Abstract

This research aims to determine the management of joint business groups (kube) in increasing community income in Tolango Village, Anggrek District, North Gorontalo Regency. The research method used is descriptive qualitative. The research results show that the commitment of the Mekar Sari group members is not very good. This can be seen from the low work ethic and poor cohesiveness of the group members. The managerial abilities of the Mekar Sari Group Chair are no longer working well. This can be seen from the inability to direct its members. Institutional support for the Mekar Sari Joint Business Group (Kube) is optimal. This can be seen from the existence of government assistance, namely providing business capital assistance and advocacy or mentoring.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis (1) apakah store atmosphere berpengaruh terhadap keputusan pembelian konsumen, (2) apakah harga berpengaruh terhadap keputusan pembelian konsumen, (3) apakah variabel store atmosphere dan harga secara simultan berpengaruh terhadap keputusan pembelian konsumen. Pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan kuesioner kepada seluruh konsumen foodpedia Gorontalo dengan kriteria telah melakukan pembelian sebanyak 3 kali. probability sampling digunakan sebagai metode pengumpulan data. analisis data menggunakan program SPSS 22 for Windows. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah store atmosphere berpengaruh terhadap keputusan pembelian, harga berpengaruh terhadap keputusan pembelian. store atmosphere dan harga secara simultan berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the description of the quality of tax consultant services at the Gorontalo Blessing Consultant Office. This type of research is descriptive qualitative approach. Data collection techniques are done through interviews with a number of informants, observation and documentation. The research focus consists of employee capabilities, data reliability, and employee response. The results showed that: 1) The ability of employees of the Gorontalo Blessing Consultant Office in providing services, namely in tax reporting and preparing client financial reports, is still less competent because of the 4 (four) employees in the Blessing Consultant Office, only 1 (one) person has an accounting education background, while the other 3 (three) people have a background in public administration, management and education. 2) The reliability of data reported by Blessing Konsultan Gorontalo employees is still inaccurate, because every year clients will get a letter from the tax office due to problems with client tax reporting. 3) The response of Blessing Konsultan Gorontalo employees in handling complaints from clients related to problems in tax reporting and financial reports is still not good, this is because there are stillsome client problemsthat are usually not resolved immediately. 4) Overall, the quality of tax consultant services at the Gorontalo Blessing Consultant Office is seen from the ability of employees, data reliability and employee response are still not optimal. It is recommended that the overall services provided by Blessing Consultants Gorontalo still need to be further improved to minimize the problems faced by clients.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine the Service for Issuing a Statement of Relinquishment of Land Rights (SPPHT) in Motilango Village, Tibawa District, Gorontalo Regency. This research uses a descriptive qualitative approach. Data collection was carried out through observation and interviews using interview guidelines submitted to a number of informants with the research focus, namely, SOP, Completion Time, and Responsiveness. The results of the research show that the Service for Issuing Statement of Relinquishment of Land Rights (SPPHT) in Motilango Village, Tibawa District, Gorontalo Regency from the aspects of standard operational procedures, completion time and responsiveness of the authorities is still less than optimal so that the people who come to handle it feel disadvantaged in terms of time and security. It is recommended that the Motilango village government, Tibawa subdistrict, Gorontalo district, improve its services to the community, especially in the Land Rights Release Statement Issuance Service (SPPHT) from the aspects of standard operational procedures, completion time and responsiveness so that the village government can provide maximum service to the community. Abstract

This study aims to determine the management of Bontolan beach tourism objects in Bone Baru Village, Banggai Utara District, Banggai Laut Regency. This research method uses a descriptive qualitative approach. Data collection techniques are carried out through in-depth interviews with a number of informants, observation and recording of secondary data related to the researcher's problems. The results of the study concluded that the management in terms of planning is quite optimal. This can be seen from the readiness in planning the arrangement of tourist objects. The objects in terms of implementation is quite optimal because the readiness of the committees selected by the local village government. The management of supervision is optimal. from the problems that are directly handled appropriately so that visitor satisfaction can be met properly. It is recommended that better planning be carried out on improving facilities for tourist objects by considering the suitability of visitors' tastes. It is necessary to make efforts to implement both human resources and physical resources owned so that it can be more optimal in providing services to visitors. It is necessary to improve the village government's supervisory function regarding the activities of the Bontolan Beach object in Bone Baru Village, especially by adding existing facilities for the convenience of future visitors.

Abstract

This study was conducted to determine and describe the existence of the Tomini Raya youth organization in Kayubulan village, Batudaa Pantai sub-district, Gorontalo regency. This study uses a descriptive type with a qualitative approach. Data collection was carried out through observation and interviews using interview guidelines submitted to a number of informants with the focus of the study being participation, budget, and management of administrators.The results of the study showed that the existence in terms of participation was still not optimal because many members of the youth organization were busy with their respective activities and the lack of concern from members for the youth organization. However, on the other hand, member participation in village activities, especially approaching August 17 and religious ritual moments such as the Prophet's Birthday and Ramadan, is quite good and active, although not all members are active, so the program does not run, including youth activities initiated by the village government. From the aspect of the budget, it is still very minimal or even non-existent, so many programs that were planned at the beginning do not run. The budget for activities is usually the result of a joint effort by several members and donors. From the aspect of management, the management is less active. Another thing is that there are no programs running in Kayubulan village since 2023. The programs implemented are village programs with funding from the village government. The village government is considered to be too involved in the management of the youth organization so that management is not optimal. The existence of the youth organization currently cannot be improved when viewed from the form of management of the existing management.It is recommended that the existence of youth organization be increased through increased member participation, good budget management, and good organizational management so that the Tomini Raya youth organization runs optimally.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kebijakan ekonomi pemerintah Kota Gorontalo dan implikasinya terhadap eksistensi dan perkembangan UMKM di masa pandemi covid 19. Populasi ditetapkan dan pengambilan sampelnya secara purposive sampling. Penelitian ini menggunkan metode deskriptif kualitatif. Analisis data model interaktif dari Miles dan Hubermen, yang diawali dengan proses pengumpulan data, penyerderhanaan data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Dampak bagi sektor ekonomi yang ditimbulkan oleh pandemik covid 19 sangat memukul bagi pelaku UMKM. Terutama dari sisi distribusi bahan baku, penjualan, laba usaha, dan modal. Semuanya mengalami penurunan pendapatan sejak pandemic melanda Indonesia khusunya Kota Gorontalo. Diperlukan peran nyata dari pemerintah yaitu kerjasama dan sinergi yang baik antara pemerintah/instansi terkait dengan pelaku UMKM, sehingga kondisi perekonomian pelaku UMKM dapat berangsur pulih. Kerjasama dalam membentuk pelayanan/toko/tempat oleh-oleh khas Kota Gorontalo. Kegiatan makan minum sehari-hari pegawai dan rapat makan dan minum di lingkup Pemerintah kota Gorontalo diarahkan untuk menggunakan produk UMKM. Namun, dari sisi penganggaran, intinya instansi terkait sangat berharap agar rencana tersebut segera terealisasi, sehingga perekonomian pasca pandemic secara keseluruhan, serta bagi UMKM khususnya, dapat kembali normal dan membaik.

Abstract

Peningkatan kualitas dan kuantitas Usaha Kecil dan Menengah (UKM) berbasis ekonomi kreatif di era digital 4.0 perlu daya dukung baik sarana, prasaran, organisasi, SDM dan pemasaran sebagai strategi dalam menghasilkan produk-produk yang memiliki daya saing baik lokal, nasional maupun internasional. Upaya untuk merealisasikannya adalah dengan menciptakan suatu UKM dengan tenaga kerja yang terampil yang menguasai teknologi, pengelolaan produk yang memiliki jiwa entrepreneur yang tangguh yang mampu memiliki dan menetapkan target. Di tengah pandemi Covid-19, banyak pelaku usaha, terutama usaha kecil dan menengah (UKM), yang mengalami tekanan. Hal ini disebabkan pembatasan mobilitas di tengah pandemi yang berakibat pada penurunan minat dan daya beli masyarakat. Sasaran dalam pengabdian ini adalah UKM Fani Bordir yang yang berdiri sejak tahun 2003 sampai dengan saat ini dengan menghasilkan produk-produk lokal khas daerah Provinsi Gorontalo yakni produk kerajinan tangan karawo (sulaman karawo) dan upiah karanji. Optimalisasi dari kegiatan ini diharapkan dapat meningkatkan daya saing UKM baik dalam manajemen usaha, produksi dan marketing serta memiliki jiwa entrepreneur tangguh, mampu menguasai teknologi serta mampu membuka lapangan pekerjaan bagi orang lain. Metode pelaksanaan kegiatan pengabdian ini dilakukan dengan metode berbasis ekonomi kreatif yang dilakukan secara komprehensif yang mampu menginventarisasi seluruh aspek usaha dari pengembangan pola pikir wirausaha, penguatan manajemen pemasaran melalui pelatihan dan pendampingan. Sebagaimana menurut Morgan (dalam Milen, 2006), yang merumuskan tentang kapasitas Organisasi sebagai kemampuan, keterampilan, pemahaman, sikap, nilai-nilai, hubungan, perilaku, motivasi, sumber daya, dan kondisikondisi yang memungkinkan setiap individu, organisasi, jaringan kerja/sektor, dan sistem yang lebih luas untuk melaksanakan fungsi-fungsi mereka dan mencapai tujuan pembangunan yang telah ditetapkan dari waktu ke waktu. Kegiatan tim pengabdian masyarakat dilakukan secara terukur dan proses monev untuk mengukur ketercapaian target dan luaran yang menjadikan UKM yang kompeten, Mandiri dan terciptanya wirausaha yang handal yang akan dipublikaskan dalam jurnal pengabdian masyarakat.

Abstract

This study aims to formulate an MSME business strategy management model in encouraging the acceleration of national economic recovery with a research focus, namely the identification of internal and external factors of MSMEs and the preparation of MSME strategy models. The population is determined by purposive sampling and purposive sampling. The data analysis used is a qualitative descriptive method, namely identifying various problems faced by MSMEs in Gorontalo province and analyzing them using SWOT analysis and then formulating a strategy model to overcome them. MSMEs are a very important sector and play an active role in the Indonesian economy. The role of MSMEs also includes the acceleration of Indonesia's economic growth. This is because there is a match between the role of MSMEs in providing jobs and the formation of added value. Especially the strategic management aspects that must be carried out by MSMEs both in increasing production, increasing the capacity of MSME human resources, capital, and marketing activities. Another thing is the importance of the government's role and attention to continue to encourage MSME players to increase their production and help market MSME products not only at the local level but can reach abroad. This activity is expected to immediately restore economic conditions in the current post-pandemic period for the better.
