Abstract

This study aims to determine the management of the liluwo market by the Gorontalo City Trade and Industry Service. The research method used is descriptive qualitative. The results of the study concluded that the management of the liluwo market by the Gorontalo City Trade and Industry Service is not optimal. This can be seen from the aspect of the planning of the arrangement of the liluwo market which is not good, which can be seen from the inadequate trader facilities. From the aspect of coordination between the Trade and Industry Service and traders, it is still very low, this can be seen from the lack of coordination or consultation between the Trade and Industry Service and traders so that there is a delay in paying dues. From the aspect of supervision of security officers in regulating the Gorontalo City liluwo market which has been carried out has not been effective, this can be seen from the absence of officers who always stay in the security supervision of the Gorontalo City liluwo market.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to find out the Management of Online Transportation Services at the Gorontalo City Grab Office. This research method is descriptive qualitative. Location: This research was conducted at the Gorontalo City Grab Office. The research results show that Management of Online Transportation Services at the Gorontalo City Grab Office. It can be seen from the results of the interview that the planning limits on the recruitment of new drivers are increasing every day to maintain a balance between drivers and customers. If drivers exceed customers, it will be increasingly difficult for drivers to get orders. It can be seen from the results of interviews that communication between drivers and customers often leads to misunderstandings, such as differences in customer pick-up or delivery locations, which leads to customers canceling orders. It can be seen from the interview results that Grab's supervision is still lacking for customers to maintain driver comfort. When there are individuals who violate the rules, especially customers who often make fictitious orders and cancel orders, this is detrimental to drivers.

Abstract

Penelitian ini menyelidiki pengaruh harga terhadap daya beli. konsumen di Toko Rumah Pernik, Kota Gorontalo Studi ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif, menggunakan survei, dengan menyebarkan kuesioner kepada seratus responden. Variabel harga diukur menggunakan empat indikator: kesesuaian harga, daya saing, suasana harga dengan keuntungan, dan keterjangkauan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa harga produk di Toko Rumah Pernik dinilai sesuai dan kompetitif oleh konsumen dengan rata-rata skor 77,63%. Daya beli konsumen, yang diukur melalui lima indikator utama, juga menunjukkan nilai rata-rata sebesar 78,42%. Semua instrumen penelitian valid dan reliabel, seperti yang ditunjukkan oleh uji validitas dan reliabilitas. Temuan penelitian ini mengungkapkan bahwa harga memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap daya beli konsumen di Toko Rumah Pernik, dengan konsumen merasa harga yang ditawarkan sepadan dengan manfaat yang mereka terima.

Abstract

The phenomenon of increasing numbers of school dropouts in Madale Village, influenced by socio-economic factors, as well as less than optimal government intervention, has become an urgent need to be studied in order to evaluate the role of the government in effectively overcoming this problem. This study aims to determine and describe the role of the government in overcoming school dropouts in Madale Village, North Poso City District, Poso Regency. This study uses a qualitative descriptive approach with data collection methods in the form of in-depth interviews, direct observation, and documentation. The results of the study indicate that supporting facilities for school dropouts are still less than optimal, such as uneven program realization, low community access to information and educational assistance. The government as a motivator is also still less than optimal, this is because the implementation and encouragement of the government are considered not optimal and have not been evenly felt by children who have dropped out of school. In addition, the government as a mobilizer is considered still not optimal, this is because the government has not been able to mobilize elements of society or community leaders to help overcome the problem of school dropouts. This study suggests that the active role of the village government is very much needed to reduce the number of school dropouts through a more effective and sustainable facilitation, motivation, and mobilization approach.

Abstract

Objective: This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of population administration services in Gorontalo City by highlighting three main aspects, namely responsiveness, quality of human resources, and service system. Theoretical framework: This study is based on public service theory and the principle of good governance, where service effectiveness is understood as a result of the interaction between responsiveness to community needs, human resource competence, and the use of technology in the service system. Literature review:  This study refers to the study of the effectiveness of public services, digitization of population administration, as well as the role of human resources and community complaints, while filling in the gaps of studies that rarely emphasize the integration of technical, institutional, and community participation aspects. Method: The study used a descriptive qualitative approach by triangulating data through interviews, observations, and documentation at the Gorontalo City Population and Civil Registration Office. Results: The results show that even though the digitization of services through the Centralized SIAK and the pick-up program has been implemented, the implementation has not been fully optimal. In the aspect of responsiveness, there are still obstacles in the form of long waiting times and limitations in handling public complaints. In terms of human resources, there is a competency gap in mastering technology and a lack of continuous training. Meanwhile, the service system still faces obstacles in the form of technical problems and low digital literacy of the community, which has an impact on the effectiveness of online services as a whole. Implications: This study emphasizes the need to increase human resource capacity, optimize service technology, and improve the public complaint system, with the support of synergy between technical, institutional, and community participation aspects to realize responsive and accountable administrative services. Novelty: The contribution of this research lies in the emphasis on the integration of digital innovation, strengthening human resource competence, and community participation as a strategy to improve the quality of population administration services in the region, especially in Gorontalo City.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Evaluasi Penerapan Pembelajaran Daring di Sdn Negeri No 38 Hulonthalangi Kota Gorontalo Dengan fokus penelitian ya itu Kreativitas Guru, Fasilitas Belajar, dan Lingkungan Belajar. Dalam rangka mengungkapkan permasalahan Evaluasi Penerapan Kebijakan Pembelajaran Daring , penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Teknik Observasi, Wawancara dan pencatatan sekunder sesuai dengan jenis penelitian yang digunakan, maka teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah teknik analisis kualitatif Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Evaluasi Penerapan Kebijakan Pembelajaran Daring di Sekolah Dasar belum berjalan dengan efektif dilakukan. hal ini dilihat dari aspek Kreatifitas Guru belum maksimal, Fasilitas Belajar Kurang Memadai, dan Lingkungan Belajar yang kurang efektif dilakukan di Sdn 38 Hulonthalangi Kota Gorontalo. Adapun hal-hal yang di sarankan dalam penelitian ini yaitu perlunya pemerintah daerah dalah hal ini Dinas Kemendikbud Kota Gorontalo Melalui petugas lapangan untuk melakukan pengawasan secara kontinyu mengenai segala kekurangan yang dapat menghambat proses penerapan kebijakan pembelajaran daring agar kebijakan berjalan dengan efektif

Abstract

Situasi pasar tradisional yang berada di perkotaan merupakan salah satu aktivitas yang mengganggu ketertiban dan kebersihan kota yakni sebagai pencemaran lingkungan. Pasar rakyat dungingi merupakan pasar tradisional yang menjadi pasar harian masyarakat karena pasar tersebut buka setiap hari dan menjual kebutuhan pokok masyarakat, dimana terdapat penjualan komoditi pasar, mulai dari rempah-rempah, ikan dan lain sebagainya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Peran Dinas Perindustrian dan Perdagangan Kota Gorontalo terhadap Penataan Pasar Rakyat Dungingi Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah menggunakan metode penelitian deskriftif kualitatif Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah teknik observasi, wawancara (interview) dan dokumentasi. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah menggunakan teknk reduksi data (data reduction), penyajian data(data display), dan kesimpulan atauu verifikasi (conclution). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa saat ini penataan yang dilakukan Dinas Perindustrian dan Perdagangan belum efektif walaupun sudah dibuatkan perencanaan, pengawasan dan akomodasi anggaran karena masih terdapat pedagang yang berdagang di bahu jalan mengakibatkan kemacetan lalulintas.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengelolaan usaha CV Auto DC Service di Kecamtan Telaga Biru, Kabupaten Gorontalo dengan menggunakan fokus antara lain Sumber Daya Manusia, Anggaran dan Pemasaran. Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan Jenis Penelitian Deskriptif kualitatif. Tehnik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah, Teknik Observasi, Wawancara dan Dokumentasi terkait masalah penelitian. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, dari segi sumber daya manusia, masih terdapat kekurangan dalam kualitas layanan perbaikan mobil. Dari segi anggaran yang belum optimal, dan belum memiliki perencanaan keuangan yang matang permasalahan utamanya adalah pengeluaran masih tergabung dalam satu kas, tanpa adanya perencanaan keuangan yang matang. Segi pemasaran yang belum maksimal, bengkel CV Auto Dc Service belum sepenuhnya memanfaatkan media social dan iklan. Adapun hal-hal yang disarankan dalam penelitian ini yakni melakukan pelatihan khusus terhadap para karyawan CV Auto DC Service. Perlunya memliki perencanaan anggaran yang matang agar kiranya pengelolaan anggaran dapat terencana dengan baik dan optimal. Perlunya mengoptimalkan pengguanaan social media agar dapat di kenal di kalangan Masyarakat

Abstract

Bantuan Pangan Non Tunai (BPNT) adalah pinjaman pangan sosial yang diberikan secara nontunai oleh pemerintah kepada keluarga penerima manfaat (KPM). Dalam inisiatif ini, dana yang tersedia hanya dapat digunakan untuk membeli barang-barang non-makanan seperti bir atau anggur dari pedagang yang telah menjalin hubungan kerja dengan bank diskon. BPNT diberikan kepada masyarakat yang tidak terlalu mampu. Namun pada kenyataannya masih banyak Masyarakat yang belum mendapatkan bantuan, sehingga sangat diperlukan adanya efektivitas dalam pelaksanaan program ini, sehingga program ini dapat berjalan dengan efektif dan efisien. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Efektivitas Pelaksanaan Program Bantuan Pangan Non Tunai di Desa Tolitehuyu Kecamatan Monano Kabupaten Gorontalo Utara. Metode   kualitatif deskriptif, lokasi penelitian adalah di Desa Tolitehuyu Kecamatan Monano Kabupaten Gorontalo Utara. Teknik pengumpulan data berupa observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi yang selanjutnya dianalisis menggunakan data kualitatif berdasarkan konsep Miles dan Huberman. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa Berdasarkan uraian dan hasil penelitian maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa program bantuan pangan non tunai di Desa Tolitehuyu Kecamatan Monano Kabupaten Gorontalo Utara belum efektif dikarenakan sebagai berikut: a). ketepatan sasaran program BPNT di Desa Tolutehuyu Kecamatan Monano Kabupaten Gorontalo ini belum terlaksana dengan baik. Karena masih terdapat beberapa KPM yang belum termasuk dalam kriteria penerima BPNT. b). Tepat waktu. Proses pencairan Program Bantuan Pangan Non Tunai sudah tepat waktu dan dapat dicairkan setiap bulan. c). Pengawasan, pelaksanaan pengawasan program BPNT sudah dilaksanakan namun belum efektif karena masih banyak masyarakat yang berhak masih belum menerima bantuan, dan terdapat praktik nepotisme

Abstract

This research aims to determine the extent to which Village-Owned Enterprises (BUMDes) are managed independently in order to increase member participation in Mootawa Village, Bone Raya District, Bone Bolango Regency. The type of research used is descriptive using a qualitative approach method, which refers to 3 focus indicators, namely, facility indicators, member understanding and transparency. The research results show that: the management of independent village-owned enterprises (BUMDes) in order to increase member participation in Mootawa Village, Bone Raya District, Bone Bolango Regency is not optimal, this is due to inadequate facilities, minimal understanding of members and low levels of transparency which can hamper the process of Agency Management.
