Abstract

This study aims to determine the management of the liluwo market by the Gorontalo City Trade and Industry Service. The research method used is descriptive qualitative. The results of the study concluded that the management of the liluwo market by the Gorontalo City Trade and Industry Service is not optimal. This can be seen from the aspect of the planning of the arrangement of the liluwo market which is not good, which can be seen from the inadequate trader facilities. From the aspect of coordination between the Trade and Industry Service and traders, it is still very low, this can be seen from the lack of coordination or consultation between the Trade and Industry Service and traders so that there is a delay in paying dues. From the aspect of supervision of security officers in regulating the Gorontalo City liluwo market which has been carried out has not been effective, this can be seen from the absence of officers who always stay in the security supervision of the Gorontalo City liluwo market.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to find out the Management of Online Transportation Services at the Gorontalo City Grab Office. This research method is descriptive qualitative. Location: This research was conducted at the Gorontalo City Grab Office. The research results show that Management of Online Transportation Services at the Gorontalo City Grab Office. It can be seen from the results of the interview that the planning limits on the recruitment of new drivers are increasing every day to maintain a balance between drivers and customers. If drivers exceed customers, it will be increasingly difficult for drivers to get orders. It can be seen from the results of interviews that communication between drivers and customers often leads to misunderstandings, such as differences in customer pick-up or delivery locations, which leads to customers canceling orders. It can be seen from the interview results that Grab's supervision is still lacking for customers to maintain driver comfort. When there are individuals who violate the rules, especially customers who often make fictitious orders and cancel orders, this is detrimental to drivers.

Abstract

Penelitian ini menyelidiki pengaruh harga terhadap daya beli. konsumen di Toko Rumah Pernik, Kota Gorontalo Studi ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif, menggunakan survei, dengan menyebarkan kuesioner kepada seratus responden. Variabel harga diukur menggunakan empat indikator: kesesuaian harga, daya saing, suasana harga dengan keuntungan, dan keterjangkauan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa harga produk di Toko Rumah Pernik dinilai sesuai dan kompetitif oleh konsumen dengan rata-rata skor 77,63%. Daya beli konsumen, yang diukur melalui lima indikator utama, juga menunjukkan nilai rata-rata sebesar 78,42%. Semua instrumen penelitian valid dan reliabel, seperti yang ditunjukkan oleh uji validitas dan reliabilitas. Temuan penelitian ini mengungkapkan bahwa harga memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap daya beli konsumen di Toko Rumah Pernik, dengan konsumen merasa harga yang ditawarkan sepadan dengan manfaat yang mereka terima.

Abstract

The phenomenon of increasing numbers of school dropouts in Madale Village, influenced by socio-economic factors, as well as less than optimal government intervention, has become an urgent need to be studied in order to evaluate the role of the government in effectively overcoming this problem. This study aims to determine and describe the role of the government in overcoming school dropouts in Madale Village, North Poso City District, Poso Regency. This study uses a qualitative descriptive approach with data collection methods in the form of in-depth interviews, direct observation, and documentation. The results of the study indicate that supporting facilities for school dropouts are still less than optimal, such as uneven program realization, low community access to information and educational assistance. The government as a motivator is also still less than optimal, this is because the implementation and encouragement of the government are considered not optimal and have not been evenly felt by children who have dropped out of school. In addition, the government as a mobilizer is considered still not optimal, this is because the government has not been able to mobilize elements of society or community leaders to help overcome the problem of school dropouts. This study suggests that the active role of the village government is very much needed to reduce the number of school dropouts through a more effective and sustainable facilitation, motivation, and mobilization approach.

Abstract

Objective: This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of population administration services in Gorontalo City by highlighting three main aspects, namely responsiveness, quality of human resources, and service system. Theoretical framework: This study is based on public service theory and the principle of good governance, where service effectiveness is understood as a result of the interaction between responsiveness to community needs, human resource competence, and the use of technology in the service system. Literature review:  This study refers to the study of the effectiveness of public services, digitization of population administration, as well as the role of human resources and community complaints, while filling in the gaps of studies that rarely emphasize the integration of technical, institutional, and community participation aspects. Method: The study used a descriptive qualitative approach by triangulating data through interviews, observations, and documentation at the Gorontalo City Population and Civil Registration Office. Results: The results show that even though the digitization of services through the Centralized SIAK and the pick-up program has been implemented, the implementation has not been fully optimal. In the aspect of responsiveness, there are still obstacles in the form of long waiting times and limitations in handling public complaints. In terms of human resources, there is a competency gap in mastering technology and a lack of continuous training. Meanwhile, the service system still faces obstacles in the form of technical problems and low digital literacy of the community, which has an impact on the effectiveness of online services as a whole. Implications: This study emphasizes the need to increase human resource capacity, optimize service technology, and improve the public complaint system, with the support of synergy between technical, institutional, and community participation aspects to realize responsive and accountable administrative services. Novelty: The contribution of this research lies in the emphasis on the integration of digital innovation, strengthening human resource competence, and community participation as a strategy to improve the quality of population administration services in the region, especially in Gorontalo City.
