Abstract

This study aims to determine the role of social media in the quality of e-KTP preparation services in the Population and Civil Registration Office of the Cidenreng Rappang District. The population of this study is 49, 22 office staff and 27 civilians who served in the Population and Civil Registration Office of Cedenring Rabang District in November 2023. This type of study describes metaphors. The data collection methods used in this study are observation, literature review and questionnaires. The data is used with the help of IBM SPSS Statistics 21.0 application. The results of this study from the results of the questionnaire found that the role of social media exchange was reiterated at 58% in the "negative" category. 58% of service quality falls into the "poor" category. Service level 53.9%, organizational level 22.5%, human resources and skills 15% and 16.4%. Therefore, the role of public media in the quality of KTP electronic services in Cidenreng Rappang Regency Civil Registry Service is still not considered good by the community.

Abstract

Women often face discrimination or patriarchal barriers in their involvement in decision-making related to development. Despite efforts to improve gender equality for women and encourage women's inclusion in various fields, there are still negative perceptions and stereotypes that hinder their participation. This research uses qualitative methods by conducting interviews to collect the necessary data. The informants in this study were as many people as PKK mothers, women's farmer groups and Posyandu cadre mothers. The analysis used to process data is by using Nvivo 12 Plus Software and Nvivo 12 Plus.. The results of the research using the Gender Framework Analysis (GFA) analysis technique show that the role of gender in decision making at the development planning meeting in Maiwa District is still low, this causes the amount of women's participation to be minimal, for example, the presence of women in Maiwa District is still low from the total number of participants. Even though the number of women's attendance is low in the forum, these women are not only present but also active by providing a lot of input in the forum. The role of gender in decision-making at the development planning meeting in Maiwa Sub-district is still lacking, which causes the level of women's participation in musrenbangkec to still experience high obstacles, namely 38.89% and the indicator of stigma in participation, namely 36.36%. The lack of women's involvement in decision-making is also due to their own factors and the stigma that has been embedded in them.

Abstract

Digitalization in health care is the process of converting analog data or information into digital format which aims to create a connected, efficient, and patient-centered health system, where information flows smoothly, decisions are made based on data and services can be accessed more easily. This study aims to determine the level of satisfaction of outpatients at UPT Arifin Nu'mang Rappang Regional General Hospital. The population of this study was the number of outpatients who sought treatment in November-December 2024 as many as 6,232 people. The research sample was 98 people using incidental sampling technique. The data collection techniques used were observation, questionnaires, and literature studies using quantitative descriptive methods, namely data analysis techniques using descriptive statistical analysis, validity and reliability tests, and simple linear regression analysis using SPSS 21 software. The results of this study indicate that outpatient patient satisfaction has a significant effect on the digitization of health services with a satisfaction level of 73% and 70%, respectively. This is evidenced by the results of the ANOVA test or f test which shows fcount 70.451 with a significance of 0.000 while the t test shows tcount (8.394) > ttable (1.660). The R square value is 42.3%, which means that 42.3% is influenced by patient satisfaction and the remaining 57.7% is influenced by other unknown factors. With this, hospital management needs to formulate strategic steps that can increase the digitalization of health services.

Abstract

Land plays a strategic role in people's lives because it forms the basis of social, economic, and legal activities. Legal certainty regarding land ownership is realized through the issuance of certificates, including through the mechanism of land certificate separation. This study aims to determine how the Head of the Land Agency implements policies in the process of land certificate separation and to identify the factors that influence it. The research was conducted at the Sidenreng Rappang District Land Office using a descriptive qualitative method. Data were obtained through interviews, observations, and documentation, then analyzed using NVivo 12 software to map themes, patterns, and relationships between data. The results of the study show that the land certificate separation policy provides tangible benefits to the community, particularly in terms of legal certainty, ease of economic transactions, and family asset management. However, the implementation of the policy still faces obstacles in the form of limited human resources, technical barriers in the use of applications, and a lack of public understanding of procedures and land boundaries. Institutional factors, compliance of implementers, and responsiveness to community needs also greatly influence the success of the policy. This study emphasizes the importance of increasing the capacity of the apparatus, optimizing information technology, and increasing socialization to the community in order to realize transparent, efficient, and accountable land certificate separation services.

Abstract

Tujuan dari kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini ialah untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan, sikap dan perilaku siswa terkait Perilaku Hidup Bersih dan Sehat (PHBS) dan Cuci Tangan Pakai Sabun (CTPS) pada siswa Sekolah.  Mitra dalam kegiatan pengabdian Siswa kelas 6 SD Negeri 2 Timoreng Panua Kabupaten Sidenreng rappang. Tahap pelaksanaan kegiatan pengabdian ini terdiri atas 4 tahap yakni persiapan, pelaksanaan, evaluasi, serta rencana tindak lanjut. Untuk mengukur keberhasilan pelaksanaan program, maka digunakan beberapa instrumen seperti instrument pengetahuan, sikap dan perilaku mengenai PHBS dan CTPS pada siswa serta instrumen untuk evaluasi terkait pelaksanaan kegiatan secara keseluruhan yang meliputi evaluasi kebermanfaatan pelatihan yang diberikan kepada siswa dan guru. Berdasarkan hasil evaluasi pelaksanaan pelatihan yang diberikan, maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat peningkatan terdapat peningkatan pengetahuan siswa tentang penyakit-penyakit yang ditimbulkan oleh kurangnya kebersihan diri dan PHBS. Selain itu, terjadi peningkatan sikap siswa yang awalnya kurang menyadari tentang pentingnya menjaga kebersihan, menjadi memiliki sikap positif. Oleh karena itu, perlu dilakukan peningkatan intensitas pelaksanaan kegiatan serupa untuk terus meningkatkan literasi kesehatan bagi siswa.

Abstract

This study aims to describe and analyze the current state of governance in Tiroang Village and to identify and analyze various factors that influence the effectiveness and efficiency of governance at the village level, particularly in Tiroang Village, Tiroang Subdistrict, Pinrang Regency. The research method used is descriptive qualitative with data collection techniques through observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation. Informants consist of the Village Head, Village Secretary, Administrative Staff, Community Empowerment Institutions, and Community Leaders. Data analysis was performed using the Nvivo application. The results of the study show that government administration in Tiroang Village has basically shown a positive direction with a clear organizational structure between the village head, secretary, and administrative staff, relatively good coordination with the subdistrict, LPM, and the community, as well as the provision of public services oriented towards ease of access. However, the results also show that the effectiveness of governance still faces obstacles, such as a limited number of officials, inadequate infrastructure, and uneven levels of community participation, meaning that residents' aspirations are not fully accommodated in decision-making. This condition reflects that although the principle of good governance has begun to be implemented, its application still requires further strengthening. Meanwhile, the effectiveness and efficiency of governance in Tiroang Village is influenced by coordination with higher levels of government, the level of community participation, the competence and division of tasks among officials, and the availability of infrastructure, including information technology. To improve performance, it is necessary to strengthen coordination, increase community participation, develop the capacity of officials, and maintain and optimize supporting facilities so that public services can be more adaptive, transparent, and responsive.
