Problems human resources should get attention was matter of performance. Performance is work performance to reach organizational goals. One factor that can influences the performance was job satisfaction that was perception workers to rewards received .The purpose of this research to know relations performance to the job satisfaction on employees in Nahdlatul Ulama Institute of health science Tuban. The research design used analytic correlation with cross sectional time approach. The population in the study were 29 employees according to the inclusion criteria, the sample was taken using simple random sampling amounted to 27 respondents. The independent variable is job satisfaction, while the dependent variable is performance. Data collection using questionnaires. Data analysis using spearman rank test with value α = 0,05.The almost entirely of employees have good performance and the most of the employees who have satisfied job satisfaction. Employees who have good performance there are many in satisfied job satisfaction. Spearman rank test results got job satisfaction variable (p<0,05) have relation to performance, with strong correlation (r=0,674) and direction of positive correlation which means more satisfied job satisfaction employee hence, its performance increases.Concluded that job satisfaction can affect employee performance. So the evaluation of work needs to be improved with several ways to improve performance by providing fair job opportunities, assessing the recruitment process appropriately, adjusting compensation and providing training and development.

Nurse as a profession prosecuted to work in a professional, qualified, and responsible for providing services. A variety of work demands can lead to burnout on nurses, demonstrated by the attitude of the nurses who tends to be cynical about the other person, be indifferent, put up a wry face, temper for no apparent reason, and feeling tired. This research aims to know the relationship of work motivation with burnout on nurses in the Inpatient Installation of RSUD dr. R. Koesma Tuban.The design of this research was analytic correlation with cross sectional approach and a sample of 40 respondents. Sampling technique using cluster sampling and data collection with questionnaires. Research analysis using spearman rank test with significance level α = 0,05.The spearman test results showed there is a relationship of work motivation with burnout on nurses in the inpatient installation of RSUD dr. R. Koesma Tuban with a value of p = 0.001.From the description above it can be concluded that the work motivation can affect the burnout. So, it is expected nurses maintain or increase his work motivation and the hospital must reassess factors supporting the work motivation, in order to the nurse can work optimally and to improve the quality of service and patient care.

Loyalty patient is a patient's willingness to re-use the health care services provided by the hospitals or health clinics. Loyalty patients can occur due to several factors such as good quality service. Therefore, the study aims to determine the correlation between service quality and loyalty of the patients at the surgical departement of RSUD dr. R. Koesma Tuban. The research used a correlational design with cross-sectional approach involving 71 respondents drawn by accidental sampling technique. Data was taken from the questionnaire. Data were analyzed with the contingensi coefficient test. The result showed most respondents have assumed that the hospital by has intermediate (63,4%) and most of the respondents have less loyalty, there are 46.5%. SPSS results showed that H1 is accepted, so there is a correlation between service quality and loyalty of patients ( ρ = 0.000, which obtained a significant value ≤ 0.005). It can be concluded that there is a correlation between service quality and patient loyalty. The description above can be concluded that service quality can affect patient loyalty. Therefore, it is expected the hospital can increase the ISO (International Organization for Standardization) for the sake of good quality and patient satisfaction for the hospital’s income in the future.

Burnout Syndrome is a psychologically severe labor condition that is at risk of disrupting the quality of work productivity in providing services. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between the Quality of Nursing Work Life and Burnout Syndrome at RSUD dr. R. Koesma Tuban (Bougenville Room, Lotus and Orchids).This study uses a correlational analytical research design with cross-sectional. The population used were all nurses in the inpatient room at RSUD dr. R. Koesma Tuban totaled 47 nurses using simple random sampling. This data collection uses a questionnaire with spearmen rank analysis. Statistical test results show the value of sig. (2-tailed) of 0.01, because the value of sig. (2-tailed) of 0.05 means that H1 is accepted so that there is a relationship between Quality Of Nursing Work Life and Burnout Syndrome at RSUD dr. R. Koesma Tuban (Room Bougenville, Lotus, And Orchid). This study concludes that there is a relationship between the Quality of Nursing Work Life and Burnout Syndrome in dr. R. Koesma Tuban (Room Bougenville, Lotus, And Orchid). Respondents are expected to know the importance of the quality of work life of nurses to minimize the incidence of burnout syndrome.

Self-efficacy is a sense of confidence in oneself that individuals can face the problems that are being experienced and can provide positive results. Performance is the successful completion of a task or meeting a set target. This study aims to determine the relationship between Self Efficacy with the performance of nurses in carrying out nursing care in the hospital dr. R. Koesma Tuban. This type of research is correlational using a cross-sectional time approach with a population of 39 nurses selected by cluster random sampling technique of as many as 36 nurses. The independent variable is self-efficacy and the dependent is the performance of nurses in carrying out nursing care measured using the Spearmen correlation test. The results of the study were conducted after the analysis using the Spearmen correlation test with significance level ρ = ≤ 0.05. The results of the study on the relationship between self-efficacy with the performance of nurses in implementing nursing care proved that p = 0.000 indicates the value of ρ < ɑ (0.04 < 0.05) which means H1 is accepted that there is a relationship between Self Efficacy with the performance of nurses in implementing nursing care in inpatient hospital dr. R. Koesma Tuban, with a correlation value of 0.468, which is a strong correlation with a positive direction. from the description above it can be concluded that the relationship between Self Efficacy with the performance of nurses in carrying out nursing care in the inpatient hospital dr. Febrile seizures are an emergency condition that can be life-threatening or life-threatening in children. Many parents do not understand the attitude in handling children’s febrile seizures so it can worsen the child’s condition if it is too late to get help. Efforts to improve the attitude of parents in handling febrile seizures need to be done one of them through health education with the simulation method. The purpose of this research is to know the effect of emergency simulation on parents' attitudes in handling children’s febrile seizures (in Ngampel Village Bancar Tuban). The research method used is a pre-experimental design with a one-group pre-post-test design. The research sample is 28 parents of babies or toddlers in Ngampel Village selected by simple random sampling. Using a cross-sectional approach. The data were analyzed using Wilcoxon’s test. The results showed that most of the respondents before being given an emergency simulation had an attitude in the medium category and after being given an emergency simulation had an attitude in the good category. The result of the statistical test showed that there is an effect of emergency simulation on parents attitudes in handling children’s febrile seizures (in Ngampel Village Bancar Tuban) with a value of p-value 0,000 pada α=0,05 (p<0,05). Expected emergency simulation can improve the attitudes of parents in handling children’s febrile seizures.

Burnout syndrome in nurses who are too busy tall can influence ability individual in face environment work , so that arise various consequence Good both mentally and physically physical which can seriously disrupt the service process . Research This aiming For know connection conflict role double with burnout syndrome in nurses at RSNU Tuban . Research This is non- experimental research with design analytic correlational and the approach used is cross sectional . Respondents in study This totaling 40 respondents with use total sampling technique . Variables free is conflict role double and variable tied up is burnout syndrome. The instrument used is questionnaire . Research results show conflict role double burden and burnout syndrome in nurses at RSNU Tuban is in the category moderate . The statistical test used is the Spearman rho test with α = 0.05 and obtained value of ρ = 0.000 (ρ = <0.05) then H1 is accepted . Research conclusion This is there is significant relationship between conflict role double with burnout syndrome in nurses at RSNU Tuban . Therefore that , the more tall conflict role double so the more the level of burnout syndrome is also high .

Background: Compliance with safe injection standard operating procedures (SOP), in accordance with WHO recommendations, is an effort to prevent and control healthcare-associated infections. This is in line with the global commitment to improving the safety of patients and healthcare workers. Supervision is a reinforcing factor to improve compliance in performing safe intravenous injections. Method: The type of this research is correlational with a cross-sectional time approach. The respondents used in the study were 68 nurses and were selected using the cluster random sampling technique. The instrument used in data collection was a checklist. Result: The results of the statistical test using Chi Square with a significance level of α < 0.05 obtained a value of ρ = 0.001 < 0.05 with a correlation coefficient of r = 0.405, indicating a relationship between the two variables, categorized as moderate with a positive correlation. Conclusion: The conclusion of this study indicates a relationship between the implementation of IPCN supervision and efforts to improve safe intravenous injection practices at RSUD dr. R. Koesma Tuban.
