Abstract

Increased productivity of paddy rice through integrated nutrient management has been implemented in sub districtRimba Melintang, Regency Rokan Hilir MH 2012. The design used in this study is a randomized block design (RBD ) ,which consists of 9 treatments and 3 replications . The treatment is the application of integrated nutrient of inorganicand organic fertilizers taking into account the needs of the plants and the soil nutrient based fertilizer recommendationsbased on the results of fertilizer recommendations soil testing research results . Treatment includes : 1 ) . Poko ( control) , 2 ) . P1 KCl , 3 ) . P1 , rice straw , 4 ) . P2 , KCl , 5 ) . P2, rice straw , 6 ) . P2 , manure , KCl , 7 ) . P2 , manure , rice straw, 8 ) . P3 , KCl and 9 ) . P3 , straw . Rice varieties planted are Ciherang . Soil analysis is done at the beginning and endof the study . Observations of plant cover ; plant height , number of tillers , number of productive panicles and grain yield. Research results show that the application of integrated nutrient management increase rice production in sub districtRimbaMelintang, Regency Rokan Hilir

Abstract

The foremost aim of the present study is to examine the influence of internal audit competency along with internal and external auditor and employee commitment to change on the supply chain performance of the audit companies in Jakarta Indonesia. The objectives also include the examination of moderating role of supply chain top management support among the links of internal audit competency, internal and external auditor, employee commitment to change and supply chain performance of the audit companies in Jakarta Indonesia. The data has been obtained by using the questionnaire method while analysis has been made by using the smart-PLS. The results revealed that all the predictors such as internal audit competency, internal and external auditor, and employee commitment to change have a positive association with supply chain performance. The results also showed that the supply chain top management support has positively moderated among the links of internal audit competency and supply chain performance. These findings are provided with the guideline to the upcoming studies along with the regulators while investigating this area in future and formulating the policies on the supply chain performance of the organization.

Abstract

Pentingnya perkembangan startup di Indonesia untuk membantu perekonomian digital memberikan peluang bagi mahasiswa generasi Y dan Z untuk ikut berkontribusi mengingat terdapat kesamaan karakter antara startup dengan generasi Y dan Z. Namun kecenderungan mereka dalam berpindah-pindah pekerjaan menjadi tantangan tersendiri dalam menentukan pilihan karir yang sesuai. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengkaji dan menganalisis pengaruh persepsi mengenai startup terhadap pilihan karir di bidang startup melalui motivasi pada mahasiswa generasi Y dan Z di Bandung secara parsial dan juga simultan. Sampel dalam penelitian ini yaitu sebanyak 168 responden dengan menggunakan metode accidental sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner dan dianalisis menggunakan SmartPLS 3. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa persepsi mengenai startup berpengaruh signifikan terhadap pilihan karir di bidang startup melalui motivasi mahasiswa generasi Y dan Z di Bandung secara parsial dan simultan.

Abstract

Technological developments, especially in Information and Communication Technology (ICT), encourage the growth of new ICT-based businesses with online systems (e-commerce) consisting of Traveloka, Nusatrip, and tiket.com. The User Experience (UX) is influenced by how he feels when interacting with the device in front of him. The application users use to access online stores is the User Interface (UI). The research method used is a quantitative method and confirmation survey with the help of SPSS, and a comparison has been made of measuring UI parameters based on Usability and UI Measurement and analysis in this study used the Webuse tool and Mean Opinion Score method to determine the quality of the three e-commerce UIs in the eyes of their users and what kind of experience they felt when browsing these websites. The novelty is using the new hybrid method Webuse tool and Mean Opinion Score in comparing measurement and analysis of UI, Usability and UX parameters. The results of the Usability UI measurement with the Webuse Tool showed that Traveloka gets a score of 81, Nusatrip 72, and Tiket.com gets a score of 74. Meanwhile, in measuring UX against UI with MOS, Traveloka obtained MOS 4.13, Nusatrip 4.0, and Tiket.com obtained MOS 4.0. Keywords: Travel E-Commerce, User Interface, User Experience, Usability

Abstract

This study investigates the determinants of entrepreneurial intentions among vocational high school students, focusing on the roles of entrepreneurial education, family support, and school support, with entrepreneurial self-efficacy as a mediating variable. Employing a quantitative approach with cross-sectional design. Data were collected from 214 students in the Business and Marketing Department of Vocational High School, Indonesia. The instrument that used in this research is entrepreneurial intention. For data analysis, the study utilized Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). The findings reveal that school support significantly influences entrepreneurial intentions, with entrepreneurial self-efficacy acting as a key mediator between external support systems and entrepreneurial aspirations. Interestingly, while school support demonstrates the strongest direct impact on entrepreneurial intentions, its mediated effect through self-efficacy is comparatively smaller. The study underscores the importance of robust educational frameworks, family encouragement, and institutional facilitation in nurturing entrepreneurial mindsets. Practical implications include curriculum enhancement, teacher training in entrepreneurship education, and fostering collaborative support systems between families and schools. This research contributes to the literature by offering a comprehensive model of entrepreneurial intention formation in the context of vocational education, particularly in emerging economies

Abstract

Change management is a structured effort to increase the flexibility and adaptability of an organization when facing continuous changes. The Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSME) sector has a vital role in the Indonesian economy in the era of globalization to be able to make changes in the export context. This research aims to solve the problem of developing an export marketing strategy at PT Agritek Desa Indonesia for its product, namely ChipsyChips, to increase production through marketing by implementing the ADKAR method. The research results show that PT Agritek Desa Indonesia is able to make changes to its export marketing development activities through the ADKAR method, which consists of awareness of marketing products on global marketplace platforms and creating content on social media, the desire to have an effective marketing strategy, namely implementing the STP method, getting knowledge regarding the features on the Alibaba platform, being able to utilize the Alibaba platform to market products, and increasing reinforcement in marketing activities through content containing positive reviews from buyers of ChipsyChips products.

Abstract

This study explores the determinants of entrepreneurial intentions among vocational high school students, emphasizing the roles of entrepreneurial education, family support, and school support, with entrepreneurial self-efficacy as a mediating variable. Using a quantitative research approach, data were collected from 214 students enrolled in the Business and Marketing Department of a vocational high school in Indonesia. The results show that school support has a significant direct influence on entrepreneurial intentions, while entrepreneurial self-efficacy serves as a crucial mediator between external support systems and students’ entrepreneurial aspirations. Notably, although school support exerts the strongest direct effect, its mediated effect through self-efficacy is comparatively smaller. These findings highlight the importance of developing robust educational frameworks, enhancing family encouragement, and strengthening institutional support to cultivate entrepreneurial mindsets among vocational students. The findings of this study have several practical implications, including the need for curriculum development, targeted teacher training in entrepreneurship education, and fostering collaboration between families and schools. This study contributes to the existing literature by proposing a comprehensive model of entrepreneurial intention formation within vocational education, particularly relevant to emerging economies.

Abstract

The social role of lecturers as a part of the intellectual community is by doing research. This is questionable due to the low research results that show competence and work engagement in the novelty of science. The ability to understand paradigms, methodologies, and violations of a psychological breach in private tertiary institutions as an important aspect that has not received much attention. The research objective is to obtain an explanation of the ability and PCF (psychological contract fulfillment) as an antecedent for work engagement among lecturers for extra-role performance in the form of social identity theory. An explanatory survey of university permanent lecturers conducted in Kopertis IV (Coordinator of Private Universities, area IV, West Java and Banten province, Indonesia) with covariant-based SEM (Structural Equal Modeling). The analysis shows the importance of work engagement to support the social role of lecturers for the expansion and development of knowledge. Work engagement based on ability and psychological contract fulfillment have a significant influence on the extra-role of lecturers. The practical implication is to optimize the governance function of human resources (HR) to optimize abilities and encourage companies to build long-term orientation with lecturers to fulfill psychological bonds with lecturers.

Abstract

Nowadays, several companies recognize the value of employee loyalty as one of the tools for their growth. Improving the quality of work life of employees is one approach to maintaining employee loyalty and increasing job satisfaction. The purpose of this study is to find out how the influence of equal employment opportunities and Islamic work values variables on the quality of work life. This research was conducted at CV. Profish Internasional which is a company that has a focus on the world of fisheries from cultivation to the distribution of fresh water fish. The population used in the study were all employees of C.V Profish Internasional, totaling 113 people. By using the Isaac and Michael formula, the sample in this study was 89 people. Data analysis used Patrial Least Square-Structural Equation Model or PLS-SEM analysis using SmartPLS. The results show that equality of employment opportunities and Islamic work values have a significant influence on the quality of work life of CV Profish International employees
