Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui konsentrasi ekstrak etanol daun sukun yang memiliki daya antibakteri dan antifungi. Bahan uji yang digunakan adalah daun sukun yang telah dikeringkan, diserbuk, dilakukan proses maserasi menggunakan pelarut etanol 96% dengan penggantian pelarut 24 jam selama 3 hari dan hasil maserasi di evaporasi sehingga mendapatkan ekstrak kental daun sukun. Ekstrak yang diperoleh diuji antifungi dan antibakteri dengan menggunakan sumur difusi. Konsentrasi yang digunakan adalah 20%, 40%, 60%, 80% dan 100%. dengan menggunakan kontrol positif nystatin untuk jamur Candida albicans didapatkan zona hambat dengan konsentrasi 100%  sebesar 11,3 mm sedangkan untuk bakteri Bacillus subtilis menggunakan kontrol positif sefadroksil didapatkan diameter zona hambat rata-rata dengan konsentrasi 20% sebesar  9 mm, konsentrasi 40% sebesar 10,4 mm, konsentrasi 60% sebesar 10,8 mm, konsentrasi 80% sebesar 11,3 mm dan konsentrasi 100% sebesar 13,1 mm. Jadi ekstrak daun sukun (Artocarpus altilis) dapat menghambat pertumbuhan jamur Candida albicans dan bakteri Bacillus subtilis dan dapat digolongkan ke dalam bahan yang mempunyai kemampuan menghambat tinggi. Kata kunci : Ekstrak daun sukun, Candida albicans, Bacillus subtilis dan Sumur difusi.

Abstract

This research aims to describe the effect of using problem solving based worksheet to improve students critical thinking skills. The research design used is non equivalence pretest-posttest control group design. The sample of this research were students in class X MIPA 2 as control class and X MIPA 3 as experiment class, which were selected by cluster random sampling. The research data consisting of the values of pretest, posttest and n-Gain. The effect of worksheet to improve students critical thinking skill is calculated using the effect test formula. The results of data analysis and calculations show that worksheets applied to the experimental class have a greater effect than the control class. Therefor, it can be concluded that problem solving based worksheet has been taken effect to  improve students critical thinking skills. Keyword: problem solving based student worksheet, critical thinking, electrolyte and non elektrolyte solution.  Penelitian ini bertujuan mendeskripsikan pengaruh LKS berbasis problem solving untuk meningkatkan keterampilan berpikir kritis siswa. Desain penelitian yang digunakan adalah non eqivalence pretes-postes control group design. Sampel penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas X MIPA 2 sebagai kelas kontrol dan X MIPA 3 sebagai kelas eksperimen, yang dipilih secara cluster random sampling. Data penelitian terdiri dari nilai pretes, postes dan n-Gain. Besarnya pengaruh LKS untuk meningkatkan keterampilan berpikir kritis siswa dihitung menggunakan rumus uji pengaruh (effect size). Hasil analisis data dan perhitungan menunjukkan bahwa LKS yang diterapkan pada kelas eksperimen memiliki pengaruh yang lebih besar dibandingkan kelas kontrol. Dengan demikian, dapat disimpulkan bahwa LKS berbasis problem solving berpengaruh untuk meningkatkan keterampilan berpikir kritis siswa. Kata kunci: LKS berbasis problem solving, keterampilan berpikir kritis, larutan elektrolit dan non elektrolit.

Abstract

One of the micro and small business actors in the informal sector who has felt a significant impact from the Covid-19 pandemic is street vendors (PKL). This research aims to explain the business strategies of street vendors so that they are able to maintain their survival in the businesses that will be carried out (PKL) during the Covid-19 pandemic. This research is included in qualitative research. The subjects of this research were 7 street vendors at SD Karangasem. From the research results, the marketing strategy used by street vendors in the midst of the Covid-19 pandemic is by using social media, including Facebook, Instagram, Whatsapp, Telegram, as well as joining other online businesses such as Shopee, Go-Food, and Grap- food. By using social media, buyers and traders can easily carry out transactions without having to touch each other. So it can be explained that the survival strategy can work as expected by paying attention to consumer purchasing power during the Covid-19 pandemic.

Abstract

Information Technology (IT) is one of the innovations that has been widely applied in various fields. In Indonesia, the field of education is currently implementing a lot of IT. However, IT owned by universities in Indonesia is still not used optimally. This happens because there is no strategic planning for the use of IT owned by the university. By optimizing the application of IT, universities can improve the quality of their business processes. This study will propose IS/IT strategic planning that can be applied to universities in Indonesia. To design the strategy, literature studies and observations were carried out to obtain the appropriate data. The data needed are in the form of the latest internal and external conditions from one of the universities in Indonesia. From the data that has been obtained, the processing is carried out with the framework that has been adopted. The output generated from all IS/IT strategic planning activities at the university is an IS/IT strategic planning document that contains several analysis results, such as the direction of the company's business development and the direction of development of Information Systems (IS) used to support the path of business development. In addition, IS recommendations based on business analysis results and IS trends have also been generated. The strategy for implementing IT has been designed based on the current situation so that the resulting strategy can be used as a reference for the implementation of IT at the university.

Abstract

MSMEs play a crucial role in supporting local economic growth, yet their ability to increase business performance is often constrained by limited resources and marketing strategies. This study aims to identify critical factors influencing MSME growth, measured through revenue increase, by analyzing transaction and marketing-related variables. Data were collected through questionnaires distributed to MSME owners and analyzed using Pearson correlation and multiple linear regression methods. The independent variables include transaction frequency, number of customers, promotion frequency, promotion budget, and perceived impact of social media usage. The results show that transaction frequency (r = 0.50271), number of customers (r = 0.46930), promotion frequency (r = 0.40632), and perceived impact of social media (r = 0.56519) have a moderate positive correlation with revenue growth, while promotion budget (r = -0.00196) has no significant correlation. Multiple regression analysis indicates that the model explains 51.67% of revenue growth variation (R² = 0.5167). Partially, transaction frequency, promotion frequency, and perceived social media impact significantly affect revenue growth, whereas customer number and promotion budget do not.

Abstract

PETI KOIN BRMANTRA adalah pemberdayaan politk, sosial, dan budaya melalui kolaborasi dan inklusi. Tujuan dari rogram ini adalah untuk mengjatkan pendapatan dan daya beli Masyarakat, khususnya yang tinggal dipedesaan, dengan menggunakan metode perantara pasar berbisnis klister. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memahami dan mengevaluasi “efektivitas program peti koin bermantra dalam meningkatkan kesejahteraan Masyarakat pegalangan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif. Penelitian ini juga menggunakan data primer dan data sekunder. Data primer berasal dari observasi dan Masyarakat dan wawancara, sedangkan data sekunder berasal dari catatan tertulis di BAPPEDA probolinggo serta berbagai file elektronik yang digunakan untuk mendukung proses penelitian. Hasil penelitian PETI KOIN BERMANTRA ini masyarakat pegalangan mampu meningkatkan pendapatannya. Dan dengan adanya program ini bahwa dengan memberikan peluang kepada kelompok rentan, mereka juga dapat berkontribusi secara signifikan terhadap ekonomi local.
