Abstract

This study will explain the linkage between several variables through hypothesis testing or explanatory research. The results showed that (1) Emotional Intelligence (X1) had a positive and significant effect on nurse performance at Tidore City Public Hospital, the result of this research meant that with the Emotional Intelligence, the nurse was able to give positive contribution to the patient at Tidore City General Hospital Island. (2) and Spiritual Intelligence (X2) have a positive and significant effect on nurse's performance at Tidore Islands Public Hospital, the result of this research means that nurses do not have the ability in spiritual indicator that responsibility, confidence, justice and social awareness means that Spiritual Intelligence hence increased performance of nurse. (3) Emotional Intelligence (X1) and spiritual intelligence (X2) positive partially and simultaneously affect the Performance Nurse (Y) At Tidore Islands General Hospital.

Abstract

This study uses qualitative approach with purpose to determine: (1) the performance of BUMDes in budget management; and (2) the performance of the "Karivela" BUMDes in managing village potential in Akidotilou Village of Oba Tengah District in Tidore Kepulauan City of North Maluku Province. Data collection techniques through observation, interviews, documentation, and literature study. Data analysis procedures include data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results show that budget management by BUMDes "Karivela" which should be accountable for budget management to the Village Government of Akedotilou Oba Tengah Subdistrict Tidore Islands City has not been carried out by BUMDes "Karivela" officials. So that every BUMDes "Karivela" budget is known to lack transparency, both in management and accountability. Meanwhile, in the management of village potential in the Village managed by BUMDes "Karivela" there is still no improvement in the existing business units. this is because the management of the BUMDes "Karivela" does not have the ability to manage the village potential in Akedotilou village and the lack of human resources who manage the village potential.

Abstract

The implementation of local government performance accountability is an accountability that begins from the planning, preparation, and implementation of the government's duties and functions in realizing the vision, mission, and objectives that have been set so that they can be accounted for to the public. This study aims to analyze and understand the influence of organizational commitment and organizational culture on the performance of Regional Instrument Work Unit of Local Government (or called OPD) of the City of Tidore Islands. This study will explain the relationship between several variables through hypothesis testing or explanatory research. The population for this study is 32 OPD which gives 160 respondents as the sample after applies the probability sampling. The result of multiple linear regressions shows that the organizational commitment has positive and significant effect on the OPD’s performance which means that with organizational commitment then the employees of OPD are able to give positive contributions to the OPD’s performance. This study also finds that the organizational culture has positive and significant effect on the OPD’s performance which means that the organizational culture has the ability to improve the OPD’s performance.

Abstract

This study aims to test the relationship of intergovernmental revenue and clarity of budget targets on the regional government financial performance. This study uses quantitative approach with primary data obtained from the results of distributing questionnaires and then measured by using a five-point Likert scale. The population of this study is the Regional Apparatus Organization which is official in the city of Tidore Islands, with the number of samples that have been determined as many as 45 samples. The sampling technique of this study is purposive sampling and conducts the multiple linear regression analysis as hypothesis testing. This study finds that the intergovernmental revenue and clarity of budget targets in partial have positive and significant effect on the regional government financial performance. The findings of this study imply that agency theory can explain the performance of local government of the City of Tidore Islands.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kecerdasan intelektual, minat belajar dan perilaku belajar secara parsial maupun simultan terhadap tingkat pemahaman akuntansi pada Fakultas Ekonomi Program Studi Akuntansi Universitas Nuku. Sampel yang digunakan yaitu mahasiswa semester 2, 4, 6 dan 8 sebanyak 47 sampel. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan Teknik Nonprobability Sampling . pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa kecerdasan intelektual, minat belajar dan perilaku belajar berpengaruh secara simultan terhadap tingkat pemahaman akuntansi. Sedangkan secara parsial, hanya variable kecerdasan intelektual yang tidak berpengaruh terhadap tingkat pemahaman akuntansi dan minat belajar dan perilaku belajar berpengaruh terhadap tingkat pemahaman akuntansi. Koefisien determinasi (R2) sebesar 0,364 dapat diartikan 36,4% tingkat pemahaman akuntansi dipengaruhi oleh kecerdasan intelektual, minat belajar dan perilaku belajar

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui berapa besar pengaruh modal, jumlah tenaga kerja, dan jarak tempuh melaut terhadap pendapatan nelayan pada kapal motor tempel 2 & 3 GT di pasar ikan Gosalaha Goto Kota Tidore Kepulauan. Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kuantitatif, data diolah dengan menggunakan spss versi 20. Sumber data berasal dari wawancara, observasi dan kuesioner. Jumlah populasi dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 44 jiwa, dengan penarikan sampel menggunakan teknik non-probality sampling yaitu metode pengambilan sampel yang mengambil seluruh anggota populasi sebagai sampel Dengan teknik pengolaha data menggunakan uji instrumen, uji asumsi klasik, uji regresi linear berganda dengan bantuan software spss 20 for windows. Hasil penelitian menunjukan menunjukan F-hitung sebesar (11.187) dengan tingkat signifikan sebesar 0,000 karena tingkat signifikan 0,000 < alpha 0,05, maka ada pengaruh secara simultan dari modal (X1), jumlah tenaga kerja (X2), dan jarak tempuh melaut (X3) terhadap pendapatan nelayan (Y) maka dapat simpulkan bahwa semua variabel dependen berhubungan signifikan dengan perubahan niai variabel dependen. Dengan demikian hasil penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan manfaat dalam menyusun kebijakan dan strategi yang efektif dalam menigkatkan pendapatan nelayan di pasar ikan Gosalaha Goto Kota Tidore Kepulauan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujan mengetahui pengaruh promosi,kualitas produk dan sumber daya manusia terhadap volume penjualan mebel metode pengumpulan data adalah kuesioner metode analisis dengan uji asumsi klasik yang terdiri dari uji normalitas ,uji multikolineritas,uji heteroskedastitas, dan uji autokorelasi.menggunkan analisis uji regresi berganda,uji t,uji f,uji koefisien determinasi dan uji korelasi person. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik penarikan sampel dengan tabel krejcie berjumlah 118 responden. Hasil penelitian ini adalah 1) Promosi berpengaruh terhadap peningkatan volume penjualan di somel Al-Mubarok hasil pengujian hipotesis menunjukan nilai t hitung sebesar 3.412 dengan nilai singnifikan 0,000 lebih dari kecil 0,05 (0,000<0,05). 2) Kualitas produk berpengaruh tidak berpengaruh terhadap peningkatan volume penjualan di somel Al-Mubarok hasil pengujian hipotesis menunjukan nilai t hitung sebesar 0,807 dengan nilai signifikan 0,421 lebih besar dari 0,05 (0421>0,05). 3) Sumber daya manusia berpengaruh terhadap peningkatan volume penjualan di somel Al Mubarok hasil pengujian hipotesis menunjukan nilai t hitung sebesar 2.368 dengan nilai singnifikan 0,020 lebih kecil dari 0.05 (0,000<0,05). 4) Secara simultanl promosi , kualitas produk, sumber daya manusia berpengaruh terhadap peningkatan volume penjualan di Somel Al- Mubarok hasil pengujian hipotesis menunjukan nilai f hitung sebesar 7,086 dengan singnifikan sebesar 0,000<0,05.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the level of economy, efficiency, and effectiveness of financial performance at the Regional Financial and Asset Management Agency (BPKAD) of Tidore Islands City, 2019-2023, with a measurement method using the Value for Money method. The type of research used in this research is qualitative research. The results of this study indicate that 1). In terms of economic ratios, the financial performance of BPKAD of Tidore Islands city from 2019 to 2023 meets the Economic indicators 2. In terms of efficient ratios, the performance of BPKAD of the city of Tidore Islands from 2019 to 2023 meets the inefficient indicators. 3). Financial performance at BPKAD of Tidore Islands city in 2019 meets the Effective criteria, and in 2020, 2021, and 2022 meets the criteria for very Effective, while for 2023 it meets the criteria for ineffective. This finding shows significant fluctuations in financial performance, especially a decrease in effectiveness in the last year, which is a serious concern for the Agency. These results are important for evaluating ratio-based financial performance and making practical contributions in strengthening budget planning and control at the agency level.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of education level, training, and motivation on the performance of village officials in Oba Tengah District, Tidore Kepulauan City. This study uses quantitative methods and data analysis using multiple linear regression. The sample in this study consisted of 109 respondents. The results of the simultaneous test showed that the F count was 9.917 > 2.69 with a significance level of 0.00 < 0.05. This means that education level, training, and motivation simultaneously and jointly have a significant effect on the performance of village officials. However, in terms of partial variables, the level of education with a T value of 3.048 > T table 1.659. With a significance level of 0.003 < 0.05, this means that the level of education has an effect on the performance of village officials. Meanwhile, the training variable with a T value of 0.580 < T table 1.659. With a significance level of 0.563 > 0.05. This means that training does not affect the performance of village officials. The motivation variable has a T-value of 1.197 < 1.659. With a significance level of 0.234 > 0.05, this means that motivation does not affect the performance of village officials.
