Abstract

Program Kampus Mengajar 6 memberikan kesempatan kepada mahasiswa untuk mengembangkan diri diluar kampus. Dalam program tersebut Mahasiswa mendapatkan banyak pengalaman. Pengalaman yang dimaksud adalah pengalaman dalam meningkatkan keterampilan mengajar, menciptakan inovasi pembelajaran menarik dan kreatif, inovasi yang mampu meningkatkan literasi dan numerasi siswa, adaptasi teknologi dan penyusunan administrasi di sekolah. Program Kampus Mengajar 6 dilaksanakan di UPTD SD Negeri 8 Parepare mulai tanggal 14 Agustus-5 Desember 2023. Hasil dari kegiatan pendampingan telah berjalan dengan baik. Program yang direncanakan telah terselesaikan sesuai yang diharapkan. Kesimpulannya adalah Program Kampus Mengajar 6 meberikan dampak positif bagi mahasiswa dan sekolah penugasan yakni UPTD SD Negeri 8 Parepare, Kota Parepare, Sulawesi Selatan.

Abstract

The Teaching Campus Program is part of the Independent Learning Campus (MBKM) policy from the Ministry of Education, Culture, Research and Technology (Kemendikbudristek). This program provides students with the opportunity to learn outside the study program by becoming partners with teachers in developing creative, innovative and fun learning strategies in primary and secondary education units. By implementing this program, students are encouraged to develop 21st century skills and skills (analytical thinking, problem solving, leadership, team management, creativity and innovation, interpersonal communication). The Class 7 Teaching Campus aims to equip students with a variety of expertise and skills by becoming partners with teachers and schools in developing learning models, and can also foster creativity and innovation in learning so that it has an impact on strengthening literacy and numeracy learning, adapting technology, and providing administrative assistance in schools. This activity was carried out by the Class 7 UPT SPF Teaching Campus at Pattingalloang I Makassar State Elementary School, Makassar city. This activity starts on February 19 – June 9 2024. The result of the activity is that the mentoring program has run well because it has met expectations. The conclusion of this activity is that the 7th Class UPT SPF Teaching Campus Program at Pattingalloang I Makassar State Elementary School in South Sulawesi Province has had a positive impact on students of UPT SPF Pattingalloang I Makassar State Elementary School, Makassar City

Abstract

The research aims to determine the description of the spiritual intelligence of social studies teachers at SMPN 8 Palopo and the implementation of teachers' spiritual intelligence to improve the quality of social studies learning at SMP Negeri 8 Palopo.This research uses a descriptive qualitative method using a phenomenological approach which is carried out by deliberately selecting informants based on certain considerations obtained through interviews, observation and documentation. The data obtained was then tested for the validity of the data by means of source triangulation, technical triangulation, and audit trail. At this time the data from interviews and observations were combined which then gave birth to a review of the topic that had been researched, namely the Implementation of Teachers' Spiritual Intelligence to Improve the Quality of Social Studies Learning at SMPN 8 Palopo.The results of the research show that the spiritual intelligence of teachers at SMPN 8 Palopo is categorized as quite good, where teachers apply their spiritual intelligence in teaching to support improving the quality of learning. There are five indicators that support teachers' spiritual intelligence in learning, namely; absolute honesty, self-knowledge, openness, non-dogmatic contribution and spiritual focus. The implementation of teachers' spiritual intelligence in the learning process at SMP 8 Palopo is quite good, teachers are required to be as creative as possible in planning learning and use the spiritual intelligence they have in learning so that the school's vision and mission and the desired learning objectives are achieved, namely a school that breathes religion and learning based on CTL (Contextual Teaching Learning). So in forming learning plans teachers try to implement this learning system in the classroom. The CTL (Contextual Teaching Learning) learning process is able to provide the desired learning improvement. The teachers at SMPN 8 Palopo use CTL (Contextual Teaching Learning) based learning and most of the learning carried out can be said to be successful.
