Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out and see the influence of marketing ability and creativity and innovation on the success of community MSMEs (study on MSMEs fostered by PT. Pertamina RU II Sei Pakning). Sampling was done by proportional stratified random sampling. Methods of data collection is done by observation, questionnaires, interviews and documentation. The data analysis technique used is descriptive statistics and inferential statistics. The results showed that the marketing ability of MSMEs was still constrained in terms of distribution. The creativity of MSMEs is also not so good, because of the doubts of MSMEs to produce new products and the lack of ability to find solutions to the problems they face. The results of the study also stated that the ability of marketing, creativity and innovation to have a positive and significant influence on the success of MSMEs fostered by PT. Pertamina RU II Sei Pakning.

Abstract

Abstract: The objective of this study is to eximine the impact of financial technology (X1) and social media (X2) on sales volume (Y) on MSMEs using delivery services in Binawidya district, Pekanbaru city. This study employs a quantitative methodology, utilizing a questionnaire distributed to 60 MSMEs. The data analysis technique employed is multiple linear regression analysis using the statistical software package SPSS version 25. The result of the analysis indicate that, in that, financial technology has a positive effect on sales volume. This is evidenced by the t-count, which is the greater than the t-table value (3,571 > 1,296). The results indicate that social media has a positive effect on sales volume. This is evidenced by a t-count value that exceeds the table (4,737 > 1,296). Furthermore, the F test reveals that there is a simultaneous relationship betweem variable X1, X2 and Y, as evidenced by a F count value that surpasses tha F-table value (11,554 > 3,14).Keywords : Financial Technology, Social Media, Sales Volume, Delivery Services

Abstract

The company is one of the important sectors in improving the country's economy, and every company certainly wants optimal income. Therefore, human resources are an important aspect to continue improving as one of the driving forces so that the company runs optimally through work placements tailored to their abilities. This underlies the researcher to obtain further information about the effect of career development and placement on job satisfaction which impacts the performance of company employees. This study aimed to determine whether Career Development and Placement Affect Job Satisfaction Impacts Company Employee Performance. The research method used is descriptive quantitative with data collection techniques through observation and questionnaires to 50 respondents at XYZ company. The results showed that career development and placement affected job satisfaction, with an influence value of 21.2%. Job satisfaction positively and significantly affected employee performance, with an influence value of 81.7%. So career development is a long process that every company must provide as an obligation to provide opportunities for employees to pursue career development.

Abstract

Penelitian ini ditujukan guna memahami e-commerce dan financial technology pada pendapatan UMKM sektor fashion  pada kasus pedagang di Pasar Pusat Padang Panjang. UMKM merupakan unit usaha yang dilaksanakan individual ataupun kelompok. Dengan perkembangan teknologi saat ini UMKM dapat melakukan berbagai cara untuk meningkatkan pendapatan mereka, seperti menggunakan e-commerce dan financial technology dua inovasi ini dapat membantu meningkatkan pendapatan melalui pemasaran produk, mempermudah jual beli dengan menggunakan e-commerce dan financial technology dapat membantu melalui pendanaan untuk modal usaha dan mempermudah transaksi pembayaran dan menghindari dari kesalahan untuk proses pembayaran. Dalam studi ini e-commerce serta financial technology menjadi variable bebas (X) serta pendapatan menjadi variable terikat (Y). Adapun teknik yang dipakai dalam studi ini ialah kuantitatif. Sampel studi ini diambil sejumlah 77 informan dari keseluruhan jumlah populasi yang berjumlah 334 yang dihitung dengan menggunakan rumus slovin, penetapan sampel tiap komoditi usaha sektor fashion menggunakan metode propotionate stratified random sampling.data diperoleh dari hasil kuisioner kemudian data diolah dan diuji mengunakan SPSS. Hasil dari uji ini yaitu e-commerce memberi pengaruh signifikan terhadap pendapatan dengan hasil sig 0,00 dan financial technology  berpengaruh terhadap pendapatan dengan hasil sig 0,00. Secara simultan e-commerce dan financial technology berpengaruh terhadap pendapatan para pedagang sektor fashion di Pasar Pusat Padang Panjang.

Abstract

Financial literacy enables MSMEs to adopt financial technology, manage risks effectively, and adapt to market changes, increasing their competitiveness in an increasingly competitive market, especially in the digital era. This study aims to measure the influence of financial literacy, financial inclusion, and financial capital on business sustainability in the modern-based traditional market street vendor sector in Kuantan. This study uses a quantitative approach where primary data is collected through surveys and questionnaires from 77 respondents. Partial Least Square (PLS) statistical techniques are used to process the data. The results confirm the significant influence of financial literacy on business sustainability, both directly and indirectly through financial capital. Furthermore, there is an insignificant influence on business sustainability variables through financial capital. Therefore, there is an influence originating from other variables outside the study. The results also show that the intervening variables here have a significant influence on business sustainability variables. Therefore, it can be concluded that the higher the financial literacy of traditional market street vendors, the better the business sustainability will be.

Abstract

The aim of the research is to analyze whether entrepreneurial orientation and market orientation as strategies for building competitive advantage have a positive effect on the marketing performance of Bukit Batu-Bengkalis Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs). The research method used is the explanatory type, intended to test the research hypothesis. All Bukit Batu Small and Medium Enterprise entrepreneurs were used as the research population, and 36 SMEs were selected as research samples using purposive sampling techniques. The data analysis technique uses Partial Least Squares (PLS). The results of the study indicate that entrepreneurial orientation does not have a direct effect on marketing performance. In contrast, market orientation has a direct positive effect on marketing performance. In addition, competitive advantage also has a direct positive effect on marketing performance. Furthermore, entrepreneurial orientation has a positive effect on marketing performance through the mediation role of competitive advantage, while market orientation also has a positive effect on marketing performance through competitive advantage. The research results prove that entrepreneurial orientation and market orientation as strategies for building competitive advantage have a positive effect on the marketing performance of Bukit Batu-Bengkalis SMEs. It is recommended for Small and Medium Enterprise entrepreneurs to implement entrepreneurial and market-oriented behavior as a company strategy to build competitive advantage, in order to improve the marketing performance of SMEs.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh struktur modal dan profitabilitas terhadap nilai perusahaan pada perusahaan sektor energi yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) tahun 2021–2023. Struktur modal dilihat dari Debt to Asset Ratio (DAR) dan Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), sedangkan profitabilitas dilihat dari Return On Asset (ROA) dan Return On Equity (ROE). Nilai perusahaan dalam penelitian ini dilihat melalui rasio Price to Book Value (PBV). Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan analisis data menggunakan program SPSS. Sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 45 perusahaan sektor energi yang dipilih melalui metode purposive sampling dengan kriteria tertentu. Data yang digunakan merupakan data sekunder berupa laporan keuangan yang dipublikasikan oleh masing-masing perusahaan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial, struktur modal yang dilihat dari Debt to Asset Ratio (DAR) dan Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan. Selanjutnya, profitabilitas yang dilihat dari Return On Asset (ROA) dan Return On Equity (ROE) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan.

Abstract

Break Even Point (BEP) analysis with profit planning has a strong relationship and can help companies determine optimal sales targets so that the company's goal of achieving maximum profits can be met. PT. Panorama Sentrawisata Tbk is a company that has gone public, it is hoped that the profits obtained will attract investors to invest in the company. For this reason, it is necessary to analyze the application of BEP in determining profit planning at PT. Panorama Sentrawisata Tbk. This research is quantitative with a descriptive approach. The data used in this research is secondary data. The data analysis method uses the BEP analysis tool which is equipped with MoS analysis. The level of data analysis carried out starts from cost classification, BEP analysis, and margin of safety. The research results obtained in achieving the 2023 profit plan of 80 billion are by selling a minimum of IDR. 2.727.418.455,56, with a Margin of safety or decline in sales that can be tolerated so that the Company is at the break-even point that it does not experience losses of IDR. 888,888,888.89 or 33%.
