Abstract

The purpose of this study was to describe the economic impact of agro-tourism development on PTPN XII plantation workers Sirah Kencong Blitar. The method used is qualitative. Determination of informants is using purposive sampling techniques. In this study, informants are community leaders (RT / RW), village elders or people who have lived in the Sirah Kencong tea plantation area, local government, tourism management, and several residents concerned in the management of the tourism area. Data collection techniques are done by observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation. Test the validity of the data using triangulation techniques. The analysis technique uses an interactive model. The theory used is the Cohen Tourism Socio-Economic Impact theory. The results showed that: 1) The development of agrotourism had economic and social impacts as a continuation for the community, namely in the financial aspect made the increase in job vacancies and increased income from various employment sectors related to tourism 2) the development of the economic sector, such as stalls, shops, souvenir merchants, etc. 3) For the social aspects of the development of Sirah Kencong agro-tourism, there are several impacts for the community, namely increasing the ability of the community in the field of tourism, in social aspects, they become more understanding of how to dress well, communicate well, and also the level education is increasing because of the development of tourism. So, based on the research results of agro-tourism development, it has a positive impact on the lives of PTPN XII plantation workers Sirah Kencong Blitar. Keywords: Economic Impact, Social Impact, Agro-tourism, Plantation Workers Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan dampak ekonomi pengembangan agrowisata terhadap pekerja perkebunan PTPN XII Sirah Kencong Blitar. Metode yang digunakan adalah kualitatif. Penentuan informan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Dalam penelitian ini informan adalah tokoh masyarakat (RT/RW), sesepuh desa atau masyarakat yang pernah tinggal di kawasan perkebunan teh Sirah Kencong, pemerintah daerah, pengelola wisata, dan beberapa warga yang berkepentingan dalam pengelolaan kawasan wisata. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan observasi, wawancara mendalam, dan dokumentasi. Uji validitas data menggunakan teknik triangulasi. Teknik analisis menggunakan model interaktif. Teori yang digunakan adalah teori Dampak Sosial Ekonomi Pariwisata Cohen. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: 1) Pengembangan agrowisata memberikan dampak ekonomi dan sosial sebagai kelanjutan bagi masyarakat yaitu dalam aspek keuangan membuat peningkatan lapangan kerja dan peningkatan pendapatan dari berbagai sektor pekerjaan yang terkait dengan pariwisata 2) pengembangan bidang ekonomi, seperti warung, toko, pedagang cinderamata, dll 3) Untuk aspek sosial pengembangan agrowisata Sirah Kencong ada beberapa dampak bagi masyarakat yaitu peningkatan kemampuan masyarakat dalam bidang pariwisata. Dalam aspek sosial, mereka menjadi lebih memahami cara berpakaian yang baik, berkomunikasi yang baik, dan juga tingkat pendidikan yang meningkat karena perkembangan pariwisata sehingga berdasarkan hasil penelitian pengembangan agrowisata berdampak positif bagi kehidupan pekerja perkebunan PTPN XII Sirah Kencong Blitar. Abstract

The purpose of the study was to determine the effect of work safety consisting of the state of the work environment and the use of work equipment on worker productivity. This research was conducted at PT Musim Mas Medan, with a population and sample of 200 people taken by purposive sampling. The research instrument is a questionnaire/questionnaire with a Likert scale model. The requirement test was conducted to test for normality, multicollinearity test, and heteroscedasticity test. The data analysis technique used is multiple regression technique at a significance level of = 0.05. The results showed: there is a positive and significant effect between safety at work on worker productivity with t count = 3.617 and t table 1.97 with a coefficient value of 0.430. From the results of SPSS output, it is known that the R square value is 0.62 or 62%, which means that safety at work has an influence on the level of worker productivity.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Kompetensi dan Kompensasi terhadap Promosi Jabatan Karyawan pada PT Astra International Daihatsu Medan secara parsial dan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Kompetensi dan Kompensasi secara simultan terhadap Promosi Jabatan Karyawan pada PT Astra International Daihatsu Medan. Penelitian ini dilakukan di PT Astra Internasional Daihatsu Medan dengan populasi 85 karyawan PT Astra Internasional Daihatsu Medan. Dengan menggunakan analisis data dari kuesioner. Kesimpulan penelitian ini adalah Kompetensi secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Promosi Kerja karyawan PT Astra Internasional Daihatsu Medan, Kompensasi secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Promosi Kerja dan merupakan variabel dominan yang berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Promosi Kerja karyawan PT Astra Internasional Daihatsu Medan. PT Astra Internasional Daihatsu Medan. Variabel bebas penelitian memberikan kontribusi yang besar dalam menjelaskan kenaikan pangkat sebesar 77,90% sedangkan sisanya 22,10% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain.

Abstract

At this time students are required to be better able to develop themselves in writing scientific papers and publications. The results of scientific work are not only limited to graduation requirements but are the ability of these students to continue to develop and produce scientific works that are made systematically and structured in answering problems that occur in society. In order to help students self-development to publish their scientific works, our community service team conducts training for younger students who have passed the court hearing to be able to write their scientific work into scientific journals and submit them for publication. This activity is carried out in the form of training and hands-on practice. This training was conducted for students who graduated from the Faculty of Islamic Religion, majoring in Islamic Communication and Broadcasting. This training is only limited to 10 students and 3 accompanying lecturers, considering that we are still obliged to maintain health protocols in this new normal. The results of this training show that most students are able to understand and practice directly the stages of converting a thesis into a journal article according to the template and submitting scientific work to a predetermined journal.

Abstract

Wasiat menjadi batal apabila calon penerima wasiat berdasarkan putusan Hakim yang telah mempunyai kekuatan hukum tetap dihukum karena Berdasarkan Kitab Undang-Undang Hukum Perdata tidak mengenai wasiat yang dilakukan secara lisan, hanya terdapat wasiat yang dibuat secara tertulis yaitu Surat Wasiat (Testament). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mencari tahu Kedudukan Notaris Dalam Pembuatan Pencabutan Tetstament (Surat Wasiat) Pada kantor Notaris dan PPAT Ina Indriati Siregar. Penelitian ini bersifat deskriptif analitis, penelitian ini menggunakan metode pendekatan yuridis normative, teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah secara deskriptif kualitatif, yaitu analisa data dengan cara menganalisis, menafsirkan, menarik kesimpulan dengan menggunakan kata-kata sehingga diperoleh hasil yang sesuai dengan permasalahan yang dibahas. Hasil penelitian ini adalah tugas dan wewenang Notaris apabila terjadi pelaksanaan testament dan pencabutan testament adalah Notaris dapat terlebih dahulu menerangkan apa itu testament (wasiat) dan bagaimana cara pemberian testament (wasiat), agar si penghadap benar-benar mengerti dan memahami apa yang akan dikehendaki si penghadap Kedudukan Notaris dalam pembuatan testament atau surat wasiat sebagai Notaris berperan sebagai pihak independen dan tidak memihak serta wajib memperhatikan kepentingan semua pihak yang terlibat. Si pembuat wasiat dapat mencabut kehendak terakhirnya seluruhnya atau sebagian saja. Pencabutan suatu surat wasiat merupakan suatu tindakan dari pewaris yang meniadakan wasiat sebagai pernyataan yang paling akhir.

Abstract

Sertifikat tanah sebagai bukti kepemilikan yang sah seharusnya memberikan kepastian hukum. Namun, dalam praktiknya, sering terjadi kasus sertifikat ganda yang menimbulkan kedamaian. Penelitian ini menganalisis aspek hukum perdata terkait sertifikat ganda dengan studi atas Putusan Nomor 1318 K/Pdt/2017. Menggunakan metode yuridis normatif dengan pendekatan peraturan-undangan dan studi kasus, penelitian ini menyoroti dasar-dasar hukum, pertimbangan hakim, serta relevansi asas kepastian hukum dan itikad baik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sertifikat ganda terjadi akibat kesalahan administrasi dan kurangnya koordinasi antar lembaga. Mahkamah Agung menekankan pentingnya sebagai prioritas dan itikad baik dalam menentukan pemilik hak yang sah. Kesimpulan penelitian menekankan perlunya perbaikan sistem administrasi pertanahan, peningkatan pengawasan penerbitan sertifikat, serta penegakan hukum yang lebih ketat. Abstract

For Muslims , one of the reason break up bond marriage is existence decision from Religious Court based on lawsuit filed by an interested party . Lawsuit This can in the form of application divorce vow submitted by the husband as applicant , or lawsuit divorce filed by wife as plaintiff . After application the vow of divorce is terminated and has force law Still , the husband ( applicant) is obliged to pronounce vow of divorce in front of hearing Religious Court . In practice , the implementation this vow of divorce own several different models caused by various the problems that arise . This is what drives writer For examining the divorce vow model in the Religious Court and consequence law if husband No pronounce the divorce . Research This aiming For identify implementation models divorce oath in Religious Court and analyze consequence law If vow of divorce no spoken . Research This use method study law normative , with approach analysis to norm law positive in effect as well as using secondary data . For completing secondary data , done interview with practitioner law such as judges, notaries , and advocates . The results of the study show that there is various models of divorce vows in the Religious Court , and if husband ( applicant ) does not pronounce talaq in term the specified time , then right husband For pronounce the divorce fall and bond marriage still valid . In conclusion , there is various implementation models the oath of divorce in the Religious Court, which is influenced by problems between the parties .

Abstract

In this paper, we will review the regulation of insurance in Indonesia and the role played by the Indonesian Insurance Mediation Agency (BMAI) in resolving insurance-related conflicts. This research uses normative legal research methods. According to the definition of Soerjono Soekamto, method is a process, principles, and procedures for solving problems. This research is conducted through a careful, thorough, and comprehensive examination of certain phenomena with the aim of increasing human understanding. The regulation of the insurance industry in Indonesia is regulated by Law Number 40 of 2014 concerning Insurance, while Law Number 30 of 1999 regulates arbitration and alternative methods of conflict resolution. Differences of opinion between the parties involved are often the cause of conflicts in this context. The Indonesian Insurance Mediation Agency (BMAI) has been actively involved in resolving insurance conflicts since 2006. BMAI is a legal entity based on Pancasila and based on the 1945 Constitution, which operates independently and is neutral. BMAI plays a role in resolving conflicts, especially in the field of insurance in Indonesia through mediation, education, and arbitration processes.

Abstract

A clean and healthy environment is a fundamental need for a dignified community life. However, Suka Maju Village continues to face various environmental issues, such as illegal waste accumulation and low public awareness of cleanliness. This study aims to increase public awareness regarding the importance of environmental hygiene and to encourage the formulation of Village Regulations (Peraturan Desa or Perdes) as a form of support for the implementation of Law of the Republic of Indonesia Number 32 of 2009 on Environmental Protection and Management, particularly Chapter V Article 13. The method used was a community service approach through the Student Creativity Program (Program Kreativitas Mahasiswa or PKM), which involved socialization activities, educational outreach, and facilitated group discussions with village officials and residents. The results indicate a significant increase in community awareness of environmental cleanliness, along with an initiative by the village administration to draft a Perdes on clean living practices. This activity also strengthened collaboration between local authorities, students, and the community in promoting a healthy and sustainable environment. In conclusion, a participatory approach to implementing environmental regulations at the village level proves effective in driving behavioral change and supporting the concrete realization of environmental law objectives at the grassroots level.

Abstract

This community service program aimed to assist traders at Sukaramai Market in addressing declining sales due to digital competition and the presence of street vendors (PKL). The program focused on providing counseling and assistance in digital marketing strategies to complement traditional offline selling methods. The methods used included preparation, implementation, and evaluation stages. During the preparation stage, observations and interviews were conducted to identify the main challenges faced by the traders. The implementation stage involved interactive counseling by six lecturers and ten students for 35 traders, followed by a practical simulation on creating social media accounts and managing digital promotions. Evaluation was carried out using questionnaires to measure traders' understanding, responses, and readiness to implement the strategies. The results showed that 80% of traders understood the materials presented, with the majority expressing interest in adopting online marketing. Direct assistance enabled most traders to practice the steps of digital marketing independently. However, some challenges were encountered, such as limited internet access and unfamiliarity with technology among a portion of the traders. In conclusion, this program successfully improved traders' understanding and interest in digital marketing as a means to increase their sales. Further training and technological infrastructure support are necessary to expand the program's impact and sustainability. This initiative is expected to provide practical solutions and open opportunities for more adaptive business development in the digital era.
