Abstract

Servqual model is a populer model of banking sevice and until now is used as a reference in marketing research. Servqual is an instrument to asses the service qualitry developed by Parasurahman, Zethamil, and berry in a series of their research to the service sector. This model is olso known as Gap Model or discrepancy between the customer expectation and reality (performance) of the received service this model is closely related with the customer satisfacton. In servqual model, the service quality is defined as the assestment or global attitude regarding the superiority of a service (Parasuraman, et al, 1985) All parties who buy and consume the banking service will give different assesment to the service quality, it is because of the banking service has the everchanging characteristic, Furthermore, Parasurahman et al (1993) found that the principal dimensions that define the servqual model are as follow (1) Physical evidence that is the appearance and physical facilities, transaction equipment and comunication media. (2) Reliability is the ability to provide the promise service immediately or timely, accurate and satisfaction. (3) Responsiveness is the willingness of the service provider to help customers and provide service responsively. (4) Assurance is the guarantees given to the cistomers include the willingness, courtesy and the trustworthy attitude of the employees. (5) Empathy is the concern of service providers in the form of attention to the needs and desires of customers.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui apakah dimensi kualitas pelayanan SMS banking berpengaruh secara parsial dan simultan terhadap loyalitas nasabah BNI Cabang Kupang. Manfaat penelitian ini adalah sebagai wahana penerapan ilmu khususnya di bidang pemasaran jasa, dapat membantu manajemen perbankang dalam mencapai tujuan yang telah ditetapkan, sebagai masukan dan referensi bagi pihak lain dalam melakukan penelitian lebih lanjut. Tekink pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini adalah observasi dan kuisioner. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan aksidentak sampling, teknik penentuan sampel menggunakan pendapat Hair et al. (2010) Penentuan jumlah sampel yang representative adalah tergantung pada jumlah indicator dikali 5 sampai 10. jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah sebanyak 45. Teknik analisis data dalam penelitian ini adalah regresi linier sederhana. Hasil peneltian menunjukan bahwa dimensi kualitas pelayanan yaitu di mensi (reliability, responsiveness, emphathy, assurance dan tangibles) berpengaruh secara parsial dan simultan terhadap loyalitas nasabah bank BNI cabang Kupang.

Abstract

Judul penelitian ini adalah pengaruh kemudahan dan kualitas informasi terhadap keputusanpembelian secara online di situs D'BC Network Orifline oleh masyarakat Fatufeto Kupang. Apakahkemudahan dan kualitas informasi berpengaruh terhadap keputusan pemeblian secara online disirus D'BC Network Orifline.com. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruhkemudahan dan kualitas informasi terhadap keputusan pembelian.Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah para pengguna online yaitu konsumen di Kelurahan Fatufetoyang pernah melakukan pembelian secara on line di situs D'BC Orifline. Menurut pendapat sakaranPersyaratan sampel yang digunakan tidak kurang dari 30 dan tidak lebih dari 500 responden,sehingga sampel yang diambil dalam penelitian ini adalah 39 orang. Teknik pengumpulan datamelalui interview, kuesioner, dan kepustakaan. Data di analisis menggunakan metode analisiskualitatif dan kuantitatif.Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa presentase sumbangan pengaruh variabel independen,yaitu kemudahan dan kualitas informasi terhadap keputusan pembelian secara online sebesar 0.549%sedangak sisanya 45,1% di pengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak termasuk dalam penelitian.Dengan demikian variabel kemudahan (X1) adalah variabel yang paling dominan berpengaruhterhadap keputusan konsumen dalam melakukan pembelian. Apabila Orifline memberikankemudahan informasi produk maka konsumen akan semakin cenderung melakukan keputusanpembelian seacara online.

Abstract

Dalam ranah komunikasi global, Bahasa Inggris memegang peranan penting dan digunakan secara luas sebagai bahasa pergaulan, perdagangan dan pendidikan. Menyadari akan arti pentingnya penguasaan bahasa Inggris di era globalisasi ini, sehingga bahasa Inggris mulai diajarkan dari pendidikan dasar hingga pendidikan tinggi di Indonesia. Meskipun bahasa Ingris merupakan pelajaran muatan lokal yang tidak wajib di tingkat sekolah dasar namun sangatlah penting untuk dapat menerapkan metode pembelajaran yang tepat sesuai denga karakteristik anak-anak sekolah dasar. Salah satu metode yang dapat digunakan yaitu metode Total Physical Response (TPR). Metode ini mementingkan koordinasi antara ujaran dan gerak. Metode ini merupakan metode pengajaran bahasa menggunakan aktivitas fisik motorik. Hal ini mendasari prinsip metode TPR yaitu pembelajaran menggunakan semua panca indera. Dengan metode ini, siswa dapat belajar melalui pengamatan, peragaan dan dengan melakukan tindakan sendiri. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian tindakan kelas yang dilakukan untuk memperbaiki situasi pembelajaran dan meningkatkan hasil belajar anak-anak di SD Inpres Liliba Kupang. Penelitian ini dilakukan dalam tiga siklus, dan masing-masing siklus terdiri atas 2 pertemuan. Pada siklus I untuk penerapan metode total physical response, persentase rata-rata siswa yang mencapai nilai Baik untuk ketiga indicator pembelajaran hanya sebesar 40 persen. Pada siklus II terjadi peningkatan signifikan yaitu sebesar 72 persen yang mencapai nilai Baik, dan pada siklus III peningkatan yang terjadi mencapai target yaitu sebesar 87 persen. Ini menunjukan bahwa implemetasi metode Total Physical Response dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa. Dengan metode ini terbukti anak lebih cepat mempelajari, menguasai, dan mempraktekkan suatu materi ajar yang disampaikan oleh pendidik. Selain itu kemampuan anak dalam mendengar (listening), berbicara (speaking),berkreativitas (creative) dan motorik dapat dilatih dengan menggunakan metode belajar ini.

Abstract

The purpose of this study: 1) Analyze the factors causing the lack of work discipline 2) Identify effective strategies to improve work discipline. 2) Compile policy recommendations 4) Develop a model or framework for improving work discipline The research method uses a qualitative approach. The data sources used are primary and secondary data. Data collection techniques in this study were carried out through interviews, observations and documentation. Data analysis was carried out descriptively qualitatively using the Thematic Analysis analysis model: This model involves the identification, analysis, and interpretation of themes or thematic patterns that emerge from qualitative data, such as interviews, observations, or document analysis. These themes are then grouped and interpreted to produce a deeper understanding of the phenomenon being studied.

Abstract

This study investigates the language styles, functions, strategies, and imaging strategies of English-language electric car advertisements that appear on YouTube. The study adopted a qualitative descriptive method, employing data collection techniques such as recording, observation, and note-taking. Data analysis was conducted using Miles and Huberman's interactive model, integrated with Braun and Clarke"™s thematic approach. The findings reveal that electric car advertisements on YouTube employ a range of language styles to convey messages to the audience. The dominant language style is the "Hard Sell", which highlights rational and logical aspects of the product, such as energy efficiency and ease of use. Additional creative language styles include soft sell, hyperbole, metonymy, rhetorical questions, and personification. The main functions of language in these advertisements are to inform, persuade, create an image, and inspire consumer imagination regarding the electric car experience. Language strategies encompass both direct and indirect techniques designed to persuade consumers to deliver clear information and establish a positive image through emotional messaging. Electric car imaging is crafted by emphasizing a product"™s physical characteristics, quality, and advantages, focusing on cultural symbols, user personalities, and direct comparisons with competitors, thereby solidifying the product image in consumers' minds

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to investigate the impact of customer experience, which includes, education, aesthetics, entertainment, and escapism on the intention of tourists to revisit attractions in Lembata Regency. The study involved 100 tourists who had visited local attractions at least twice. A purposive sampling technique was used, focusing on tourists over 20 years of age. Multiple linear regression was applied for data analysis. Results show that customer experiences, including educational, aesthetic, entertainment, and escapism values, have a significant, positive influence on the intention to revisit. The study found that 57.3% of revisit intentions could be explained by these customer experiences.

Abstract

This study aims to explore the influence of promotional activities on customer interest in using the Gold Pawn service at Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI) Kupang Branch. The main focus is on the effectiveness of promotion strategies, particularly personal selling techniques, which include five elements: sales skills, customer approach, product presentation, handling objections, and encouraging purchasing decisions. Customer interest is measured across four dimensions: transactional, referential, preferential, and exploratory. The research used a quantitative method with a survey of 45 active customers. Data were obtained through questionnaires and analyzed using validity tests, reliability tests, simple linear regression, and t-tests. The results indicated that respondents were predominantly productive-age women with higher education and permanent employment. The average score for personal selling is 4.12, and for mortgage interest, it is 3.87. A strong correlation was found between personal selling and interest in mortgaging (r = 0.734), with a contribution of 52.9%. For every one-point increase in personal selling, interest in mortgaging increased by 0.588 significantly.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the influence of grit and growth mindset on entrepreneurial success in Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Kupang City. In the context of the challenges faced by MSME actors, especially in the Eastern Indonesia region, resilient character and a developing mindset are important factors in determining the resilience and success of the business. Grit, which reflects perseverance and consistency towards long-term goals, as well as a growth mindset, which is the belief that skills can be developed through effort and learning, are seen as able to strengthen entrepreneurial resilience. This study uses a quantitative approach with a survey method on MSME actors, as well as data analysis through PLS-SEM. The results of the study are expected to make a theoretical contribution to the literature on entrepreneurship and positive psychology, as well as the basis for the formulation of MSME empowerment strategies based on strengthening character and mindset, especially in areas with limited resources such as Kupang City.

Abstract

Kabupaten Timor Tengah selatan merupakan salah satu kabupaten di Propinsi Nusa Tenggara Timur terdiri memiliki banyak potensi alam yang dapat dikembangkan. Salah satu potensi alamnya adalah objek wisata alam yang banyak terdapat di desa Fatumnasi untuk menggerakkan potensi alam tersebut maka dibutuhkan peran serta dari masyarakat local untuk turut membantu kebijakan pemerintah dalam mengembangkan potensi dari desa tersebut Metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif. Sumber data yang digunakan adalah data primer dan sekunder. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini dilakukan melalui wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Analisis data dilakukan secara deskriptif kualitatif.menggunakan model analisis Miles & Huberman. Penelitian ini berusaha untuk mendapatkan rumusan peran warga masyarakat dengan mendasarkan pada empat dimensi kebijakan public yang sering di sebut Model Edwar III yaitu terdiri atas komunikasi,sumber daya,sikap pelaksana dan struktur birokrasi.
