Abstract

The laws and regulations have the provisions for illegal acts or crimes which include domestic violence. Domestic violence is a form of special crime. This study examines the form than implementing legal protection for women victims of domestic violence based on the criminal justice system in Indonesia as well as how the obstacles that arise in this regard. The existence of Law Number 23 of 2004 concerning the elimination of domestic violence is expected to be able to provide legal protection for victims of domestic violence significantly, in this case are women. The results showed that the decision Number: 519 K/Pid.Sus/2020 as an example of the implementation of legal protection for wives as victims is appropriate. In relation to the obstacles that arise, among others, law enforcement officers who have various understandings regarding domestic violence, difficulties for legal officers in implementing Law No. 23 of 2004, lack of courage to report incidents of domestic violence from victims, and difficulties in proving the problem of domestic violence.Keywords: Domestic violence, protection, implementation, women

Abstract

Terdapat hubungan yang erat antara filsafat ilmu dan penembangan metode ilmiah. Filsafat ilmu tidak terlepas dari aturan keilmuan yang berkaitan dengan metode ilmiah yang digunakan, dan metode ilmiah inilah menjadi kata kunci dalam ilmu. Agar sebuah ilmu pengetahuan memiliki objek dan metode ilmiah haruslah memenuhi beberapa syarat yang yang meliputi dimensi/aspek sebagai berikut, yaitu: (1) Aspek ontologis (2) aspek epistimologis (3) Aspek aksiologis. Pola pikir dalam pendekatan ilmiah terdiri dari Pola pikir induktif dan pola pikir deduktif. Langkah-langkah dalam metode ilmiah di antaranya adalah: Merumuskan masalah, mengadakan studi kepustakaan, merumuskan hipotesis, menguji hipotesis, mengumpulkan data, menganalisis dan menafsirkan data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Dalam dunia filsufis tedapat beberapa aliran dan paradigma yang berhubungan dengan penelitian yaitu pandangan positivisme, post positivisme, konstruktivisme dan pragmatisme ke empat pandangan atau aliran ini membawa pengaruh dalam filsafat penelitian, dengan mengarah kepada metode penelitian kualitatif, kuantitatif dan campuran filsafat ilmu memegang peranan penting dalam pengembangan metode ilmiah yang dapat dilihat dari implikasi serta kontribusi dalam pengembangan metode ilmiah yaitu pertama, filsafat ilmu memberikan pedoman bagi seseorang untuk membedakan antara segala persoalan yang ilmiah maupun tidak, sehingga di temukan jalan keluarnya terhada permasalahan tersebut. Kedua, fungsi filsafat ilmu dalam pengembangan metode ilmiah dapat memberikan kajian yang logis dari setiap ilmu yang di tekuni serta dapat memberikan orientasi dan nilai yang jelas bagi setiap disiplin ilmu. Ketiga, melalui filsafat ilmu di dapati petunjuk dengan metode yang reflektif serta penelitian dan penalaran agar seseorang dapat menyeimbangkan antara logika, pengalaman, rasio dan agama dalam mencapai kehidupan yang sejahtera. Keempat, filsafat ilmu memberikan asas terhadap metode keilmuawan, karena metode ilmiah yang di kembangkan harus dapat di pertanggungjawabkan secara logis dan rasional, supaya dapat dipergunakan secara umum.

Abstract

In today's digital era, the development of technology and information continues to increase rapidly, thus encouraging the education system to keep up with technological developments so as not to be left behind. Education if conveyed properly and interestingly by utilizing technology as a communication support medium so that quality learning occurs. In an effort to improve the quality of learning and support learning objectives, it is necessary to use various technologies. In order to create success from teaching and learning activities. One of the efforts to improve the quality of learning is by utilizing the use of media or tools to convey the material. There are several types of learning media, namely, audio media, visual media, and audio visual media. However, the use of this media must also be accompanied by an appropriate selection. Because of each type of learning media, of course there are advantages and disadvantages of each. Therefore, in learning, you must be able to choose the right media to convey the material. Given the importance in choosing the right learning media. So in this article, we will describe some of the advantages and disadvantages of each media so that you can find out which ones are appropriate and which are not. Besides that, in order to be able to choose the right media to convey the material, so that the material is conveyed properly and optimally.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dan mendeskripsikan efektifitas program Pendidikan Kecakapan Wirausaha (PKW) menjahit aneka fashion busana muslimah di SKB Gudo Jombang.Pendekatan penelitian yang digunakan peneliti adalah deskriptif kualitatif. Subjek data berasal dari peserta didik, penyelenggara, serta masyarakat. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan metode observasi partisipatif , wawancara mendalam, dan dokumentasi. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah reduksi data, display data dan verifikasi. Sedangkan dalam uji keabsahan data peneliti menggunakan kredibilitas, transferability, dependability dan konfirmability. Hasil dari penelitian dalam merekrut tutor disyaratkan memiliki sertifikat kompetensi pendidik, mahir dan berpengalaman dalam bidang menjahit, rekruitmen peserta melalui sosialisasi dan seleksi, dan materi yang diberikan meliputi kewirausahaan dan keterampilan. Adapun hasil belajar peserta memiliki pengetahuan, keterampilan menjahitdengan baik, sebagai bukti dari 25 peserta yang sudah membuka usaha menjahit sebanyak 18 orang. Metode dalam mengajar tutor menggunakan metode ceramah, diskusi, demonstrasi. Hambatan yang dihadapi adalah fasilitas yang digunakan masih sangat terbatas tidak sesuai dengan jumlah peserta.

Abstract

Burnout syndrome in nurses who are too busy tall can influence ability individual in face environment work , so that arise various consequence Good both mentally and physically physical which can seriously disrupt the service process . Research This aiming For know connection conflict role double with burnout syndrome in nurses at RSNU Tuban . Research This is non- experimental research with design analytic correlational and the approach used is cross sectional . Respondents in study This totaling 40 respondents with use total sampling technique . Variables free is conflict role double and variable tied up is burnout syndrome. The instrument used is questionnaire . Research results show conflict role double burden and burnout syndrome in nurses at RSNU Tuban is in the category moderate . The statistical test used is the Spearman rho test with α = 0.05 and obtained value of ρ = ​​0.000 (ρ = <0.05) then H1 is accepted . Research conclusion This is there is significant relationship​ between conflict role double with burnout syndrome in nurses at RSNU Tuban . Therefore that , the more tall conflict role double so the more the level of burnout syndrome is also high .

Abstract

Interpersonal communication plays a critical role in determining patient satisfaction and the quality of healthcare services. However, many healthcare workers in primary care settings lack adequate training in communication skills, leading to misunderstandings, decreased patient trust, and suboptimal service experiences. This community service program was implemented through a two-day interactive training for 25 healthcare workers at a local health facility. The methods included pre- and post-assessments, lectures, case discussions, roleplays, and simulation practices. Evaluation was conducted through knowledge tests and participant feedback. The training resulted in a significant increase in participants' knowledge scores, from an average of 62.4% (pre-test) to 86.1% (post-test). Simulation activities showed improved communication techniques such as active listening and empathetic responses. Additionally, 96% of participants expressed high satisfaction with the training and a strong willingness to apply the skills in their clinical practice. The results highlight that structured, practical communication training can enhance healthcare workers' competencies and foster more patient-centered interactions. Continued implementation of similar programs and integration into institutional development plans are recommended to support long-term impact.

Abstract

Pertumbuhan pesat aktivitas belanja online mendorong perusahaan e-commerce untuk memahami perilaku konsumen, khususnya dalam mengukur tingkat loyalitas pelanggan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengklasifikasikan loyalitas konsumen berdasarkan data transaksi penjualan menggunakan algoritma Random Forest. Dataset yang digunakan berasal dari platform Kaggle dan berisi informasi transaksi dari sebuah perusahaan e-commerce di Inggris. Data dianalisis melalui beberapa tahapan, termasuk pembersihan data, encoding atribut kategorikal, normalisasi data numerik, serta feature engineering untuk menghasilkan atribut seperti frekuensi belanja, total kuantitas, total pembelanjaan, dan durasi transaksi. Model Random Forest dipilih karena kemampuannya dalam menangani data besar dan tidak seimbang serta memberikan feature importance yang berguna. Hasil evaluasi menunjukkan bahwa model mampu mengklasifikasikan konsumen dengan akurasi sebesar 91%, meskipun performa pada kelas minoritas masih rendah akibat ketidakseimbangan distribusi data. Fitur TotalPrice terbukti menjadi faktor paling dominan dalam menentukan loyalitas pelanggan. Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pendekatan klasifikasi berbasis data dapat digunakan secara efektif untuk mendukung strategi retensi pelanggan dalam industri e-commerce.

Abstract

The research aims to determine the effect of capital structure, profitability and company size on company value in food and beverage sub-sector companies listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange (BEI) from 2021 to 2023. In this research the independent variable used is capital structure. using Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), profitability using Return on Assets (ROA), and company size using natural logarithm (Ln) of total assets, and the dependent variable, namely company value using modified Tobin's Q. The population in this study was 95 food and beverage sub-sector companies. The sample was selected using a purposive sampling method with predetermined criteria so that 44 companies were collected over 3 years, resulting in 132 research samples. The data used is secondary data in the form of financial reports obtained from the website www.idx.co.id, measured using SPSS research tools. The results of this research reveal that capital structure has a significant negative effect on company value, profitability has an insignificant positive effect on company value, and company size has an insignificant negative effect on company value.

Abstract

A longitudinal study of syntax acquisition in three-year-old children provides a deeper understanding of how children develop their language abilities. By summarizing the findings from this research, we hope to take concrete steps to support optimal language development in the early stages of a child's life. This research uses the literature review research method, the literature review research method is an approach that involves examining and analyzing existing literature or research to gain a thorough understanding of a topic or research question. This process begins by determining the research topic and searching for relevant literature through various sources such as academic databases and digital libraries. The findings of this research provide a strong basis for designing early childhood education programs that pay attention to syntax acquisition patterns. Learning materials can be arranged according to children's developmental stages to support their optimal development. In addition, this research confirms that understanding language development at an early age can act as an indicator of children's psychological health. Monitoring syntax acquisition can help detect potential developmental problems or disorders early, opening up opportunities for more effective intervention.
