Abstract

The study was conducted using a case study method. Aimed at finding out, income, production level, Break Event Point (BEP) and farmers' perceptions of organic rice farming in the Subur Farmers Group, Lubuk Bayas Village, Perbaungan District, Serdang Bedagai Regency. The sampling technique is saturated sampling (census), if all members of the population are used as samples. As many as 30 respondents in the Subur Farmers Group have implemented organic rice farming. Data collection methods are primary data obtained directly from farmers and secondary data obtained from relevant agencies such as the Central Statistics Agency, Subur Farmers Group Documents and the Head Office of Lubuk Bayas Village. The analytical method used is descriptive and qualitative which is quantitative. This research was conducted in March 2019 in Lubuk Bayas Village, Perbaungan District, Serdang Bedagai Regency. The first problem research results are known that the average farmer's income is Rp. 15,905,000, the total production cost incurred in the amount of Rp. 6,973,357 and the income earned is Rp. 8,931,643. For BEP Production results obtained an average of 678 kg, BEP Price of Rp. 2,670 while the BEP Receipt was Rp. 3,808,610. The second research result is known that farmers have a very effective perception on the benchmark Price (82.26%), Environmentally Friendly (84.8%) and Production Costs (80.11%). While Marketing (74.13%), Mutu and Quality (68.53%) included in the effective category.

Abstract

Salah satu industri rumahan yang memproduksi olahan kedelai yang sudah cukup dikenal oleh masyarakat adalah kembang tahu. Oleh karena itu semakin banyak industri kembang tahu maka semakin banyak pula persaingan dan perlu diketahui daya saing industri kembang tahu. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tingkat daya saing kembang tahu, faktor yang mempengaruhi kembang tahu dan permasalahan yang dihadapi oleh pelaku industri kembang tahu. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode analisis deskriptif kualitatif dengan data yang dikuantitaifkan dengan skala likert untuk mengetahui tingkat daya saing kembang tahu, dan analisis deskriptif untuk menjelaskan faktor -yang mempengaruhi tingkat daya saing kembang tahu dan permasalahan yang dihadapi oleh pelaku usaha, dan dari keseluruhan penyelesaian rumusan permasalahan di atas menggunakan konsep keunggulan kompetitif yaitu Diamond Porter dan GCI (Global Competitive Indeks). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan Dapat diketahui bahwa tingkat daya saing kembang tahu adalah sedang yang artinya cukup memiliki daya saing antar sesama pelaku  usaha kembang tahu, hal ini dikarenakan memang segala faktor dari konsep daya saing diamond porter dan GCI (Global Competitive Index) berdasarkan keadaan dilapangan memang hampir cukup sama dalam fenomena yang ada dilapangan karena berdasarkan nilai yang telah di rata-ratakan dan dikategorikan    dalam tingkatan tingkat daya saing sedang dengan nilai 104,82.  Selanjutnya faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi tingkat daya saing berdasarkan data yang sudah di analisis dari sepuluh indikator yang paling mempengaruhi adalah biaya produksi,kondisi permintaan, industry pendukung, strategi pendukung, peran pemerintah, peluang, SDM, inovasi,teknologi, yang kurang mempengaruhi adalah infrastruktur. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa daya saing kembang tahu adalah sedang dan faktor yang tidak mempengaruhi infrastruktur. Kata kunci : persaingan, tahu, produksi

Abstract

Not all BUMDes go well and some even walk on the spot. Quality human resource skills are needed in the development of BUMDes programs. This research aims to analyze the development of BUMDes and what are the businesses carried out by BUMDes in Melati II village, Perbaungan Subdistrict. The location of this research is in Melati II Village perbaungan subdistrict. Determination of the number of samples using sampling quota with the sample number of 36 people. Data analysis methods use descriptive analysis. The results showed that when viewed in terms of economic dimensions showed that as many as 69.4% of respondents rated that BUMDes in Melati II village were going very well. This is proven by the management of irrigation saluraan into the agricultural tourism sector, so that the condition of rice fields becomes more well organized. It can be concluded that the development of BUMDes in Melati II village is relatively good.
