Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui penerapan manajemen keuangan pada rumah tangga keluarga nelayan, untuk mengetahui kendala dalam penerapan manajemen keuangan rumah tangga keluarga nelayan di Kelurahan Mafututu Kota Tidore Kepulauan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan cara observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Model dan analisis data dengan tahapan reduksi data, penyajian data dan kesimpulan. Hasil Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa belum menerapkan manajemen keuangan rumah tangga keluarga nelayan di Kelurahan Mafututu Kota Tidore Kepulauan. Kendala yang terjadi dalam penerapan manajemen keuangan rumah tangga keluarga nelayan yaitu pendapatan yang tidak menentu, rendahnya ilmu pendidikan yang belum menguasai secara mendalam dan belum ada bimbingan karena rata-rata tamatan SD.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is the influence of apparatusl competence, fraud , entern control on financial gofernance and apparaturs competency,cheating on on intern control SKPD of the north Maluku Provincial government, the type of research is explanation. Respondents in this study were financial administrators, technical executives of activities, and treasurers of 43 SKPD expenditure in the North Maluku Provincial government. The data collected is processed with statical methods used to test the hypothesis directly and indirectly the results of the study show that, first the competency of the fraud apparatus, and internal controls affecte financial governance, both apparatus copeten ciesinfluence internal control, the tree internal controls affect financial governance.

Abstract

This study aims to determine how village financial management is carried out in Gita Raja Village, Oba District, Tidore Islands City, based on Permendagri No. 20 of 2018. The main focus of this research is to analyze the application of the principles of transparency, accountability, participation, and orderly and disciplined budgeting in village financial management. Data analysis techniques use qualitative descriptive techniques by reducing data, presenting data, and drawing conclusions (verification), with data collection methods involving interviews with the Village Head, Village Secretary, and Finance Officer, as well as observation and documentation. The results of the study indicate that financial management in Gita Raja Village is generally in accordance with Permendagri No. 20 of 2018. Transparency is evident in the village government's active dissemination of information about the Village Budget (APBDesa) to the community through various media. Accountability is maintained through timely submission of accountability reports to the relevant authorities. Community participation is fostered through the Village Development Planning Meeting (Musrenbangdes), which involves residents in determining development priorities. Budget Discipline and Orderliness Gita Raja Village follows the established budget book and adheres to applicable procedures in budget management, although there are some challenges in financial management, such as a shortage of financial experts.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of education level, training, and motivation on the performance of village officials in Oba Tengah District, Tidore Kepulauan City. This study uses quantitative methods and data analysis using multiple linear regression. The sample in this study consisted of 109 respondents. The results of the simultaneous test showed that the F count was 9.917 > 2.69 with a significance level of 0.00 < 0.05. This means that education level, training, and motivation simultaneously and jointly have a significant effect on the performance of village officials. However, in terms of partial variables, the level of education with a T value of 3.048 > T table 1.659. With a significance level of 0.003 < 0.05, this means that the level of education has an effect on the performance of village officials. Meanwhile, the training variable with a T value of 0.580 < T table 1.659. With a significance level of 0.563 > 0.05. This means that training does not affect the performance of village officials. The motivation variable has a T-value of 1.197 < 1.659. With a significance level of 0.234 > 0.05, this means that motivation does not affect the performance of village officials.

Abstract

This research was conducted at the Tidore Islands City Education Office. The purpose of this study was to determine what efforts were made to improve the performance and work discipline of ASN in the Tidore Islands City Education Office. The data collection techniques used by the author in this study were observation, interviews, and documentation. Then the data analysis technique used by the author in this study was descriptive qualitative, namely the collected data was processed and analyzed by describing and linking it with theories that were in accordance with the existing problems, then conclusions and suggestions were drawn. The population was all ASN employees at the Tidore Islands City Education Office, a total of 38 people. When viewed overall, the results of the study show that there has been an improvement from before where there were some employees who were already disciplined at work, however, there are still a small number of employees who still often commit disciplinary violations while working. Such as not obeying the rules of work hours, going home not according to work hours and often leaving their desks.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Keandalan (Reability), Daya Tanggap (Responsive), Jaminan (Assurance), Empati dan Bukti Fisik (Tangibles Terhadap Kepuasan Pasien Pengguna BPJS di Puskesmas Tomalou Kota Tidore Kepulauan. penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dan analisis data menggunakan regresi linear berganda.. Sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 273 orang responden. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial variabel jaminan (assurance) dan bukti fisik (tangibles) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan pasien, sedangkan variabel keandalan (reliability), daya tanggap (responsiveness), dan empati (empathy) tidak berpengaruh signifikan. Secara simultan, seluruh variabel bebas berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan pasien dengan nilai Fhitung sebesar 53,331 dan signifikansi 0,000 (<0,05). Penelitian ini menegaskan pentingnya peningkatan aspek jaminan pelayanan dan fasilitas fisik dalam upaya meningkatkan kepuasan pasien BPJS di tingkat puskesmas.

Abstract

The Women’s Joint Business Group in Guraping, Tidore Islands, faces low production capacity (5–10 kg/week), weak management without records or legality, and limited marketing confined to local networks without digital technology. This study implements an inclusive business model based on science, technology, and arts to enhance business capacity, strengthen governance, and expand market access for coastal women. Using a participatory method, the program proceeded through five stages: socialization, training in business management and digital marketing, application of appropriate technology (fish smoking and sago grating machines), implementation of Standard Operating Procedures, and continuous mentoring with pre- and post-tests. Results show notable progress: evaluation scores rose by 85.8 percent, production increased up to 300 percent, 75 percent of participants actively adopted digital marketing, and average income grew by 80 percent. The program transformed traditional business practices into modern, sustainable patterns through strengthened management, technology adoption, and wider market access.
