Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk melihat kinerja kariyawan melalui beban kerja dan lingkungan kerja Desain penelitian ini merupakan penelitian asosiatif kausal dengan menggunakan pendekatankuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan yang berjumlah 99 orang. Penentuan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah menggunakan teknik purposive sampling dimana pengambilan sampel sumber data dengan pertimbangan tertentu yaitu menggunakan kriteria inklusi dan eksklusi. Dari kriteria tersebut didapatkan sampel sebanyak 40 karyawan . Pengumpulan data dengan wawancara menggunakan kuesioner dan observasi langsung di lingkungan kerja. Analisis data dalam penelitian adalah deskriptif dan inferensial. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan beban kerja tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan (nilai thitungdengan nilai signifikan 0,914. Nilai signifikansi lebih besar dari tingkat alpha yang digunakan 5% (0,05), thitung< ttabel0,109 <2,026). Lingkungan kerja mempunyai pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan (nilai thitung dengan nilai signifikan sebesar 0,000. Nilai signifikansi lebih kecil dari tingkat alpha yang digunakan 5% (0,05), thitung> ttabel5,147> 2,026). Beban kerja dan lingkungan kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan (nilaiFhitungsebesar13,331dengan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,000). Faktor yang mempengaruhi kinerja dapat bersumber dari dalam individu karyawan maupun dari luar individu, pada penelitian ini lingkungan kerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerjakaryawan

Abstract

During the spread of the Covid-19 virus was sweeping the world, Indonesia was also affected, especially in the education sector. If usually the teaching and learning process is carried out face to face in the classroom, then as a result of this pandemic the teaching and learning process must be carried out online. The method used is direct observation in the field. The results of the analysis see that the role of information and communication system technology is very important as a medium in implementing online learning with a flexible learning system. This research is Emphasize on learning with the help of information and communication technology platforms. The media that can be used in online learning in the era of the Covid-19 pandemic include WhatsApp, Zoom, Google Classroom (GCR) and other technological media that can support learning activities during the Covid-19 pandemic. Because of the role of the media, this is what makes the writer interested in discussing further the shift from offline to online learning media.

Abstract

In the current digital era, the need for digital learning resources in education is very important and urgent to develop. It includes developing digital disaster learning resources for prospective elementary school teachers. This article will discuss SWOT analysis (Strengths [S], Weaknesses [W], Opportunities [O], Threats [T]) as an instrument for conducting a needs analysis to develop digital disaster learning resources for prospective elementary school teachers. This research uses a literature study method, with research implementation stages consisting of (a) collecting reference sources, (b) verifying literature sources, and (c) conceptualization. From the research stages that have been carried out, the needs analysis instrument for developing digital disaster learning resources for prospective elementary school teachers can be classified into four forms, namely strength analysis (S) consisting of five question items, weakness analysis (W) consisting of three question items, opportunity analysis (O) consists of two question items, and threat analysis (T) consists of two question items. Based on this, it is necessary to carry out a SWOT analysis to prepare an analysis instrument for developing digital disaster learning resources for prospective elementary school teachers. The recommendation from the results of this study is that the needs analysis instrument using SWOT analysis can be adapted for use in needs analysis instruments for developing media and other learning resources.

Abstract

 This research aims to determine the phenomenological perspective of the potang mogang mandi balimau kasai tradition. The benefit of this research can be as a reference or information reference in subsequent studies, to show readers a phenomenological perspective on the potang mogang mandi balimau kasai tradition. The connection between the Balimau Kasai tradition and the phenomenology of Edmund Husserl lies in the eidetic reduction view. The reality of Balimau Kasai has changed the focus and perception consumed by today's young generation has changed significantly. Therefore, from Edmund Husserl's point of view, this tradition needs to be reduced philosophically. The meaning of the Balimau Kasai tradition is seen from self-awareness of reality. Each person has a different interpretation of Balimau Kasai, depending on their experience with the tradition.

Abstract

The tradition of the Turun Mandi Ceremony in the Minangkabau ethnic community provides a clear picture of the importance of cultural heritage and the meaning it contains. The understanding that this tradition is passed down from ancestors and held to welcome the birth of a baby at the age of 40 days reflects the richness of values ​​and beliefs passed on from generation to generation. To understand the process of awareness and its meaning, this article uses qualitative research methods with phenomenological perspective analysis and data obtained through library research. The division of consciousness into three types, namely subjective consciousness, intersubjective consciousness, and objective consciousness, reflects important concepts in the phenomenological perspective, especially those developed by Edmund Husserl.

Abstract

This descriptive research was conducted at Rantau Kopar village, Rokan Hilir District from January to June 2017. The reason for this study is due to the drastic declining of biodiversity of fish species at Rangau river despite the existence  the local wisdom to protect the watershed in the area. It is aimed to discover the perspectives local wisdom in preventing the decreasing of fish biodiversity at  Rangau river. The employed sampling technique was snowball technic sampling which involved 30 respondents. The primary data were obtained using observation and interview; the secondary data (documents). Data consist of community composition, livelihood, community participation in preserving the local wisdom, the synergy between the local wisdom and the policies of the local administration. The data were computed in percentage and were analyzed descriptively. The findings demonstrated that the local wisdom was compiled by the local community whose livelihood as fishermen. Conversely, in 2017, the local people did not comply with both sanction and the local customary law, there had been careless exploitation of the water across the watershed to be oil palm plantation area and the increasing number of oil palm farmers. This study concludes that the main threat facing the local wisdom is that the policies of local administration are not synergic with the local wisdom as stipulated in the regulations and conservation of the area across the watershed of Rangau. The implication of this study is used for the supplementary materials for the bioetnomalay subject in the Indonesian education.

Abstract

Improving student attention and retention is an important aspect of learning in primary education. This study aims to examine neuroscience-based learning strategies that can improve student attention and memory. The method used is a literature review, examining various relevant journals, books, and recent scientific articles. The findings indicate that approaches such as multisensory learning, the use of mnemonic techniques, spaced repetition, and the integration of physical activities in learning are effective in supporting students' cognitive functions. These strategies align with theories of brain neuroplasticity, working memory theory, and the role of emotions in learning. Additionally, factors such as sleep quality and nutrition also play a significant role in supporting students' attention and retention abilities. These findings suggest that learning designed based on neuroscience principles can create a more effective and responsive learning environment tailored to students' needs.
