi dan aksesibilitas informasi. Di Kabupaten Subang, yang kaya akan sejarah, peran teknologi informasi menjadi semakin penting. Oleh karena itu, Pelatihan Penggunaan dan Pengelolaan Sistem Informasi Berbasis Website diinisiasi sebagai upaya memberdayakan petugas museum.Tujuan pelatihan ini adalah memberikan pengetahuan mendalam dan keterampilan praktis kepada petugas museum dalam menggunakan sistem informasi berbasis website. Diharapkan petugas dapat tidak hanya memahami potensi teknologi tersebut tetapi juga mengoptimalkan penggunaannya. Pelatihan mencakup konsep sistem informasi berbasis website, penggunaan platform, manajemen konten, dan strategi pemasaran digital.Metode pelaksanaan melibatkan seluruh dosen, tenaga kependidikan, dan mahasiswa Jurusan Teknologi Informasi dan Komputer Politeknik Negeri Subang. Evaluasi dilakukan untuk terus memperbaiki proses. Hasilnya melibatkan implementasi sistem informasi, pelatihan petugas, dan penguatan pengelolaan konten. Dampak yang dihasilkan adalah peningkatan efisiensi dan relevansi museum dalam era transformasi digital. Secara keseluruhan, implementasi sistem informasi berbasis website menjadi langkah strategis untuk meningkatkan daya saing dan memperkaya pengalaman pengunjung museum.

Abstract

PT XYZ is a company engaged in the electronics industry. This company has several divisions and units, one of which is the Project Deployment Center (PDC) division has a unit called Project Operation-Commercial Sector (POCS). The task of this unit is to meet the need for information and materials needed for project operations in accordance with the approved plan and to monitor and evaluate all commercial sector project activities. In carrying out project operations, especially related to monitoring, this unit only displays data in the form of google spreadsheets, so project managers and teams have difficulty in monitoring the data of their immovable assets. To solve this problem, it is necessary to visualize data in the form of a monitoring dashboard. This monitoring dashboard includes registration, borrowing, returns and calibration. Registration is required to register assets, borrowing and return transactions are intended if the assets are borrowed and returned, calibration is intended if the assets will be calibrated. This monitoring dashboard uses Looker Studio which functions as a data visualization medium in the form of a monitoring dashboard. The result of this work is to display a monitoring dashboard that has an attractive and informative appearance so that with the dashboard, it is hoped that it can help project managers and teams in monitoring asset data easily and quickly.

Abstract

Jurusan Teknologi Informasi dan Komputer Politeknik Negeri Subang memiliki 5 (lima) laboratorium komputer untuk mendukung kelancaran praktikum dan mendukung proses pembelajaran yang efektif. Pada proses observasi ditemukan masalah yang dihadapi yaitu ketidak pastian dalam menentukan jumlah dan jenis bahan yang perlu diajukan dalam proses pengadaan, yang dapat menyebabkan kekurangan atau kelebihan stok. Selain itu kurangnya pencatatan data barang dapat menyebabkan risiko kehilangan barang dan ketidakefisienan dalam pengadaan bahan berdampak pada kurangnya stok bahan. Dengan demikian diperlukan suatu sistem informasi rekomendasi pengadaan bahan habis pakai sebagai upaya atau solusi dari permasalah tersebut. Sistem yang dibuat menggunakan Algoritma C4.5 dalam memprediksi rekomendasi kelayakan pengadaan bahan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membantu jurusan dalam pengelolaan bahan habis pakai terutama dalam rekomendasi pengadaan bahan. Penelitian ini memanfaatkan metode pengumpulan data melalui serangkaian langkah termasuk wawancara dan observasi dan juga menggunakan metode penngembangan sistem Waterfal dengan pemodelan UML (Unified Modelling Language). Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah implementasi sistem rekomendasi pengadaan bahan habis pakai berbasis web yang telah melalui proses pengujian sistem menggunakan Black Box dan User Acceptance Test (UAT) dengan nilai Black Box Testing sebesar 100% dan UAT sebesar 92%. Hasil ini menunjukan bahwa tingkat penerimaan responden terhadap sistem ini masuk kedalam kriteria “Sangat Setuju” dalam artian sangat diterima oleh pengguna serta penggunaan Algoritma C4.5 memiliki tingkat akurasi yang baik dalam rekomendasi pengadaan bahan habis pakai di jurusan Teknologi Informasi dan Komputer

Abstract

Permasalahan pada manajemen laboratorium komputer menjadi isu yang krusial dalam mendukung kegiatan belajar di jurusan Teknologi Informasi dan Komputer (JTIK) Politeknik Negeri Subang. Penggunaan dan peminjaman fasilitas inventaris seperti alat dan bahan laboratorium yang masih dilakukan secara manual menggunakan kertas formulir dapat menimbulkan risiko kerusakan dan hilangnya data. Selain itu, kurangnya pencatatan data barang dapat menyebabkan risiko kehilangan barang, dan ketidakefisienan dalam pengadaan bahan berdampak pada kurangnya stok bahan. Dengan dibuatkan sebuah sistem informasi manajemen administrasi laboratorium komputer sebagai solusi permasalahan tersebut meningkatkan efisiensi pengadaan bahan habis pakai, sistem ini juga menggunakan scan QR code yang dapat digunakan untuk mengecek kondisi dan status dari barang laboratorium. Metodologi analisis perancangan sistem informasi yang digunakan yaitu berdasarkan metodologi Waterfall, dengan pemodelan menggunakan Unified Modelling Language (UML). Namun pada penelitian ini, hanya digunakan sampai dengan tahapan implementation and unit testing dikarenakan keterbatasan waktu dan siklusnya yang panjang serta berkelanjutan. Hasil uji sistem menggunakan Black Box menunjukkan nilai keberhasilan 100% dan hasil dari pengukuran User Acceptance Test (UAT) menggunakan skala likert menunjukkan persentase rata-rata sebesar 88% yang artinya sistem informasi manajemen administrasi laboratorium komputer ini “Sangat Setuju” diterima oleh pengguna sistem. Dengan diimplementasikan sistem informasi manajemen administrasi laboratorium ini dapat membantu pengelola laboratorium dalam manajemen administrasi laboratorium secara tepat, penggunaan dan peminjaman alat dan bahan, monitoring kondisi barang, dan melakukan rekapitulasi riwayat peminjaman barang

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to design a project monitoring system at PT. XYZ. The company faces several challenges, including difficulties for Project Managers and clients to obtain information from production employees regarding the progress of their work, and the lack of proper income reporting. This design is expected to help the company get information about the progress of work completed by production employees and to record advance payments and final payments for a project. The methodology used in this research is the waterfall methodology, which includes the stages of requirement, design, implementation, verification, and maintenance. However, the author only uses two stages: requirement and design. In the design stage, the modeling of the system uses Unified modeling language (UML) diagrams, consisting of use case diagram, activity diagram, sequence diagram, and class diagram. For database design, the entity relationship diagram (erd) is used. To create the user interface (ui/ux) design, figma is used to facilitate the system design process. The results of this research include a design with three main features: Project Managers can monitor the progress of production employees' work, clients can monitor the progress of the projects they have submitted, and advance payments and final payments for a project can be recorded. The recommendation is to develop this design into a mobile-based application to make it more effective and efficient, and to add a feature for direct payment within the app for advance payments and final payments for a project.

Abstract

Penelitian ini membahas perancangan sistem informasi pencatatan ternak domba dan rekomendasi harga jual di Sabilulungan Farm dengan pendekatan waterfall pada tahapan analysis dan design. Sistem ini bertujuan untuk membantu pengelolaan data silsilah ternak, pencatatan reproduksi, dan rekomendasi harga jual yang akurat. Metode penentuan rekomendasi harga menggunakan teknik Activity-Based Costing (ABC), yang memperhitungkan biaya modal dan operasional secara komprehensif. Pengujian antarmuka dilakukan dengan metode maze yang melibatkan 11 responden, menghasilkan tingkat usability sebesar 85%. Hasil ini menunjukkan bahwa antarmuka sistem yang dirancang telah memenuhi standar kegunaan yang baik. Sistem ini diharapkan dapat mendukung efisiensi dalam manajemen peternakan serta memberikan manfaat signifikan dalam pengambilan keputusan yang lebih efektif.

Abstract

This research measures the quality of information systems using the McCall method with a case study of the Information System for Monitoring Nutritional Status and Data Collection of Toddlers (sigizi polsub). After conducting a literature study, this research was continued by distributing McCall questionnaires to 30 respondents who live in Rawalele Village, where the respondents are users of sigizi polsub. After the questionnaire results are collected, validity and reliability testing is then carried out to obtain valid and reliable variables and indicators. Furthermore, the variables and indicators that have been tested are used to measure the value of information system quality (Fa). Measurement begins with the process of weighting variables and indicators. Measurement uses weighting for each product operation variable, namely correctness, reliability, efficiency, integrity, and usability. The quality measurement results show that the correctness factor is 88.15%, Reliability is 84.51%, Efficiency is 84.75%, Integrity is 89.79%, and Usability is 79.68%. Overall, sigizi polsub is in the value range of 81%-100% which can be concluded that the quality of sigizi polsub according to the assessment of respondents in rawalele village is very high quality.
