Abstract

Purpose: This research aims to analyze NJOP data collection and how data collection capabilities can increase the achievement of PBB targets in the Bukit Indah City Purwakarta area. The data source in this research was obtained from interviews with informants who are experts in the field of land and building taxes.Design/Method/Approach: The method used is descriptive qualitative, namely describing the results of the analysis in the form of descriptions from interviews and literature reviews, as well as case studies. Analysis of research results using the NVivo 12 Plus applicationFindings: Research findings show thatThe implementation of NJOP data collection in Purwakarta district has been carried out since 2014, but NJOP data collection is still selective, namely only carried out in several areas/areas of Bukit Indah City/Besland (BIC) and surrounding areas.Achievement of PBB targets at the Purwakarta Regency Regional Revenue Agency, to dateThe Purwakarta district government has made efforts to increase PBB P2 revenues in particular, by providing regulations to facilitate Bapenda's activities.

Abstract

The purpose of the implementation of this community service is to empower women in Cipancur Village, Cibatu District, Purwakarta Regency to be able to hack the path of independence and equality through the Sekoper Cinta Program. The number of training participants was 100 people, in accordance with the target, namely women who still have shortcomings in self-competence in terms of knowledge, skills and attitudes. The number of training hours was 21 materials X 2.5 hours = 52.5 training hours of both theory and practice. The results of the training: there was a significant change in competence (knowledge, skills and attitudes), the evaluation was carried out by comparing the pretest and posttest both in writing and in practice and judging from the attendance of participants which reached 95%, meaning that women in Cipancur village have the enthusiasm to change.

Abstract

Purpose: This study aims to explore the contribution of Islamic economics in supporting the achievement of Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), especially SDGs 1 (no poverty), SDGs 4 (quality education), SDGs 10 (reducing inequality). Design/Method/Approach: Using bibliometric analysis methods, this study processes data from scientific publications between 2000 and 2023, obtained through Publish or Perish software and analyzed using VOSviewer. Findings: Key findings show that Islamic economics contributes significantly to supporting the achievement of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), particularly in the aspects of poverty reduction, quality education, inequality reduction, and climate change mitigation. Islamic financial instruments such as zakat, cash waqf, and green sukuk, with examples of implementation such as Cash Waqf Linked Sukuk (CWLS) in Indonesia and green sukuk in Malaysia, have been effective in supporting economic, social, and environmental sustainability. Originality/Value: The implications of this study include strategic recommendations for policy makers and Islamic financial institutions in integrating Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) principles with Islamic instruments. This integration can strengthen the contribution of Islamic economics to inclusive and sustainable global development

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memetakan pengetahuan dan tren penelitian pendidikan inklusif di era digital selama satu dekade terakhir (2014–2024) melalui analisis bibliometrik. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode bibliometrik berbasis data kuantitatif dan kualitatif dengan perangkat lunak analisis seperti VOSviewer dan RStudio untuk memvisualisasikan tren penelitian, tema utama, serta kolaborasi internasional. Data penelitian diambil dari database akademik terkemuka, seperti Scopus, dengan seleksi menggunakan pendekatan PRISMA. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan dalam jumlah publikasi terkait pendidikan inklusif di era digital, terutama setelah pandemi COVID-19, yang memaksa percepatan adopsi teknologi dalam pendidikan. Temuan juga menunjukkan bahwa topik ini bersifat multidisipliner dengan kontribusi utama dari bidang ilmu sosial, kedokteran, dan ilmu komputer, serta melibatkan kolaborasi global yang signifikan. Implikasi dari penelitian ini adalah perlunya desain inklusi digital yang sistematis dan adaptif terhadap kebutuhan sosial, budaya, dan ekonomi, serta pengembangan kebijakan yang mendukung implementasi teknologi pendidikan inklusif secara berkelanjutan. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi praktis bagi pembuat kebijakan, pendidik, dan peneliti dalam merancang strategi pendidikan inklusif berbasis teknologi.

Abstract

Pemberdayaan ekonomi perempuan di pedesaan, terutama di Desa Gardu, Kabupaten Purwakarta, menghadapi tantangan yang signifikan akibat rendahnya akses terhadap pendidikan keterampilan dan literasi ekonomi. Studi ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dampak dari program Sekolah Perempuan, yang menggunakan metode partisipatif melalui ceramah, praktik langsung, dan diskusi, sebagai sarana pemberdayaan ekonomi berkelanjutan bagi perempuan di desa tersebut. Program ini secara langsung melibatkan masyarakat, menciptakan suasana pembelajaran interaktif yang mendorong perempuan untuk mengembangkan keterampilan kewirausahaan dan literasi keuangan yang dapat diterapkan di kehidupan sehari-hari. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa program ini mampu meningkatkan keterampilan kewirausahaan, pemahaman literasi keuangan, dan kemandirian ekonomi perempuan secara signifikan. Selain itu, partisipasi perempuan dalam program ini berkontribusi positif terhadap perekonomian lokal, menciptakan peluang usaha mikro, dan meningkatkan kesejahteraan keluarga. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa program Sekolah Keterampilan dan Literasi di Desa Gardu efektif sebagai pendekatan berkelanjutan untuk meningkatkan peran ekonomi perempuan dalam pengembangan desa. Rekomendasi ditujukan pada pengembangan model pelatihan berkelanjutan dan perluasan cakupan program untuk mencakup lebih banyak perempuan di wilayah pedesaan.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the distribution of funding through Financial Technology (Fintech) Syari'ah in an effort to develop MSMEs in the current Disruption Innovation era in Indonesia. The method used for this research is descriptive analysis with an exploratory qualitative approach in order to understand an event, ensure the validity of the data, categorize the data, and construct the phenomena that occur. The data collected is secondary data, technical analysis and data collection is carried out by literature review as data to support scientific research. The data analyzed are in the form of journals, scientific papers, articles, official websites of Fintech companies, and other required sources. The results of the literature data can help identify whether Syari'ah Fintech is an alternative to MSME funding that does not have business capital reserves with a scheme according to a contract in Shari'ah principles and the extent of the role of Syari'ah Fintech in helping MSME financing in Indonesia

Abstract

Innovation has become a key factor in supporting economic sustainability in the era of digital transformation and globalization. This study aims to analyze global research trends on the relationship between innovation and economic sustainability using a bibliometric approach. By utilizing the Scopus database, this study identifies publication patterns, main themes, and academic collaboration networks in this field. VOSviewer and Biblioshiny software. The data collected includes scientific publications from 2005 to 2025, which are then analyzed based on publication trends, keyword relevance, and collaboration patterns between researchers and institutions. The literature selection process follows the PRISMA method, ensuring that only relevant and high-quality articles are used in the analysis. The results show that the number of publications related to innovation and economic sustainability increased significantly after 2020, reflecting the increasing attention to digital transformation, green economy, and sustainable innovation. Key keywords that frequently appear in this study include sustainable innovation, economic sustainability, and technological innovation, which are closely related to the concepts of circular economy, corporate social responsibility ( CSR ), and corporate governance. The collaboration map shows that China and European countries such as Italy and the UK play a leading role in this research, while emerging countries such as Indonesia and Brazil are starting to contribute to the global academic discussion. The implication of this study is that innovation has a broad impact on economic sustainability, both in terms of industrial growth, resource efficiency, and environmental sustainability. These findings can be a basis for policy makers and business practitioners in developing innovative strategies oriented towards sustainability. In addition, the results of this study also indicate the need to strengthen cross-country academic cooperation to accelerate the adoption of innovations that support sustainable economic development

Abstract

Perkembangan industri perbankan syariah di Indonesia mengalami pertumbuhan yang cukup pesat, namun masih menghadapi tantangan dalam menjangkau segmen generasi muda, khususnya generasi Z yang memiliki preferensi unik dalam memilih layanan keuangan. Di tengah era digital dan persaingan antar lembaga keuangan, strategi branding menjadi salah satu elemen kunci untuk membentuk persepsi positif dan memperkuat loyalitas nasabah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh branding terhadap minat nasabah, pengaruh branding terhadap citra bank syariah, pengaruh citra bank syariah terhadap minat nasabah, serta peran citra bank syariah sebagai variabel mediasi dalam konteks generasi Z di Kabupaten Purwakarta. Latar belakang penelitian ini didasari oleh pentingnya strategi branding dalam membentuk persepsi positif terhadap bank syariah dan mendorong intensi generasi muda untuk menjadi nasabah. Pendekatan yang digunakan adalah metode kuantitatif dengan teknik purposive sampling, melibatkan 117 responden dari kalangan generasi Z yang memiliki akun media sosial dan pernah berinteraksi dengan layanan bank syariah. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan teknik Partial Least Square Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa branding memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap minat nasabah dan citra bank syariah, sementara citra bank syariah juga berpengaruh langsung terhadap minat nasabah serta terbukti mampu memediasi hubungan antara branding dan minat nasabah. Implikasi dari temuan ini menunjukkan pentingnya bagi bank syariah untuk merancang strategi branding yang konsisten, sejalan dengan nilai-nilai syariah, serta relevan dan adaptif terhadap karakteristik generasi Z guna meningkatkan minat dan memperkuat daya saing bank syariah di kalangan generasi muda.
