Abstract

Abstrak. Tujuan pelaksanaan kegiatan ini adalah untuk meningkatkan pelayanan masyarakat yang berbasis digital dengan menggunakan aplikasi siberas di Desa Talawe.. Masalah yang diangkat dalam kegiatan pengabdian ini adalah aplikasi siberas belum perna digunakan di Desa Talawe masih banyak dalam bentuk file dengan antar muka dan interaksi yang beragam, sehingga membutuhkan pelatihan dan pembiasaan pada aparat Desa, lebih sulit lagi karena aplikasi tersebut bukan aplikasi yang dipergunakan sehari-hari. Metode yang digunakan dalam pengabdian yaitu perekrutan mahasiswa sebagai peserta Kuliah Kerja Nyata(KKN) angkatan ke-5 tahun 2023, pembekalan, observasi, pelatihan, dan dokumentasi. Kegiatan evaluasi dilakukan dengan mengkaji relevansi, efisiensi, efektivitas dan dampak suatu kegiatan dengan tujuan yang ingin dicapai. Monitoring dan evaluasi dimulai dari sosialisasi kegiatan pendampingan, perencanaan, pelaksanaan dan keberlanjutan terhadap perencanaan program. Kesimpulan dalam kegiatan ini memberikan kontribusi nyata kepada pemerintah desa dan masyarakat Desa Talawe dalam pelayanan masyarakat yang berbasis digital dengan menggunakan aplikasi Siberas, sehingga mendukung visi dan misi kepala Desa Talawe untuk menjadikan desa yang berbasis digital. Abstract

Compong Village, which is located in Pitu Riase District, Sidenreng Regency, is one of the villages in Indonesia that has begun to develop waterfall tourism objects. This paper will analyze the development of waterfall tourism objects or ATP (Pattumba Waterfall) which began to be developed from 2018 to 2022 with research questions about the government's role and strategy in developing the Pattumba waterfall tourism sector and also to find out the factors that influence the development of the tourism sector. Pattumba waterfall. This paper uses a quantitative descriptive research method. Data collection techniques used observation, literature review and questionnaires with data analysis using SPSS26. Determination of informants in this study using a purposive sampling method. The results of this study indicate that the Government's role and strategy in developing the Pattumba Waterfall tourism sector in Compong Village, Pitu Riase District, Sidenreng Rappang Regency as measured through indicators of inspiration, facilitators, and intermediaries showed very good results with a percentage of 82.53%, and factors that influencing tourism development in Compong Village, Pitu Riase District, Sidenreng Rappang Regency, namely, Tourist attractions, 55%, Accessibility, 78.6%, Infrastructure, 79.2%, Accommodation and Sapta Pesona, 83%. Based on these factors, it shows that the factors that most influence the development of Pattumba Waterfall are accommodation and Sapta Pesona with a percentage of 83%.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis kinerja pemerintah daerah dalam program pengentasan kemiskinan di kecamatan Baranti kabupaten Sidenreng Rappang. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Sumber data diambil dari observasi, wawancara dan dokumen. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara mendalam kepada masyarakat dan aparat pemerintah kecamatan Baranti. Teknik analisis data dalam penelitian ini adalah reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Data yang diperoleh kemudian diolah menggunakan Nvivo 12 plus. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pemerintah daerah telah mengimplementasikan berbagai program untuk mengurangi angka kemiskinan, seperti pemberdayaan ekonomi masyarakat, bantuan sosial, pendidikan, kesehatan dan pengembangan infrastruktur. Dapat kita lihat bahwa produk pelayanan dan waktu penyelesaian menunjukkan presentasi tertinggi dari kelima indikator yang kemudian disusul oleh kompetensi petugas yang sudah cukup baik, Namun, pemerintah masih memiliki tantangan dalam hal sarana dan prasarana yang disediakan masih sangat minim serta prosedur pelayanan yang perlu ditingkatkan terutama dalam hal evaluasi dan pengawasan kebijakan terkait.

Abstract

This study aims to map the development and research trends of e-government in village governance. The research method applied is a systematic literature review using 538 scientific articles from the Scopus database published between 2019 and 2024. The review was conducted using bibliometric analysis processed through R-Studio (Biblioshiny) and Tableau applications. The study results revealed a steady increase in publication trends, the formation of multiple author collaboration networks, and the identification of key thematic clusters such as digitalization, public service delivery, governance frameworks, trust, and technology adoption. The thematic evolution analysis also demonstrated the emergence of new research areas, including blockchain, cybersecurity, and participatory governance. The limitation of this study is that the articles used are only sourced from the Scopus database, which may not fully represent the broader landscape of global research on village-level e-government. Future research needs to incorporate scientific articles from other reputable international databases, such as Web of Science and Dimensions Scholars, to provide a more comprehensive understanding of the evolving discourse in this field.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of public service quality on patient satisfaction at the Barukku Public Health Center, located in Pitu Riase District, Sidenreng Rappang Regency. The population of this study consisted of 42 patients who had received services in the past two months. The research involved two variables: variable X (public service quality) and variable Y (patient satisfaction). A simple random sampling technique was employed, involving 42 respondents. This research utilized a descriptive quantitative approach. Data were collected through observation, questionnaires, and literature review. The data analysis techniques included validity and reliability tests using IBM SPSS Statistics 21.0. The results showed that public service quality has a significant influence on patient satisfaction at Barukku Public Health Center. Based on the recapitulation results, 60% of respondents rated the public service quality as "fairly good," and 55% rated their satisfaction level as "fairly good." Furthermore, the ANOVA test revealed an F-value of 21.974 with a significance level of 0.000, indicating a statistically significant effect, as the probability is far below 0.05. The partial test (t-test) showed a t-value of 5.580, which is greater than the t-table value of 2.021, confirming that public service quality has a significant influence on patient satisfaction. The coefficient of determination (R square) was 62%, which suggests a moderate influence, while the remaining 38% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study.

Abstract

This study aims to describe and analyze the implementation of policies by the Ministry of Agrarian and Spatial Planning/National Land Agency (ATR/BPN) in resolving land disputes in Sidenreng Rappang Regency. This research uses a descriptive qualitative approach with purposive sampling techniques to determine relevant informants. The results indicate that the policy implementation is carried out through administrative and non-litigation approaches such as mediation and deliberation, supported by the digitalization of land data programs. The effectiveness of policy implementation is influenced by communication, human resources, implementers’ attitudes, and bureaucratic structure. Despite positive efforts, land dispute resolution still faces obstacles, such as weak interagency coordination and suboptimal public outreach. Therefore, a more integrative and participatory implementation strategy is needed to strengthen legal certainty and reduce agrarian conflict potential in the region
