AbstractThis study aimed to analyze the entrepreneurial attitude as a mediator of the effects of entrepreneurial education on entrepreneurial intention. The population was final semester students who studied entrepreneurial education and the sampling technique used is judgment sampling. The primary data was collected through questionnaires distribution and analyzed using path analysis. The results show that the effect of entrepreneurial education toward the entrepreneurial intention is not significant; the influence of entrepreneurial attitude toward the entrepreneurial intention is significant; and the students who studied entrepreneurship education tend to have intentions to establish a new business if entrepreneurial education can form positive mindset towards entrepreneurship.AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis peran sikap kewirausahaan sebagai variabel mediasi untuk pengaruh pendidikan kewirausahaan terhadap intensi kewirausahaan. Populasi penelitian adalah mahasiswa semester akhir yang telah mendapat pendidikan kewirausahaan dan teknik sampling menggunakan judgment sampling. Pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner dan analisis data menggunakan statistik deskriptif dan analisis jalur. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengaruh pendidikan kewirausahaan terhadap intensi kewirausahaan positif tetapi tidak signifikan; Pengaruh sikap kewirausahaan terhadap intensi kewirausahaan positif dan signifikan; dan mahasiswa yang mengikuti pendidikan kewirausahaan cenderung berniat mendirikan usaha baru dimasa mendatang, apabila pendidikan kewirausahaan dapat membentuk pola pikir positif mahasiswa terhadap kewirausahaan.

Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) play a very important role in supporting the improvement of the economy of Wringinsongo village, Malang Regency. MSME production of papaya chips and MSME of production of jemblem are currently the leading products in Wringinsongo village and have very good prospects. The main problems that are faced by the business development of MSME papaya chips production and MSME jemblem production are the production process is very simple, there is no product development or diversification, the number of product turnover is limited and the quality is not guaranteed, and the condition of the equipment is very simple and not feasible. In addition, only one type of product is produced and made according to their own tastes and there is no good packaging so that they are less attractive to consumers. The solutions to the problem solving carried out in this community service are by providing training and assistance on how to innovate products and diversify products, provide assistance with machines and equipment that support the production process, train how to design several packaging models, labeling, and brands for the product to be produced to make it more attractive, and train the development of effective sales and promotions through online marketing through several social media such as Instagram and Facebook. The results after training and mentoring show that there is an additional variety of product types and packaging that can directly increase sales turnover.

This study aims to analyze investment decisions, funding decisions, and dividend policies on firm value. The method used is multiple linear regression using 35 samples of the food and beverage industry. This study finds that investment decisions and funding decisions was able to increase firm value, but dividend policy showed the opposite result. Investment decisions as well as funding decisions can become the basis for determining strategies to increase value to the company by keeping its value increasing. AbstrakPenelitian ini berupaya menganalisis keputusan investasi, keputusan pendanaan, dan kebijakan deviden terhadap nilai perusahaan. Metode yang digunakan adalah regresi linear berganda dengan menggunakan 35 sampel industri food and beverage. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan keputusan investasi dan keputusan pendanaan mampu meningkatkan nilai perusahaan, namun kebijakan deviden menunjukkan hasil yang sebaliknya. Keputusan investasi serta keputusan pendanaan mampu menjadi landasan menetapkan strategi untuk meningkatkan nilai pada perusahaan dengan cara menjaga nilainya agar tetap meningkat.

Nowadays, accounting information systems are needed, significantly to help the business processes of MSMEs. However, technology-based recording is still very rarely found on the scale of MSME businesses such as Filo CR Malang, which until now has not implemented accounting information technology. The purpose of this research is to implement the needs of the Inventory Accounting Information System Application and Design an Inventory Accounting Information System Application to Improve Web-based Internal Control at MSMEs Filo CR Malang. This research is a research and development study through the stages of analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation. Microsoft Office, bizagi Modeller, Google Chrome web browser, Draw.io, and Figma are used. The result of the research is in the form of an Inventory Accounting Information System Application to Improve Internal Control at UMKM Filo CR Malang. The development of the implementation of this application at MSME Filo CR is expected to provide solutions and contribute to the control of coffee raw material inventory in accordance with the criteria for production and the quality of accountable and transparent financial reports

The goal of this research was to analyze the effect of capital intensity ratio, leverage ratio, and market share on profitability both partially and simultaneously. The objects were textile and garment companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange for a period 2014-2018. Descriptive statistic and multiple linear regressions were used for data analysis. The result indicates that market share has positive and significant effect on profitability, while capital intensity ratio and leverage ratio has no effect on profitability. Simultaneously capital intensity ratio, leverage ratio, and market share, has significant effect on profitability. Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh rasio intensitas modal rasio leverage, dan pangsa pasar terhadap profitabilitas perusahaan secara parsial dan secara simultan. Populasi penelitian ini adalah perusahaan tekstil dan garmen yang terdaftar di BEI periode 2014-2018. Statistik deskriptif dan analisis regresi linear berganda digunakan untuk metode analisis data. Hasil penelitian memperlihatkan bahwa pangsa pasar berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap profitabilitas, sedangkan rasio intensitas modal dan rasio leverage tidak berpengaruh pada profitabilitas. Selanjutnya secara simultan rasio intensitas modal, rasio leverage, dan pangsa pasar berpengaruh signifikan pada profitabilitas.

This research aims to predict the number of train and airplane passengers in 2020. Forecasting of train and airplane passengers is interest to analyze and estimate consumer demand to help the train or airline company prepare effective and efficient planning. This type of research is descriptive quantitative and uses data taken from the Indonesian Statistic Agency (BPS). Data were analyzed using Exponential smoothing Method. Train and airplane passenger data shows trend and seasonal patterns so that the exponential method used is Triple Exponential smoothing. The results of the study show that train passengers in 2020 are increase. While forecast results related to aircraft passengers in 2020 also tend to increase.

Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises/UMKM are one of the main pillars of economic fundamentals that contribute positively to the Indonesian economic ecosystem. However, the high role of UMKM in the Indonesian economy is still hindered by the large number of UMKM in the informal sector, making it difficult to upgrade. The purpose of this community services activity is to increase the empowerement of UMKM actors through mentoring activities by vocational college collaborated with KADIN Malang City and Jawa Timur province and BUMDes in Malang Regency. The UMKM mentoring method is carried out with lectures, discussions, questions and answers, training and assignments, as well as direct output-based assistance. The results of PkM activities show that UMKM assistance from lecturers as well as students provides solutions to partner problems related to aspects of management, legality, capital, and UMKM resilience strategies, as well as increasing independence, adding knowledge and business skills improvement

Community Service is one of a lecturer’s duties in the Three Services of Higher Educational Institution. A lecturer has to do the three duties mentioned in the regulation (lecturing, conducting researches, and doing community services). The main objective of conducting this entrepreneurship training programme is to make the teachers in TK IT Al Ma’un able to grab business opportunities in the society to give them additional income. The method planned for this programme is by giving the teachers a training on entrepreneurship entitled How to Start A Business. The steps of the programme are as follows: preparation, implementation, followed with question and answer session. Seen from the implementation of the community service done on August 15, 2018 in TK IT Al Ma’un Jl Asparagus 25 Sengkaling Dau Malang, it could be said that the teachers were excited in joining the programme. Many teachers asked a lot of questions about the programme.Keywords:
