Abstract

Abstrak Penelitian ini dilakukan berdasarkan permasalahan yang ditemukan pada saat proses observasi di Polres Subang. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menjelaskan gambaran secara mendalam mengenai Efektivitas Program Pembuatan Surat Keterangan Catatan Kepolisian (SKCK) Online Di Polres Subang. Metode penelitian ini adalah deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Subyek penelitian ini adalah pihak-pihak yang terkait dengan Efektivitas Program Pembuatan Surat Keterangan Catatan Kepolisian (SKCK) Online Di Polres Subang .Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data menggunakan model analisis interaktif. Teknik pemeriksaan keabsahan data menggunakan teknik triangulasi sumber. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian bahwa Efektivitas Program Pembuatan Surat Keterangan Catatan Kepolisian (SKCK) Online Di Polres Subang berada dalam kategori cukup. Hal ini berarti kriteria efektivitas yang dikemukakan oleh Sutrisno (2010) dengan hasil penelitian sebagai berikut : Pada indikator pertama yakni pemahaman program, dalam Program Pembuatan Surat Keterangan Catatan Kepolisian (SKCK) Online di Polres Subang berada dalam kategori belum efektif dan masih harus ditingkatkan; Pada indikator kedua yakni Tepat Sasaran, Program Pembuatan Surat Keterangan Catatan Kepolisian (SKCK) Online di Polres Subang dalam kategori sudah efektif; Pada indikator ketiga yakni Tepat Waktu dalam Program Pembuatan Surat Keterangan Catatan Kepolisian (SKCK) Online di Polres Subang belum efektif; Pada indikator keempat yakni Tercapai Tujuan dalam Program Pembuatan Surat Keterangan Catatan Kepolisian (SKCK) Online di Polres Subang sudah efektif; dan yang terakhir pada indikator kelima yakni Perubahan nyata berada dalam kategori efektif. Kata Kunci : Efektivitas, Program, (SKCK) Online Abstract This research was conducted based on problems found during the observation process at the Subang Police. This research aims to find out and explain an in-depth picture of the effectiveness of the Online Police Record Certificate (SKCK) Making Program at the Subang Police. This research method is descriptive with a qualitative approach. The subjects of this research are parties related to the effectiveness of the Online Police Record Certificate (SKCK) Program at Subang Police. The data collection techniques used were interviews, observation and documentation. The data analysis technique uses an interactive analysis model. The data validity checking technique uses source triangulation techniques. Based on the research results, the effectiveness of the Online Police Record Certificate (SKCK) Making Program at the Subang Police is in the sufficient category. This means that the effectiveness criteria proposed by Sutrisno (2010) with the following research results: In the first indicator, namely program understanding, the Online Police Record Certificate (SKCK) Making Program at Subang Police is in the ineffective category and still needs to be improved; In the second indicator, namely Right on Target, the Online Police Record Certificate (SKCK) Making Program at Subang Police is in the effective category; In the third indicator, namely Timeliness in the Online Police Record Certificate (SKCK) Making Program at Subang Police, it has not been effective; The fourth indicator, namely the goal achieved in the Online Police Record Certificate (SKCK) Making Program at the Subang Police, has been effective; and finally the fifth indicator, namely real change, is in the effective category. Abstract

Abstrak Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengukur tingkat kecacatan dalam batas pengendalian kualitas pada proses produksi kain pada PT Shinta Indah Jaya dan mengetahui jenis-jenis penyebab terjadinya produk cacat serta memberikan rekomendasi usulan perbaikan kepada perusahaan untuk mengatasi masalah yag terjadi Data yang diambil dalam penelitian ini menggunakan data sekunder berupa data kerusakan kain di departemen Qualilty Control pada periode Januari s/d Desember 2022. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan menggunakan 3 alat bantu Statistical Process Control yaitu diagram C-chart, diagram pareto, dan diagram fishbone. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa dengan menggunakan diagram c-chart kerusakan kain diluar batas pengendalian yaitu diluar batas kendali (out control) dapat diketahui batas pengendalian atas sebesar 13.412,34 kg dan batas pengendalian bawah sebesar 12.726,42 kg. Sedangkan hasil analisis berdasarkan diagram pareto, maka dapat diketahui jenis kerusakan yang terjadi pada kain yaitu warna tidak sesuai(WTS), bintik/noda, creasmark, belang dan luntur, lipatan-finishing, lipatan-Dyeing, garuk tidak standar, lebar tidak standar, dan yellowing. Sedangkan berdasarkan hasil dari analisis diagram fishbone dapat diketahui lima faktor kerusakan yaitu Man, Machine, Material, Method, dan Environment Kata Kunci :Pengendalian Kualitas,Digram C-chart, Diagram Pareto, Diagram Fishbone Abstract This research was conducted to measure the level of defects within quality control limits in the fabric production process at PT Shinta Indah Jaya and determine the types of causes of defective products and provide recommendations for proposed improvements to the company to overcome problems that occur. The data taken in this research uses secondary data. in the form of data analysis of fabric damage in the Quality Control department in the period January to December 2022. The data technique used uses 3 Statistical Process Control tools, namely C-chart diagrams, Pareto diagrams and fishbone diagrams. The results of this research show that by using a c-chart diagram, fabric damage outside the control limits, namely outside the control limits, can be seen as an upper control limit of 13,412.34 kg and a lower control limit of 12,726.42 kg. Meanwhile, the results of the analysis are known based on the Pareto diagram, so the types of damage that can occur on the fabric are inappropriate color (WTS), spots/stains, crease marks, stripes and fading, finishing-creases, dye-creases, non-standard scratches, non-standard width, and yellow. Meanwhile, based on the results of the fishbone diagram analysis, five damage factors can be identified, namely Man, Machine, Material, Method and Environment. Abstract

Artikel ini menyoroti peran ekonomi kreatif dalam pembangunan Desa Trangsan, menggambarkan upaya pemberdayaan ekonomi lokal dan pembangunan berkelanjutan. Dengan fokus pada pemanfaatan sumber daya lokal seperti rotan dan bambu, masyarakat desa mampu meningkatkan kesejahteraan mereka dan membuka peluang ekonomi baru. Pembentukan koperasi sebagai wadah untuk mengorganisir pengrajin rotan menjadi strategi penting dalam memperkuat ekonomi desa secara kolektif. Selain itu, melalui kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat yang melibatkan pelatihan keterampilan dan inovasi produk baru, para peserta didik diharapkan dapat meningkatkan pengetahuan dan kreativitas mereka, serta memahami nilai tambah produk baru yang dapat mereka tawarkan di pasar. Pemanfaatan teknologi dan media sosial untuk e-commerce juga ditekankan sebagai cara untuk memperluas jangkauan pasar dan meningkatkan daya saing produk-produk lokal. Secara keseluruhan, artikel ini menegaskan pentingnya ekonomi kreatif dalam menciptakan pembangunan ekonomi yang inklusif dan berkelanjutan di tingkat lokal, yang memperkuat kemandirian ekonomi masyarakat desa dan mempromosikan pertumbuhan ekonomi yang inklusif.

Abstract

Pelatihan dan pengembangan sumber daya manusia (SDM) merupakan strategi penting dalam meningkatkan kinerja dan produktivitas karyawan di era globalisasi dan persaingan pasar yang ketat. Faktor-faktor seperti pelatihan kerja, kesehatan mental dan fisik karyawan, serta hubungan antara atasan dan bawahan berperan krusial dalam meningkatkan produktivitas kerja. Analisis kebutuhan pelatihan dan pengembangan SDM, termasuk Training Need Analysis (TNA), membantu organisasi dalam merancang program yang relevan dan bermanfaat bagi karyawan. Dukungan organisasi, fasilitas pelatihan yang memadai, dan evaluasi keberhasilan menjadi elemen penting dalam memastikan efektivitas pelatihan dan pengembangan. Dengan memperhatikan faktor-faktor ini secara holistik, organisasi dapat menciptakan lingkungan kerja yang mendukung pertumbuhan dan perkembangan karyawan serta mencapai tujuan organisasi dengan lebih baik.

Abstract

The rapid development of digital technology has prompted organizations to adopt new tools and systems to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness. One of the latest technologies garnering widespread attention is artificial intelligence (AI), including language models like ChatGPT, capable of processing and generating text naturally. This research aims to further explore how ChatGPT can be implemented within organizations to cultivate an innovative culture, responsiveness to change, and effectively support human resource development. This study employs a literature review method with a qualitative approach. Data were collected from articles published on Google Scholar between 2021 and 2024, considering Google Scholar as a comprehensive and credible academic database. The findings indicate that ChatGPT plays a crucial role in fostering innovation by serving as a catalyst for creative ideas and new solutions. Furthermore, ChatGPT has proven to enhance organizational responsiveness to changes in the business environment by providing accurate insights based on real-time data. On the other hand, utilizing ChatGPT as an interactive training tool also aids in accelerating employee competency development. However, it is essential to consider the ethical challenges and considerations in the use of this technology, including data privacy issues and overreliance.

Abstract

Various efforts have been made by SMEs to be able to survive and get decent performance results in times of crisis by adopting information technology. This is the right innovation step because humans are now interconnected despite the special need for business transformation from traditional to electronic business. However, in its implementation, there are obstacles that hinder the success of the performance results of SMEs that have adopted post-pandemic IT, such as IT capabilities and HR management capabilities. The purpose of this study is to prove and confirm that these two obstacles are real and have been bridged by the local government so that SMEs are not too negatively affected by the pandemic through digital ecosystem training. The object of this research is 66 SMEs in the city of Surabaya. Sampling technique was non-random sampling with type purposive sampling Data was collected by distributing online to selected respondents. The results of the study obtained the fact that IT Capability has a positive and significant effect on the performance of SMEs. This is indicated by the path coefficient value of 0.461 and the P-value of 0.000. Human Resources Management has a positive and significant effect on the performance of SMEs. This is indicated by the path coefficient value of 0.386 and the P-value of 0.000. The calculation results refer to the path coefficient > 0.1 and significant at P-value <0.05. This means that the government's role is highly expected in maintaining the nation's economic stability through the empowerment of SMEs in the aspects of information technology and human resources.

Abstract

Abstract Technology-based interactive learning media is one of the alternatives for teachers in providing learning in the classroom to make it more varied and interesting. The technology is the use of laptops and the lectora inspire application. A teacher must be able to create interesting learning media that is tailored to the needs of students. However, not all teachers are skilled at creating learning media, especially technology-based interactive learning media. Therefore, it is necessary to conduct socialization for teachers, especially at SDN Karang Bagja in creating interactive learning media based on lectora inspire. The purpose of this community service activity is to provide a seminar on the benefits of information technology in education, especially learning in elementary schools, as well as how to create or present interesting learning media using the lectora inspire application to teachers at SDN Karang Bagja. The methods used are in the form of seminars and direct practical assistance to teachers at SDN Karang Bagja. Before this community service activity was carried out, the teachers were given a questionnaire in the form of a google form, based on the results of the questionnaire it was found that the teachers at SDN Karang Bagja had never created interactive learning media based on digital (technology) and did not know or recognize the lectora inspire application. The results of the community service activities in the form of seminars are an increase in participants' knowledge about the benefits of technology in learning and participants understand and can practice making interactive learning media based on Lectora Inspire. Abstrak Media pembelajaran interaktif berbasis teknologi merupakan salah satu alternatif guru dalam memberikan pembelajaran di kelas agar lebih bervariatif dan menarik. Teknologi yang dimaksud adalah penggunaan laptop dan aplikasi lectora inspire. Seorang guru harus mampu membuat media pembelajaran yang menarik dan disesuaikan dengan kebutuhan siswa. Namun tidak semua guru terampil membuat media pembelajaran terutama media pembelajaran interaktif berbasis teknologi. Oleh karena itu perlu dilakukan sosialisasi bagi guru-guru khususnya di SDN Karang Bagja dalam pembuatan media pembelajaran interaktif berbasis lectora inspire. Tujuan dari kegiatan pengabdian ini adalah memberikan seminar terkait dengan kebermanfaatan teknologi informasi dalam pendidikan khususnya pembelajaran di sekolah dasar, serta bagaimana langkah pembuatan atau penyajian media pembelajaran yang menarik menggunakan aplikasi lectora inspire kepada para guru di SDN Karang Bagja. Adapun metode yag digunakan adalah berupa seminar dan pendampingan praktik langsung kepada para guru di SDN Karang Bagja. Sebelum dilaksanakan kegiatan pengabdian ini para guru diberikan angket dalam bentuk google form, berdasarkan hasil angket tersebut diketahui bahwa para guru di SDN Karang Bagja belum pernah membuat media pembelajaran interaktif berbasis digital (teknologi) dan belum mengetahui atau mengenal aplikasi lectora inspire. Hasil dari kegiatan pengabdian dalam bentuk seminar ini adalah adanya penambahan pengetahuan peserta tentang kebermanfaatan teknologi dalam pembelajaran serta peserta menjadi paham dan dapat mempraktekkan dalam pembuatan media pembelajaran interaktif berbasis lectora inspire. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh beban kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan di Departemen Stitching Line 11 Plant A PT Tkg Taekwang Indonesia. Dengan menggunakan metode survei, data dikumpulkan dari 70 responden melalui kuesioner yang mengukur indikator beban kerja, seperti target yang harus dicapai, kondisi pekerjaan, dan standar kerja. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa semua indikator beban kerja memiliki skor yang tinggi, mengindikasikan bahwa beban kerja memainkan peran signifikan dalam mempengaruhi kinerja. Selanjutnya, kinerja karyawan, yang dinilai melalui kualitas, kuantitas, pelaksanaan tugas, dan tanggung jawab, juga menunjukkan hasil yang sangat positif. Analisis regresi menghasilkan koefisien determinasi (R²) sebesar 0,650, yang berarti 65% dari variabilitas kinerja karyawan dapat dijelaskan oleh beban kerja. Temuan ini sejalan dengan literatur yang menyatakan bahwa beban kerja yang berlebihan dapat mengurangi motivasi dan kinerja karyawan. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini merekomendasikan pentingnya manajemen beban kerja yang seimbang untuk meningkatkan kinerja karyawan secara keseluruhan.

Abstract

The social role of lecturers as a part of the intellectual community is by doing research. This is questionable due to the low research results that show competence and work engagement in the novelty of science. The ability to understand paradigms, methodologies, and violations of a psychological breach in private tertiary institutions as an important aspect that has not received much attention. The research objective is to obtain an explanation of the ability and PCF (psychological contract fulfillment) as an antecedent for work engagement among lecturers for extra-role performance in the form of social identity theory. An explanatory survey of university permanent lecturers conducted in Kopertis IV (Coordinator of Private Universities, area IV, West Java and Banten province, Indonesia) with covariant-based SEM (Structural Equal Modeling). The analysis shows the importance of work engagement to support the social role of lecturers for the expansion and development of knowledge. Work engagement based on ability and psychological contract fulfillment have a significant influence on the extra-role of lecturers. The practical implication is to optimize the governance function of human resources (HR) to optimize abilities and encourage companies to build long-term orientation with lecturers to fulfill psychological bonds with lecturers.
