Abstrak Era digital membawa perubahan fundamental dalam berbagai aspek kehidupan, termasuk dalam tata kelola pemerintahan dan pelayanan publik. Masyarakat kini terbiasa dengan layanan yang cepat, mudah diakses, dan berbasis teknologi. Hal ini mendorong transformasi pelayanan publik menuju model yang lebih prima, efisien, dan efektif. Tulisan ini mengkaji transformasi pelayanan publik di era digital dengan menguraikan latar belakang pemikiran, kerangka pemikiran, metode penelitian, pembahasan, dan simpulan. Transformasi pelayanan publik di era digital ditandai dengan digitalisasi layanan, penerapan teknologi, dan peningkatan partisipasi masyarakat. Transformasi ini membawa manfaat seperti meningkatkan aksesibilitas, efisiensi, efektivitas, transparansi, dan akuntabilitas. Meskipun terdapat banyak manfaat, transformasi pelayanan publik di era digital juga menghadapi beberapa tantangan, seperti kesenjangan digital, keamanan data, sumber daya manusia, dan perubahan budaya. Pemerintah perlu terus mendorong transformasi pelayanan publik dengan mengatasi berbagai tantangan yang ada. Dengan transformasi yang efektif, pelayanan publik di Indonesia dapat menjadi lebih prima, efisien, dan efektif, sehingga dapat meningkatkan kepuasan masyarakat dan mewujudkan Indonesia yang maju dan sejahtera. People are now accustomed to services that are fast, easily accessible, and technology-based. This drives the transformation of public services towards a more excellent, efficient, and effective model. This article examines the transformation of public services in the digital era by describing the background of thought, framework of thought, research methods, discussion, and conclusions. The transformation of public services in the digital era is marked by the digitalization of services, the application of technology, and increased public participation. This transformation brings benefits such as increasing accessibility, efficiency, effectiveness, transparency, and accountability. Despite the many benefits, the transformation of public services in the digital era also faces several challenges, such as the digital divide, data security, human resources, and cultural change. The government needs to continue to promote the transformation of public services by overcoming the various challenges that exist. With effective transformation, public services in Indonesia can become more excellent, efficient, and effective, so that they can increase public satisfaction and realize a prosperous Indonesia.
