Abstract

CV Jamu Bandung is a company in Bandung whose core business is producing traditional medicine, especially herbal medicine drinks, called jamu. The uniqueness of CV Jamu Bandung is that it uses a hereditary recipe with a delicious taste that is liked by millennials and youngsters who generally dislike herbal drinks. Cv Jamu Bandung only uses raw organic materials of high quality while its production process is conducted traditionally. It deploys digital marketing and social media marketing to sell its product. However, CV Jamu Bandung's digital marketing has not been implemented optimally. Therefore, there is a space for improvement, such as recreating its strategy and upgrading the skills of its employee. The activities include digital marketing training, theories, concepts, designing product sales content through digital marketing, and online customer service techniques. Implementation of the training results aims to increase CV Jamu Bandung's brand awareness, increase reach and understand how to establish online communication with customers and potential customers of CV Jamu Bandung.

Abstract

PT XYZ merupakan perusahaan manufaktur di bidang garmen yang memproduksi berbagai jenis pakaian jadi untuk 14 pembeli. Bahan baku kain di gudang PT XYZ disusun dalam palet per pembeli, tetapi penempatan di rak sering dilakukan secara acak, mengakibatkan penyebaran bahan baku di berbagai lokasi. Tidak adanya sistem pengaturan menyebabkan inefisiensi ruang penyimpanan dan penyimpanan bahan baku di lantai gudang, memperpanjang waktu pencarian dan membuat jarak tempuh tidak dapat diprediksi. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menentukan jumlah tempat penyimpanan yang dibutuhkan dan mengalokasikan penempatan bahan baku kain sehingga bahan baku kain setiap pembeli dapat disimpan di lokasi tetap serta mengetahui efisiensi jarak tempuh tata letak usulan dibandingkan tata letak awal. Metode dedicated storage digunakan untuk mengatasi masalah ini dengan menempatkan satu produk pada satu lokasi penyimpanan berdasarkan aktivitas keluar masuk dan jarak tempuh terpendek ke pintu gudang. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan kebutuhan tempat penyimpanan untuk bahan baku kain setiap pembeli adalah 239 dari 248 slot penyimpanan. Produk ditempatkan berdasarkan peringkat rasio T/S, di mana bahan baku dengan peringkat tertinggi disimpan di rak terdekat, sementara yang terendah ditempatkan di rak terjauh, yang menghasilkan penurunan jarak tempuh sebesar 45% dari total jarak tempuh tata letak saat ini sebesar 74.844,2 meter menjadi 41.065,8 meter.

Abstract

Increasing public awareness of the importance of skin care to maintain health has encouraged the emergence of various products on the market. In recent years, the skincare industry has experienced very rapid growth. This study aims to enable users to choose skincare that is safe, appropriate, and in accordance with their facial skin type with the methods used being Simple Additive Weighting (SAW), Weighted Product (WP), and Simple Multi-Attribute Rating (SMART). The results of the calculation process based on the level of suitability, it was found that using the SAW and SMART methods was better than the WP method, namely with a percentage value of suitability between 99.85719% in the SAW method, 99.85715% in the WP method, and 99.85715% in the SMART method. So the SAW and SMART methods are the most relevant methods to solve the problem of providing loans.Keywords : Skincare, Simple Additive Weighting, Weighted Product, Simple Multi-Attribute Rating, Decision Support System.

Abstract

Courier companies face environmental challenges influenced by the development of e-commerce businesses, demanding high service quality and reliability in meeting consumer demand. Courier companies demand toimmediately adjust company strategies to be able to survive in competitive market conditions, the only way is to continue to keep dynamic on internal capability. This study develops and tests a model of the relationship between dynamic logistic capabilities, environmental turbulence, and business performance. As quantitative research, a survey was used to collect data. A sample of 70 valid answers from courier company members of the Association of Indonesian Express Delivery, Postal, and Logistics Services Companies(ASPERINDO) was treated through the Partial Least Square (PLS) method. The research results show a full mediation relationship between dynamic logistics capability and business performance, given the proportion of the impact of dynamic logistics capabilities on business performance (72.7%) identified in this study. As a result, the main result points out that the positive correlation between dynamic logistics capabilities and business performance strengthens the relationship evidence in the literature that dynamic logistics capabilities contribute to business performance, that is, sales growth, delivery reliability and security.
