The Islamic People's Financing Bank (BPRS) Bobato Lestari has recently grown, marked by the increasing number of customers and MSME empowerment programs as well as the variety of products offered by customers, this causes the implementation of Good Corporate Governance (GCG) at BPRS Bobato Lestari to become increasingly important.The purpose of this study was: to determine the implementation of Governance at the Bobato Lestari Sharia People's Financing Bank, Tidore Islands City. This study uses a qualitative research method with a case study/case study approach, and the information uses snowball sampling.The results of this study can be concluded that PT BPRS Bobato Lestari has implemented the five principles of Good Corporate Governance after the government issued a financial services authority regulation Number 24/POJK.03/2018 concerning Governance for Islamic People's Financing Banks.

This study aims to determine how (1) the contribution of the tourism sector to the local revenue of Tidore Island City. (2) To find out whether the income from the tourism sector has been effective and efficient. The data collection technique in this research uses several ways of interviewing, observing, documenting, and studying literacy about the problem under study. , the method of analysis in this study includes: data collection, data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. Based on data analysis carried out in the period 2018 to 2021, it can be seen that the level of effectiveness of the parawista retribution with an average value of 1.57% with the criteria of the achievement level being ineffective, while the average is 0.63% with very efficient criteria.

Penelitian Ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kompentensi dan stres kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai Negeri Sipil pada kantor BPKAD Kota Tidore Kepulauan. Penelitian ini mengunakan metode kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah Pegawai BPKD Kota Tidore Kepulauan dengan jumlah 56 Pegawai. Hasil penelitian menunjukan kompentensi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja hal ini di tunjukan dengan nilai koefisiensi sebesar 0,143 dengan nilai Thitung 3,151 > Ttabel 1,673. Dengan tingkat signifikansi 0,003 <0.05. stres kerja tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. hal ini di tunjukan dengan nilai koefisiensi sebesar 0,075. dengan nilai Thitung 0,845 < Ttabel 1,673. Dengan tingkat signifikansi 0,402 > 0,05. kompentensi dan stres kerja secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai terhadap kinerja pegawai dengan Fhitung 7,11 > 3,15 dengan tingkat signifikansi 0,002 < 0,05

This research aims to determine the influence of price, customer reviews, and customer ratings on the purchasing interest of Nuku University students. This study uses a quantitative method. The population in this study is Nuku University students, totaling 515 people. The data analysis techniques used are validity and reliability tests, classical assumption tests (including normality tests, multicollinearity tests, heteroscedasticity tests, and autocorrelation tests), multiple linear regression, t-tests (partial tests), F-tests (simultaneous tests), and determination coefficient tests. The research results show that (1) price has a significant impact on purchase interest, (2) customer reviews do not have a significant impact on purchase interest, (3) customer ratings have a significant impact on purchase interest, and (4) price, customer reviews, and customer ratings have a simultaneous impact on purchase interest.

This study aims to find out how the Management of Village Owned Enterprises in Balbar Village, find out the Welfare of the Balbar Village Community, and also the obstacles faced by Bumdes Berkah, this research took place in Balbar Village, North Oba District, Tidore Islands City, North Maluku Province, the research was conducted on November 4, 2022.This research is a descriptive qualitative research, and the methods used in data collection are: observation, interviews, and documentation, with a total of 7 informants.The results of the research are (1) The management of Bumdes Berkah in Balbar Village has been well managed and has fully implemented the management principles (2) Village-owned enterprises (umdes Berkah) have a significant effect on increasing the welfare of the people in Balbar Village because there are still units other Bumdes business units that are still active, the role of Bumdes related to income has been able to fulfill the needs of other communities (3) The constraints faced by Bumdes Berkah in operational costs and lack of human resources, it is very necessary to have training to improve human resources, the operational costs of the Bumdes waste management business unit require large capital to operate again, so the role of the related government is very important in the waste business

This research aims to determine the effect of digital literacy and Facebook social media on Umi Tum's household business income. This study uses quantitative methods. The population of the research results shows that the digital literacy variable has a positive and significant effect on income, this is indicated by a coefficient value of 0.390 with a Tcount value of 6.978> Ttable 1.971. With a significance level of (0.000) <0.05. Furthermore, the Facebook social media variable has a positive and significant effect on income, this is indicated by a coefficient value of 0.448 with a Tcount value of 8.010> Ttable 1.971 With a significance level of (0.000) <0.05 and digital literacy and Facebook social media simultaneously have a significant effect on income with Fcount 142.175> 3.04 with a significance level of 0.000 <0.05. The sample in this study was 223 active customers/consumers of the Umi Tum home business in Gurabati sub-district.

This study aims to analyze the influence of the Family Hope Program (PKH) and Non-Cash Food Assistance (BPNT) on Community Welfare in Toloa Village, South Tidore District, Tidore Islands City. This study uses a quantitative approach. The sampling method used is a census or population study, involving the entire population that meets the criteria (still receiving assistance) of 70 Family Cards (KK). The results of the study indicate that: (1) The Family Hope Program (PKH) variable partially has a positive and significant effect on community welfare, as evidenced by the t-count value of 3.429 > t-table 1.965 and a significance value of 0.001 < 0.05. (2) The Non-Cash Food Assistance (BPNT) variable partially has a positive and significant effect on community welfare, with a t-count value of 3.318 > t-table 1.965 and a significance value of 0.001 < 0.05. (3) Simultaneously, the PKH and BPNT variables have a positive and significant effect on community welfare, as indicated by the F-count value of 7.991 > 3.132 and a significance value of 0.001 < 0.05. From this research, the PKH and BPNT social assistance programs, both partially and simultaneously, have been proven to have a positive and significant impact in improving community welfare in Toloa Village, South Tidore District.

This study aims to analyze the efficiency and effectiveness of Regional Revenue management—which includes the General Allocation Fund (DAU), Special Allocation Fund (DAK), and Regional Original Income (PAD)—and their contribution to the economic growth of Tidore Islands City in the 2020–2024 period. The study uses a qualitative method with efficiency ratio and effectiveness ratio analysis techniques based on budget realization data obtained from the Tidore Islands City BPKAD. The study results show that all components of regional revenue are inefficient, characterized by an efficiency ratio above 100 percent, reflecting high regional spending compared to revenue received. Conversely, the effectiveness level shows relatively good results, particularly the General Allocation Fund (DAU), which annually reaches its target and is in the effective category. The effectiveness of the Special Allocation Fund (DAK) and Regional Original Revenue (PAD) fluctuates but remains in the moderately effective to very effective category in some years. Regional economic growth shows a positive trend, particularly in 2024 with an achievement of 6.40 percent, although it is not yet fully supported by fiscal independence. These findings indicate that the economic growth of Tidore Islands City is more influenced by the effectiveness of budget absorption than the efficiency of its management. Thus, increasing the efficiency of regional revenue management is an important strategy to strengthen fiscal independence and encourage sustainable economic growth.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Kualitas Pelayanan, Kepuasan , Tarif Pajak, dan Sanksi Pajak terhadap Kepatuhan Wajib Pajak dalam membayar Pajak Kendaraan Bermotor di UPTD Samsat Kota Tidore Kepulauan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode analisis Regresi Linier Berganda dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 299 responden, Hasil penelitian Pengujian secara simultan (bersama-sama) menunjukkan bahwa variabel Kualitas Pelayanan, Kepuasan, Tarif Pajak, dan Sanksi Pajak secara bersama-sama memiliki pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap Kepatuhan Wajib Pajak. Pengujian secara parsial (individu) dilakukan dengan membandingkan thitung dengan t-tabel (≈1.968 untuk N=299dan α=0.05 dua arah) dan nilai signifikansi dengan 0,05. Kualitas Pelayanan memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kepatuhan Wajib Pajak. Dengan thitung =3.281 dan Sig. 0.001<0.05, peningkatan kualitas layanan akan meningkatkan kepatuhan. Kepuasan memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kepatuhan Wajib Pajak. Dengan thitung =2.925 dan Sig. 0.004<0.05, peningkatan kepuasan akan meningkatkan kepatuhan. Tarif Pajak memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kepatuhan Wajib Pajak. Dengan thitung = 2.974dan Sig. 0.003<0.05, yang menunjukkan bahwa tarif yang dianggap wajar dan transparan dapat mendorong kepatuhan. Sanksi Pajak memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kepatuhan Wajib Pajak. Dengan thitung =5.526dan Sig. 0.000<0.05, variabel ini menunjukkan pengaruh yang paling dominan dalam meningkatkan kepatuhan wajib pajak

The Women’s Joint Business Group in Guraping, Tidore Islands, faces low production capacity (5–10 kg/week), weak management without records or legality, and limited marketing confined to local networks without digital technology. This study implements an inclusive business model based on science, technology, and arts to enhance business capacity, strengthen governance, and expand market access for coastal women. Using a participatory method, the program proceeded through five stages: socialization, training in business management and digital marketing, application of appropriate technology (fish smoking and sago grating machines), implementation of Standard Operating Procedures, and continuous mentoring with pre- and post-tests. Results show notable progress: evaluation scores rose by 85.8 percent, production increased up to 300 percent, 75 percent of participants actively adopted digital marketing, and average income grew by 80 percent. The program transformed traditional business practices into modern, sustainable patterns through strengthened management, technology adoption, and wider market access.
