Siak Regency is one of the areas in Riau that has the potential to develop tourism in the region, precisely in Kecamatan Mempura include: natural potential, historical potential, socio-cultural potential, and the potential of agriculture and condensation. They are: Tangsi Belanda, Tomb of Sultan Buang Asmara, Kotler House and Office, Datuk Pesisir House, Dome of the Dome, Wedana Office at Lower Hilir. The tourism sector requires a good development of tourism. The potentials that are owned can be developed and get maximum results. From the explanation the authors use descriptive research type using qualitative research methods with the focus of research 1.Policy Ecotourism development in Siak District 2. obstacles in ecotourism development in Kecamatan Mempura Siak regency. The research results explained that the development of ecotourism area in Districk Mempura is still not yet Maximum because there are still many obstacles faced by local government Mempura

This research was held with a period of study of 3 (three) months. Where the population and the sample amounted to 42 people consisting of morning class students of semester VII Fia Unilak. The sampling technique are using census. Type of data that collected in this study includes data, past experiences, beliefs, and experiences of others. the theoretical concepts using the concept of Vincent Gaspers. Analysis of the data in this study is using qualitative descriptive analysis. The research was funded by the Faculty of Administration with funds in the amount of three (3) million rupiah. The results of research is Pretty Good with responses as many as 18 respondents or 41.67% that responded Pretty Good which is the most dominant indicator of past experience as much as 19 respondents or 42 responses , 52%. Suggestions in this research is to create and provide views of the respondents who are young cadres in trying to run a business entrepreneur which must to remember the intense competition in the world of work so that entrepreneurship is the one of ways to go. And to all parties to work together to form a cadre of entrepreneurs who are reliable in the Lancang Kuning University Pekanbaru

AbstrakDalam usaha untuk mengembangkan kawasan ekowisata di Sei Mempura, maka, dibutuhkan patrisipasi yang tinggi dari masyarakat, sehingga program pemerintah daerah tersebut dapat berjalan seperti yang diharapkan. Oleh karena itu, melihat partisipasi masyarakat tersebut, penulis dengan menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif dan melalui penyebaran kuisioner dan kemudian mengkajinya secara kuantitatif dalam bentuk persentase. Memang, partisipasi masyarakat pengembangan kawasan ekowisata di Sei Mempura masih kurang baik, sehingga semua pihak terkait harus saling mendukung dan memberikan pengertian agar program pengembangan ekowisata tersebut berjalan sesuai harapan.Keywords: Ekowisata, Partisipasi Masyarakat, AbstractIn an effort to develop ecotourism in Sei Mempura, then, takes a high patrisipasi of society, so that the local government program can run as expected. Therefore, saw the participation of the community, the author using qualitative descriptive method and through the distribution of questionnaires to study it quantitatively in terms of percentage. Indeed, public participation in the development of ecotourism area Sei Mempura still not good, so that all parties concerned should be mutually supportive and provide an understanding of the ecotourism development programs run as expected.Keywords: Ecotourism, Community Participation.

Development of the climate village program, Tobek Godang Village, Pekanbaru City. This study aims to describe the development of the climate village program as a national program that has been established by the Indonesian Ministry of Environment and Forestry, No. 84 of 2016 concerning Proklim. In its implementation, Tobekgodang Village has implemented a climate village program in its working area. Still, in the performance of its development, there are various obstacles, including government support (related agencies), the Provincial Environment Service (DLKH), and the Pekanbaru City Environment and Cleanliness Service, especially support for the provision of resources which is still low in development of the climate village program (proklim) at the Tobekgodang sub-district level. The research approach uses a qualitative approach by describing development aspects in behavior change, shared vision, and inter-organizational cooperation. The research results that have been achieved are that pro-climate development has been implemented in the Tobek Godang sub-district area. Still, the community’s knowledge, understanding, and participation in the climate village program have not been realized according to the goals and objectives of the desired climate village program. Research recommendations are as follows (1) the need to socialize the Poklim national program to the village community. (2) Budget resources need to be allocated to develop Proklim in the community. (3) Training for individuals and groups of social institutions needs to be provided with environmental change and resilience.

Penelitian ini tentang bagaimana Partisipasi Masyarakat dalam Pengelolaan Sampah di Bank Sampah Kota Pekanbaru. Fenomena yang ditemukan dalam penelitian ini yaitu masih rendahnya partisipasi masyarakat dan pengetahuan dalam mengelola sampah, dan kurangnya sosialisasi yang diberikan dari pemerintah maupun bank Sampah itu sendiri. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor penghambat partisipasi masyarakat dalam pengelolaan sampah di Bank Sampah dan bagaimana sosialisasi kepada masyarakat Kota Pekanbaru. Penelitian ini menggunakan Metode Penelitian Kualitatif dengan pendekatan fenomenologis. Pengumpulan data dengan menggunakan teknik wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi secara langsung. Hasil dari penelitian ini belum terciptanya kota bersih tanpa sampah pada partisipasi masyarakat dalam pengelolaan sampah di Bank Sampah Kota Pekanbaru dikarenakan sosialisasi yang melum merata dilakukan dan kurangnya kesadaran masyarakat terhadap sampah

This service aims to analyze food supplement controlling by the Pekanbaru Food and Drug Supervisory Center with a focus on food supplement supervision. The data analysis method is carried out with a qualitative approach by formulating the existing problems by providing a thorough understanding and analysis by comparing the data that has been obtained in the field. Supervision of food supplement products by Balai Besar POM Pekanbaru is carried out by preparing standards and requirements for product quality and production and distribution by taking into account all aspects of production and quality control, covering the entire series of making food supplements with the aim of ensuring that the products produced always meet quality requirements. which has been determined in accordance with the purpose of its use

This study aimed to analyze the effect of the school environment and teacher communication on the competence of economics teachers. The study used quantitative research design approach by using a survey model. The participants in this study were 142 teachers from public and private vocational high schools in Jambi Province and and using the Slovin formula to represent the entire population of 264 teachers. Furthermore, the data were analyzed using exploratory factor analysis, confirmation of theoretical factor analysis, and structural equation modeling. The findings in this study the school environment, teacher communication, and teacher competence can understand students by utilizing the principles of student cognitive development so that teachers can understand student personality development and reflect on it in the learning process, helping teachers to have the opportunity to apply material learning theories to daily life activities, and broaden the ideas and thoughts that the teacher has to students so that students understand the learning material provided. The conclusion in this study is that learning in the school environment, teacher communication, and good teacher competence can increase understanding, interest, make student learning more enjoyable, and direct student learning activities to be more active.

The company is one of the important sectors in improving the country's economy, and every company certainly wants optimal income. Therefore, human resources are an important aspect to continue improving as one of the driving forces so that the company runs optimally through work placements tailored to their abilities. This underlies the researcher to obtain further information about the effect of career development and placement on job satisfaction which impacts the performance of company employees. This study aimed to determine whether Career Development and Placement Affect Job Satisfaction Impacts Company Employee Performance. The research method used is descriptive quantitative with data collection techniques through observation and questionnaires to 50 respondents at XYZ company. The results showed that career development and placement affected job satisfaction, with an influence value of 21.2%. Job satisfaction positively and significantly affected employee performance, with an influence value of 81.7%. So career development is a long process that every company must provide as an obligation to provide opportunities for employees to pursue career development.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui sejauh mana pelayanan yang diberikan kepada masyarakat oleh Kantor Camat Kulim setelah dilakukan pemekaran terutama dalam pelayanan yang berhubungan dengan administrasi kependudukan yang diperlukan oleh masyarakat. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dari tahap observasi dan juga melakukan wawancara . Dari hasil penelitian yang dilakukan sudah dilakukan dengan cukup baik yang dapat dilihat dari masing-masing indikator dimensi Tangible (berwujud), Realibility (kehandalan), Responsiviness (daya tanggap) Assurance (jaminan ) dan Emphaty (empati). Adapun faktor penghambat dalam dalam penelitian ini adalah kurangnya sumberdaya pegawai dan kurangnya sarana dan prasarana dalam pelayanan
