Abstract

The Islamic People's Financing Bank (BPRS) Bobato Lestari has recently grown, marked by the increasing number of customers and MSME empowerment programs as well as the variety of products offered by customers, this causes the implementation of Good Corporate Governance (GCG) at BPRS Bobato Lestari to become increasingly important.The purpose of this study was: to determine the implementation of Governance at the Bobato Lestari Sharia People's Financing Bank, Tidore Islands City. This study uses a qualitative research method with a case study/case study approach, and the information uses snowball sampling.The results of this study can be concluded that PT BPRS Bobato Lestari has implemented the five principles of Good Corporate Governance after the government issued a financial services authority regulation Number 24/POJK.03/2018 concerning Governance for Islamic People's Financing Banks.

Abstract

This study aims to determine how (1) the contribution of the tourism sector to the local revenue of Tidore Island City. (2) To find out whether the income from the tourism sector has been effective and efficient. The data collection technique in this research uses several ways of interviewing, observing, documenting, and studying literacy about the problem under study. , the method of analysis in this study includes: data collection, data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. Based on data analysis carried out in the period 2018 to 2021, it can be seen that the level of effectiveness of the parawista retribution with an average value of 1.57% with the criteria of the achievement level being ineffective, while the average is 0.63% with very efficient criteria.

Abstract

Penelitian ini menganalisis pengaruh kualitas pelayanan dan kepercayaan pasien terhadap loyalitas pasien, dengan kepuasan konsumen sebagai variabel mediasi di RS Pertamina Bintang Amin, Bandar Lampung. Menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survei, data dikumpulkan dari 100 responden rawat jalan dan rawat inap melalui purposive sampling, lalu dianalisis menggunakan Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kualitas pelayanan dan kepercayaan pasien berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap loyalitas pasien. Kepuasan pelanggan juga berperan sebagai mediator yang memperkuat hubungan tersebut. Implikasi penelitian ini menekankan pentingnya peningkatan kualitas layanan, strategi komunikasi yang efektif, serta perbaikan fasilitas kesehatan guna meningkatkan loyalitas pasien. Studi ini memberikan kontribusi praktis bagi rumah sakit dalam merancang strategi layanan yang berfokus pada kepuasan dan loyalitas pasien untuk meningkatkan daya saing.This study aims to analyze the influence of service quality and patient trust on patient loyalty, with customer satisfaction as a mediating variable at Pertamina Bintang Amin Hospital, Bandar Lampung. The research employs a quantitative approach using a survey method. Data were collected through questionnaires distributed to 100 outpatient and inpatient respondents selected using a purposive sampling technique. Data analysis was conducted using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). The results indicate that service quality and patient trust have a direct positive and significant effect on patient loyalty. Moreover, customer satisfaction acts as a mediating variable that strengthens the relationship between service quality and patient trust on loyalty. The implications of this research highlight the importance of improving service quality and fostering patient trust through effective communication strategies, consistent services, and enhanced healthcare facilities to boost patient loyalty. This study provides practical contributions for hospital management in designing service strategies focused on patient satisfaction and loyalty, thereby improving competitiveness in the healthcare industry.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of hedonic shopping value, shopping lifestyle, and fashion involvement on impulse buying with positive emotion as a mediating variable among Shopee customers in the Kaiyasa Village community. This research uses a quantitative method. The population in this study is the community of Kaiyasa Village in Tidore Kepulauan City, consisting of 100 people.The results of the study show that hedonic shopping value does not have a positive and significant effect on impulse buying, as evidenced by the t-count value of 1.302 < t-table 1.660 with a significance level of 0.196 > 0.05. Shopping lifestyle does not have a positive and significant effect on impulse buying, as evidenced by the t-count value of 0.296 < t-table 1.660 with a significance level of 0.768 > 0.05.Fashion involvement has a positive and significant effect on impulse buying, as evidenced by the t-count value of 3.080 > t-table 1.660 with a significance level of 0.003 < 0.05. Positive emotion has a positive and significant effect on impulse buying, as evidenced by the t-count value of 2.641 > t-table 1.660 with a significance level of 0.010 < 0.05.Hedonic shopping value has a positive and significant effect on positive emotion, as evidenced by the t-count value of 2.181 > t-table 1.660 with a significance level of 0.032 < 0.05. Shopping lifestyle does not have a positive and significant effect on positive emotion, as evidenced by the t-count value of 0.702 < t-table 1.660 with a significance level of 0.484 > 0.05. Fashion involvement does not have a positive and significant effect on positive emotion, as evidenced by the t-count value of 0.969 < t-table 1.660 with a significance level of 0.335 > 0.05.Positive emotion is not able to mediate the effect of hedonic shopping value on impulse buying, as evidenced by the t-count value of 1.165 < t-table 1.660 with a significance level of 0.121 > 0.05. Positive emotion is not able to mediate the effect of shopping lifestyle on impulse buying, as evidenced by the t-count value of 0.293 < t-table 1.660 with a significance level of 0.384 > 0.05.Positive emotion is able to mediate the effect of fashion involvement on impulse buying, as evidenced by the t-count value of 2.004 > t-table 1.660 with a significance level of 0.022 < 0.05.

Abstract

Tujuan studi ini adalah untuk mengeksplorasi apakah pengelolaan dana desa di Desa Maitara Tengah Kota Tidore Kepulauan sudah dilakukan dengan dengan transparan dan akuntabel atau tidak. Hal ini dilatarbelakangi oleh adanya penurunan Anggaran Pendapatan dan Belanja Desa (APBDesa) tahun 2020, yang diduga akibat adanya pengelolaan yang tidak atau kurang transparan dan akuntabel. Untuk mencapai tujuan tersebut, sebanyak 70 angket disebarkan kepada masyarakat, yang minimal telah berusia 17 tahun. Dengan menggunakan metode analisis deskriptif, hasil studi menunjukkan bahwa pengelolaan dana desa telah dilakukan secara transparan dan akuntabel, baik pada proses  perencanaan, pelaksanaan, penatausahaan, pelaporan maupun pertanggungjawaban. Dengan demikian, penurunan Anggaran Pendapatan dan Belanja Desa (APBDesa) tahun 2020 ini bukan disebabkan oleh pengelolaan yang tidak transparan dan akuntabel, melainkan oleh faktor-faktor lain yang tidak dibahas dalam studi ini.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the level of conformity between the implementation of the SIMBA (BAZNAS Management Information System) application and the Statement of Financial Accounting Standards (PSAK) 109 concerning Zakat, Infak, and Sedekah (ZIS) at BAZNAS Ternate City. The research method used is qualitative with a case study approach through observation, interviews, and documentation. The results show that the process of collecting and distributing ZIS at BAZNAS Ternate City is in accordance with PSAK 109 provisions, particularly in the recognition, measurement, presentation, and disclosure of transactions. The financial reports generated by SIMBA are also consistent with PSAK 109 as they present the five main components, namely the statement of financial position, cash flow statement, statement of changes in funds, statement of changes in managed assets, and notes to the financial statements, including the separation of zakat, infak, and sedekah (ZIS) funds. However, there are several limitations, such as the absence of PSAK 109 application in cases of non-cash zakat in the form of fixed assets, as well as the management of infak/sedekah funds in the form of revolving fund enterprises. This study suggests that the central BAZNAS continue to update SIMBA features, BAZNAS Ternate City improve the competence of SIMBA management human resources, and strengthen transparency through regular publication of financial reports.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine and analyze the influence of Financial Literacy, Financial Attitude, and Locus of Control on the Consumer Behavior of KIP Kuliah recipients from the Faculty of Economics at Nuku University in Tidore Islands City. This research is quantitative research using primary data obtained from the distribution of questionnaires, which were then measured using a five-point Likert scale. The research sample consisted of 95 students receiving KIP Kuliah scholarships. The data analysis method used was Multiple Linear Regression Analysis with the assistance of Statistical Package for Social Science (SPSS) software. The research results show that: 1) Financial literacy, financial attitude, and locus of control simultaneously have a significant effect on the consumer behavior of students receiving KIP Kuliah at the Faculty of Economics, Universitas Nuku, Kota Tidore Kepulauan. 2) Financial literacy partially has no and is not significant effect on the consumer behavior of students receiving KIP Kuliah at the Faculty of Economics, Universitas Nuku, Kota Tidore Kepulauan. 3) Financial attitude partially has no and is not significant effect on the consumer behavior of students receiving KIP Kuliah at the Faculty of Economics, Universitas Nuku, Kota Tidore Kepulauan. 4) Locus of control partially has a significant effect on the consumer behavior of students receiving KIP Kuliah at the Faculty of Economics, Universitas Nuku, Kota Tidore Kepulauan.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of digital marketing on consumer buying interest at the shopee market place in Tidore District. Digital marketing is a marketing strategy that is that is carried out onlien using various digital media platforms, such as websites,social media,e-mail,and market places. One of the popular market places.one of the popular market places in Indonesia is Shoppe. The study uses a quantitative approach, by collecting data from respondents who are active shoppe users in Tidore Ditrict. The sample used in this study amounted to 40 respondents and used a non-probability sampling technique. The data analysic used was correlation analysis and simple linear regression analysis using SPSS version 20 software.The results of the data analysis showed that there was a positive influence between digital marketing and consumer purchasing power of 3.45%.

Abstract

This research was conducted at the civil service police unit in the city of Tidore Islands. The sample taken in this research was 38 respondents. The data collection technique was by distributing questionnaires to respondents. This research uses descriptive analysis with a quantitative approach to test the level of reliability using Cronbach Alpha, then the data is processed using multiple linear regression analysis tests. Hypothesis testing uses Test with a significance level of 5%. This research uses SPSS Version 20 tools. The results of the multiple linear regression analysis test show that employee performance is influenced by system and HR variables. The test results explain that information and decision making variables do not have a significant effect on employee performance, while system and HR variables have a significant effect on employee performance. The results of the Determination test (R2) use an adjusted r square value of 0.540 or 54%. This shows that the independent variables (information, systems, human resources and decision making) can influence the dependent variable (employee performance) as seen from the R square of 58.9% and the remaining 41.1% is influenced by other variables that are not in this research.
