Abstract

Work-life balance is a policy and program that an organization or company can offer to workers to minimize the pressure and conflict of many roles when balancing career and family. Work-life balance itself is an important issue for now, balancing work time and personal life is a challenge that must be faced by the majority of employees who work in the banking industry. The purpose of this study is to analyze the impact of work-life balance implementation on employee welfare, including, job satisfaction, health, and personal life harmony. This research uses qualitative methods through literature review or documentation studies. Data is collected sourced from documents, books, journals, articles/other online media. The result of this study is the finding  of the impact of the implementation of work-life balance  in the banking industry which has an impact on employee welfare in terms of mental health able to reduce employee stress levels, physical health, career sustainability, financial health, community and social security.

Abstract

Abstrak Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) merupakan sistem terintegrasi yang membantu perusahaan dalam mengelola berbagai proses bisnis secara efisien. Kinerja karyawan adalah indikator keberhasilan individu dalam melaksanakan tugas berdasarkan kualitas, kuantitas, ketepatan waktu, efektivitas, dan kemandirian. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dampak implementasi ERP terhadap kinerja karyawan di Departemen Manajemen Produksi PT Murinda Iron Steel Kalijati Subang. Identifikasi masalah dalam penelitian ini mencakup tiga aspek utama, yaitu (1) Bagaimana sistem Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) pada Departemen Manajemen Produksi Di PT Murinda Iron Steel Kalijati Subang? (2) Bagaimana kinerja karyawan pada Departemen Manajemen Produksi Di PT Murinda Iron Steel Kalijati Subang? (3) Seberapa besar Dampak Sistem Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) terhadap kinerja karyawan pada Departemen Manajemen Produksi Di PT Murinda Iron Steel Kalijati Subang? Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kuantitatif dengan analisis statistik deskriptif dan korelasional. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa implementasi ERP memperoleh penilaian baik dengan rata-rata 3,21 dan tingkat capaian responden (TCR) 80,25%. Analisis korelasi Pearson menunjukkan bahwa ERP berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, terutama dalam aspek efisiensi kerja dan integrasi data. Namun, aspek pelatihan pengguna masih perlu ditingkatkan untuk mendukung kemandirian karyawan dalam mengoperasikan sistem ERP. Kata kunci : Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), Kinerja Karyawan       Abstract Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) is an integrated system that helps companies manage various business processes efficiently. Employee performance is an indicator of individual success in carrying out tasks based on quality, quantity, timeliness, effectiveness, and independence. This study aims to analyze the impact of ERP implementation on employee performance in the Production Management Department of PT Murinda Iron Steel Kalijati Subang. The identification of problems in this study includes three main aspects, namely (1) How is the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system in the Production Management Department at PT Murinda Iron Steel Kalijati Subang? (2) How is employee performance in the Production Management Department at PT Murinda Iron Steel Kalijati Subang? (3) How much impact does the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system have on employee performance in the Production Management Department at PT Murinda Iron Steel Kalijati Subang? The research method used is a quantitative approach with descriptive and correlational statistical analysis. The results showed that ERP implementation received a good assessment with an average of 3.21 and a respondent achievement rate (TCR) of 80.25%. Pearson correlation analysis shows that ERP has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, especially in the aspects of work efficiency and data integration. However, the user training aspect still needs to be improved to support employee independence in operating the ERP system. Keywords: Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), Employee Performance

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to analyze the implementation of the electronic-based motor vehicle tax payment policy (E-Samsat) in Subang Regency. Based on data from the Regional Revenue Agency of West Java Province, the number of registered motor vehicles in Subang Regency in 2022 was 700,214 units, increased to 715,600 units in 2023, and reached 732,421 units in 2024. However, only about 17.5% of tax payments were made via E-Samsat in 2022, rising to 19.4% in 2023, and 22% in 2024. Although the potential for Motor Vehicle Tax (PKB) revenue is relatively high, the utilization of E-Samsat remains low. This research uses George C. Edwards III's policy implementation theory, which includes four variables: communication, resources, disposition, and bureaucratic structure. The research method used is descriptive qualitative with data collection techniques including observation, interviews, and documentation. The results show that the implementation of E-Samsat in Subang Regency has not been optimal, primarily due to the lack of socialization, limited human resources, and insufficient supporting facilities. Berdasarkan data dari Badan Pendapatan Daerah Provinsi Jawa Barat, jumlah kendaraan bermotor yang terdaftar di Kabupaten Subang pada tahun 2022 adalah 700.214 unit, tahun 2023 meningkat menjadi 715.600 unit, dan tahun 2024 mencapai 732.421 unit. Namun, dari total kendaraan tersebut, hanya sekitar 17,5% pembayaran pajak yang dilakukan melalui E-Samsat pada tahun 2022, meningkat menjadi 19,4% pada 2023, dan 22% pada 2024. Meskipun potensi penerimaan Pajak Kendaraan Bermotor (PKB) cukup tinggi, pemanfaatan E-Samsat masih tergolong rendah. Penelitian ini menggunakan teori implementasi kebijakan George C. Edwards III dengan empat variabel: komunikasi, sumber daya, disposisi, dan struktur birokrasi. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data berupa observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa implementasi E-Samsat di Kabupaten Subang belum optimal, terutama disebabkan oleh kurangnya sosialisasi, keterbatasan sumber daya manusia, dan minimnya fasilitas pendukung. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh strategi Manajemen Sumber Daya Manusia (MSDM) terhadap kinerja pengabdian kepada masyarakat di kawasan perkotaan. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survei terhadap 60 responden yang terdiri dari dosen dan mahasiswa pelaksana program pengabdian masyarakat. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner dengan skala Likert dan dianalisis menggunakan regresi linier sederhana. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa strategi MSDM berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pengabdian (R² = 0,65, p < 0,05). Strategi MSDM yang meliputi rekrutmen berbasis kompetensi, pelatihan adaptif, evaluasi kinerja terukur, dan penguatan jejaring kemitraan mampu meningkatkan efektivitas program hingga 65% dari total variansi kinerja. Implikasi penelitian ini menekankan pentingnya profesionalisasi pengelolaan sumber daya manusia dalam pengabdian masyarakat untuk menghadapi tantangan khas kawasan perkotaan
